Il processo di depurazione, realizzato con configurazioni impian-tistiche diverse a seconda del tipo di refluo da trattare, richiede,come denominatore comune, lutilizzo di componenti

- affidabili in condizioni di funzionamento estreme- a basso impatto energetico.

Rilancio ai trattamenti primari(separazione meccanica/sedimen-tazione primaria).Il rilancio ai trattamenti primari in presenza di corpi solidi puessere effettuato con pompa PTS, dotata di:- idraulica capace di gestire concentrazioni fino al 10-12% di ST- un doppio sistema di triturazione che sminuzza e rilancia refluicon fibre o corpi solidi garantendo, in condizioni gravose, affidabi-lit al sistema.

Accumulo / equalizzazioneNella vasche per laccumulo e lequalizzazione dei reflui, i solidi

sospesi presenti vengono mantenuti in sospensione grazie aimiscelatori tipo TBM.Il corretto apporto di ossigeno per evitare fenomeni di anaerobiosiviene: fornito da ossigenatori tipo OXIGET / SMO.

Trattamento acque reflueWaste water treatment

Trattamento a fanghi attiviNei sistemi plug-flow la circolazione del refluo da sottoporre ai trat-tamenti di defosforazione, denitrificazione e ossigenazione viene

gestita da acceleratori di flusso modello AF ad altissima efficienza.Il ricircolo del miscela aerata in vasca di denitrificazione pu essereeffettuato tramite le pompe modello ER.Il corretto apporto di ossigeno viene fornito tramite ossigenatoriOXIGET e SMO.

Ricircolo fanghi / sedimentatoreIl ricircolo del fango sedimentato pu essere effettuato con pompaPTS, dotata di:- idraulica capace di gestire concentrazioni fino al 10-12% di ST- un doppio sistema di triturazione che sminuzza e rilancia refluicon fibre o corpi solidi che sfuggono ai trattamenti di separazionemeccanica o che si formano a seguito del trattamento di depura-zione.

Pumping to primary treatment tank (screening and primarysettler).Pumping to the primary treatment tank with the presence of solidbodies can be achieved with a PTS pump, equipped with:- hydraulic design able to handle concentrations up to 10-12% ofTS- a double chopping system capable of breaking up and shiftingeffluents with fibres or solid bodies guaranteeing system reliabilityeven under demanding operating conditions.

Accumulation / Balancing

In the effluent accumulation and balancing tanks, any suspendedsolids are kept in suspension by the TBM type mixers.To avoid anaerobiosis phenomena, the correct oxygen content issupplied by OXIGET and SMO type oxygenators.

Treatment of activated sludgeIn plug-flow systems the circulation of effluent undergoing tre-atment for dephosphorization, denitrification and oxygenation

is handled by AF model super-high efficiency flow accelerators.The recirculation of the mixed liquor in the denitrification tank canbe achieved using ER model pumps.The correct oxygen input is achieved using OXIGET and SMOoxygenators.

Sludge recirculation / settler tankThe recirculation of settled sludge can be achieved using a PTSpump, equipped with:- hydraulic design able to handle concentrations up to 10-12% of TS- a double chopping system that breaks up and pumps effluentswith fibres or solid bodies that escape the mechanical separationtreatment or that form after the waste water treatment.
