I would like to thank Tiziana Cordaro. After a long time trying to understand how to make the Nulla Osta
(the document which has authorized me to make the visa for working at University of Parma), only when
Marta (who is managing my situation) contact Tiziana,
we could find the right departments as prefettura, comune, questura, SUI, and know which documents and
procedures we should have used.
As soon as I arrived in Parma, Tiziana was the first person who Marta and I have talked, and she has
instructed us about where we had to go, in order to request the Permesso di Soggiorno, since I had only 8
days to make the documents.
In addition, Tiziana has found a great apartment to rent, very well located in the central part of Parma with
a very good price for me, what was being very difficult and strictly necessary for Nulla Osta and the visa.

ITiziana ci ha guidati nei vari step necessari per la richiesta del nulla osta; in particolare il suo supporto è
stato fondamentale nella compilazione di molteplici documenti e nella tempestiva definizione degli
appuntamenti presso la prefettura di Parma, grazie
ad un contatto diretto con quest’ultima. Inoltre, ha individuato un alloggio idoneo alle necessità della
persona in breve tempo e questo era un requisito necessario per la richiesta del nulla osta.
Una volta ottenuto il visto, Tiziana ha dimostrato anche una grande disponibilità nell’accoglienza della
persona, aiutandolo nella compilazione dei documenti per la richiesta del permesso di soggiorno,
necessario per poter lavorare un anno nel nostro Paese.
Per tutti i motivi sopra elencati, ringrazio Tiziana per la disponibilità e la cortesia dimostrata e ritengo che il
servizio offerto è fondamentale per l’accoglienza di collaboratori stranieri in tempi brevi. La gestione
dell’intera pratica senza questo supporto

Prima di venire a studiare presso l'Università di Parma, ho cercato da solo su internet un posto per vivere.
Ho trovato il Le residenze del campus.
Ho pagato 450 euro prima di effettuare la prenotazione.Quando sono arrivato al residence, mi sono accorta
per un proprietário di Studio Frattini che non è ha spiegato bene tutto quello che avrei dovuto pagare (450
euros di mensile + spese condominiale + luce + acqua + rifruto ). E non ho capito quello che ho dovuto
pagare tutti questi soldi quando ero in Brasile.
Ho pagato anche una calzione di 900 euros a il responsabile, Senhore Giudici.
Ero molto disperata e sortemente ho sapito che c'era un servizio di accoglienza che mi potrebbe aiutare
con questa situazione.Sono arrivata a l'Ufficio di accolienza con paura e non sapendo come
procedere.Tiziana Cordaro prontamente hai parlato con me e dopo ho chiamato Mr. Giudici in Studio
Frattini a proporre un accordo con me e si ho potuto lasciare. Ma lui non sarebbe d'accordo con questa
situazione e non ho voglia di rompere il contratto con me.Non era una situazione facile. Ho trascorso un
tempo l'ufficio di accoliglienza per giungere ad un accordo tra me e il Studio Frattini.Vorrei ringraziare
l'aiuto e l'impegno di Tiziana Cordaro per trovare una soluzione a questo problema per me.
