In the field of construction industry, YUPPIES SERVICES provides consulting services to design and manage the evolution of advanced projects, by rationalizing costs and lead times and optimi-zing the efficiency of projects.For existing buildings, the company has de-veloped a specific expertise for structures with

aspecific historical and artistic interest. People involved in this field are able to design plans for reuse, restoration, reinforcement, retrofit and strengthening of structures. Their skills concern to inspections in historical and cultural heritage and to authorization procedures with government agencies.

The company is able to offer a state-of-the-art technology applied to the architectural and plant engineering surveys. A step beyond the use of traditional tools has been taken and by using the laser scanning technology, the ICO3DN® system was developed. This is a tool that allows an interaction between the sur-veyed objects and a creation of three-dimensio-nal models.

The company develops engineering projects for structures realized in reinforced concrete, masonry, steel, and wood. Some people are constantly involved in scientific and technical research at the University and are able to use improved survey systems and advanced com-putational methods to analyze the behaviour of existing structures subjected to natural events, such as the seismic excitation.

In the field of urban and environmental plan-ning, the company works with the public sector to draft outlines, to update maps (analysis of built fabric and of existing components), to con-duct environmental studies and assessments on dumping grounds, rivers and basins, quarries, drainage of fields, hydrogeological instabilities.In this field, YUPPIES SERVICES s.p.a. has been certified by the Prime Minister’s Office to support the Civil Protection Agency in the construction of dumping grounds in the Campania Region.

Sviluppiamo l’ingegneria per ogni tipologia strutturale – calcestruzzo, muratura, acciaio, legno. Alcuni di noi svolgono costantemente at-tività di ricerca scientifica in ambito universitario ed utilizzano metodologie di studio e di calcolo avanzate per studi ed analisi di adeguamento e miglioramento sismico di edifici esistenti.

Nel campo della progettazione urbanistica ed ambientale operiamo con le Pubbliche Ammini-strazioni nella redazione dei quadri conoscitivi, nell’aggiornamento della cartografia (analisi del tessuto edificato, analisi delle dotazioni esistenti) negli studi e nelle valutazioni ambientali relativi a discariche, idrauliche fluviali, cave, bacini irrigui, bonifiche e dissesti idrogeologici.
