Posizionatori a rulli con portate variabili da 1500 Kg a 30tonnellate per saldature circolari su cilindri di medie egrandi dimensioni. Rotazione con motore elettricoautofrenante a corrente continua. Quadro comandi elet-tromeccanico con ciclo di lavoro manuale (MarciaAvanti - Stop - Marcia Indietro) su 2 o 4 tempi e possi-bilità di comando a mezzo pedaliera e/o pulsantiera.

Roller positioners with a variable load capacity from1500 kg to 30 tons for circular welding on medium tolarge-sized cylinders. Rotation with a direct-current auto-braking electric motor. Electromechanical control panelwith manual working cycle (Forward Motion – Stop –Backward Motion) in two or four passes, with the possi-bility of push-button and/or pedalboard control available.

RUOTE / WHEELS

Le ruote in versione standard sono in gomma nera adalta resistenza. In opzione sono disponibili ruote inPoliuretano ADT (alta densità) o in acciaio, con diametri elarghezze a richiesta.

The wheels in standard version are in black rubber highresistance. In option are available wheels in PolyurethaneADT (high density) or in steel, with diameters and widthsupon request.

DISPOSITIVO AUTOCENTRANTE / SELF-CENTRING DEVICE

Tutti i posizionatori, eccetto il PR 1500, sono dotati di dispositivo autocentrante dei rulli, per mezzo di volantino e viti senza fine. E’ disponibile in opzione la movimentazione automatica.

All the positioners, except PR1500, are equipped to manual self-centring device of the roller, through the manual device with screw. The automatic movement is available in option.

ROTAIE / RAILS

Per tutti i modelli della serie PR è disponibile in opzione il supporto con ruote in acciaio per lo scorrimentomanuale su rotaie (escluse).

For all the models of PR series is available in option the support with steel wheels for the manual sliding on rails (excluded).

Il numero dopo la sigla PR indica la portata massima in kg di ogni modello. Tutti i modelli sono disponibili nelle versioni stazione folle e stazione motrice.

The number after PR denote the maximum load capacity of each model. All models are availables in versions stationary positioning and motorized positioning.
