è il sistema interattivo di controllo processo basato su di un sistema d'ispezione ottica con telecamera nato dagli studi interni della Nuova L.& C. Graph S.r.l. progettato per il monitoraggio costante nei sistemi di stampada bobina a bobina al fine di ridurre gli scarti e perfezionare il livello di qualitàdi stampa, il tutto collegato dà una maggiore redditività all'azienda che lo utilizza.Il videosistema non basa più il controllo dello stampato sull'attenzione dell'operatore e la sua valutazione visiva,che per vari motivi può risultare discontinuao meglio,non si può pensare come in passato di effettuare controlli casuali durantel'andamento della tiratura, il mercato richiede oggi standard produttivi più elevati,perciò bisogna affrontare un'ottica di controllo costante e automatica del processoproduttivo in rotativa per conseguire risultati ottimali.L'architettura del nostrosistema di controllo,è basata sull’utilizzo di un potente processore, di una telecamera con effetto stroboscopico di alta qualità per acquisire l'immagine senzadifetti (master),che in seguito verrà comparata a spot durante tutta la produzione,allo scopo di rilevare tramite i più potenti e veloci algoritmi di ultima generazionele differenze che possono avvenire durante la fase di tiratura permettendo così all'operatore di intervenire prontamente prima che l'imperfezione diventi difetto,cosìoperando il sistema rientra in una politica di riduzione scarti e il raggiungimentodei più alti standard qualitativi offerti dalla propria società.La configurazione delsistema è semplice, veloce, ed intuitiva tutto ciò consente anche a operatori menopreparati di configurare lo stesso senza problemi, senza avere bisogno di ”esperti”per l'uso dello stesso.Il nostro sistema di controllo di qualità è stato studiato per ottenere le seguenti finalità :Controllo della uniformità e ripetitività dellostampato,infatti è sbagliato pensare di spendere tutte le proprie energie in fased'avviamento, ma bisogna meglio ponderare le attenzioni durante la fase di realizzazione dello stampato da consegnare e vendere, ossia è meglio controllare costantemente, l'esatta corrispondenza tra l'immagine master data al sistema e l'immagine real-time stampata, rilevando automaticamente i difetti di : fuori registro, righe, macchie,variazione di colore, e difetti vari dall'immagine master.Tutto ciò deve essere perciò calibrato ossia ,capire e impostare le tolleranze piùconsone per conseguire gli effetti desiderati vale a dire precisione, e continuitàdando così degli standard tecnici. I difetti sono dunque visualizzati all'operatorein due modi,il primo con l'interfaccia grafica che visualizza l'ubicazione,la gravitàed infine la tipologia di difetto,il secondo tramite un' ulteriore segnalatore conallarme luminoso a semaforo e l'interfaccia sonora che al superamento delle sogliedi errore impostate avverte acusticamente l'operatore anche se in quel preciso momento non è davanti al sistema di controllo.Il sistema perciò interagisce con laproduzione offrendo le seguenti agevolazioni: aiuto e conseguente riduzione deitempi di avviamento, incremento della velocità di stampa,controllo costante dellaproduzione automatico per ridurre gli scarti perciò di seguito i fastidiosi resi, iltutto per ottimizzare la produzione e fornire una maggiore redditività all'industriadella stampa che utilizzino tali sistemi.

Graph S.r.l. projected for the constant continuous control in thesystems of spool press spool with the purpose to reduce the discards and improve the level of quality of press, the everything connected gives a greater profitability to the firm that uses it. The system doesn't found the control of the printout anymore on the attention of the operator and it’s visual evaluation, that you can result discontinuous for various motives or you cannot be thoughtbetter,as in past to effect casual controls during the course of the circulation,themarket it asks for more elevated productive standard today, therefore it needs toface an optics of control constant automatic of the productive job to achieveoptimal results.The architecture of our system of control,is based on the use of apowerful processor, of a 3 CCD camera with stroboscopic effect of high quality to acquire the image without defects (master), that will be compared subsequently to spot during the whole production, to the purpose to notice through the more powerful persons and fast algorithms of last generation thedifferences that can happen during the phase of circulation allowing so to the operator to quickly intervene before the imperfection becomes defect, sooperating the system re-enters in a politics of reduction you discard and theattainment of the tallest qualitative standards offered by his/her own society. The configuration of the system is simple, fast, and intuitive all of this it also allows to operating less prepared than to shape the same without problems,without having need of "experienced" for the use of the same.Our system forcontrol of quality has been studied for getting the following finalities:Control of the uniformity and repeater of the printout, in fact it is wrong to think about spending all the own energies in phase of starting, but it needs better toponder the attentions during the phase of realization of the printout to deliverand to sell, or rather it is better to constantly check,the exact correspondenceamong the image master dates to the system and the image real - printed time,automatically noticing defects of :out register, lines, stains,variation of colours,and you lack you launch from the image master.All of this owes to be calibratedtherefore or rather, to understand and to plan the most consistent tolerances toachieve desires effects him or rather precision, and continuity giving so of the technical standards.The defects are visualized therefore to the operator in two ways,the first one with the graphic interface that visualizes the location, thegravity, and finally the typology of defect, the second medium a further signaller with bright alarm to semaphore and the sonorous interface that it acousticallywarns the operator to the overcoming of the thresholds of error planned even if in that precise moment it is not in front of the system of control .The system therefore it interacts with the production offering the following facilitations :help and consequent reduction of the times of starting, increase of the printingspeed one, automatic constant control of the production to reduce the discardstherefore following the annoying rhesus the all to optimize the production and tofurnish a greater profitability to the industry of the press that uses such systems.
