I prodotti che compongono questo catalogo, sono nati da necessit specifiche studiate e create per il mondo dellalta ristorazione (mondo in cui Schoenhuber Franchi, azienda del gruppo, leader da molti anni), oggetti che vogliono esprimere e dare una risposta al profondo cambiamento che sta caratterizzando la tavola: un cambiamento che coinvolge la preparazione e la presentazione del cibo e il modo di apparecchiare la tavola. Lobiettivo quello di far nascere prodotti dove convivono lalta tecnologia, lartigianalit, il lusso, un design distintivo, nuove idee ed emozioni inesplorate, prodotti che diventino icone e nuovi archetipi. Abbiamo un amore per la tradizione, per i prodotti testati dal tempo e per gli oggetti che da sempre aiutano a definire latmosfera della tavola; ma dobbiamo ammettere di essere decisamente interessati a nuovi, creativi e innovativi approcci tipici di un mondo pi orientato al gourmet. Ci che suscita davvero il nostro interesse quando sentiamo che possiamo esprimere nuovi approcci alla norme stabilite: sia che si tratti dei prodotti stessi o del modo in cui vengono utilizzati. Per questo motivo abbiamo voluto dividere le collezioni in due grandi sezioni : una legata alla storia, di grande tradizione ed eleganza che propone collezioni di piatti in fine bone china o porcellana ivory e laltra pi contemporanea, pi di ricerca, caratterizzata dallingresso sulla tavola di materiali nuovi come il gres, il legno, elementi tipici della preparazione come le pentole che si trasformano in oggetti utilizzabili come piatti.Un modo di comporre la tavola pi creativo, pi rappresentativo di una cultura che sta diventando sempre pi fusion: per utilizzare il titolo della sezione dedicata a questa ricerca, sempre pi Gourmet.In questo catalogo, abbiamo proposto alcune composizioni che pensiamo possano essere il giusto mix tra ricerca ed eleganza, ma solo un spunto dal quale partire per dare libero sfogo alla creativit di ognuno.The products of this catalog, are born to specific needs designed and created for the world of haute cuisine (world where Schoenhuber Franchi, a company part of our group, is a leader since many years), objects that want to express and give an answer to the deep change that is characterizing the way to settle the table: a change that involves the preparation and the way to presentation the food. The goal is to give birth to products where live the high technology, craftsmanship, luxury, distinctive design, new ideas and unexplored emotions, products that become icons and new archetypes.We have a love for tradition, for products tested by time and for objects that always help to define the atmosphere of the table; but we have to admit to being very interested in new, creative, innovative and more gourmet approaches. What really arouses our interest is when we feel that we can express new solutions compared to the standards ones: whether the products themselves or the way they are used.For this reason we wanted to divide the collections into two main sections: one related to the history, tradition and elegance that offers a collection of plates in fine bone china or ivory porcelain and the other more contemporary, more research, characterized from the entrance of new materials such as gres, wood, typical elements of the preparation as the pots that are transformed into real dishes.One way to make the table more creative, more representative of a culture that is becoming more and more fusion: to use the title of the section dedicated to this research: even more Gourmet. In this catalog, we proposed some compositions that we think can be the right mix between research and elegance, but it is only a starting point from which everybody can give free rein to his creativity.
