Dal momento in cui vengono richieste nuove abilità di pianificazione e utilizzo di ambienti di apprendimento digitali, l’idea del progetto StepUp2ICT è di creare e condividere attività di apprendimento che possano aiutare gli educatori di adulti ad utilizzare le tecnologie di informazione e comunicazione nelle diverse aree di azione. Ciascuna attività di apprendimento condivisa sul sito web di progetto contiene una descrizione, una giustificazione dei vantaggi se si svolge l’attività, una breve descrizione dello strumento ICT da utilizzare e una descrizione passo-passo su come svolgere l’attività. Ciascuna attività si incentra sull’utilità degli strumenti online per gli educatori degli adulti. Programma di formazione per educatori di
adulti E’ stato creato un programma di formazione per migliorare le capacità e le competenze degli educatori nell’utilizzare risorse online nei percorsi di educazione e formazione per adulti. Il corso di formazione è stato programmato per 30 ore di apprendimento. Il programma è costruito in moduli con risultati d’apprendimento ben definiti. Il programma di formazione è incentrato su materiale di apprendimento online che si trova nella piattaforma moodle https://stepup2ict.eu/course. Il materiale consiste di letture, attività, esercizi, link esterni e test per poter sviluppare competenze nell’uso delle ICT in differenti fasi di un corso di educazione per adulti. Il programma di formazione Stepup2ICT offre 6 moduli nelle aree principali di educazione degli adulti: 1. Coordinamento della formazione 2. Analisi dei bisogno formativi 3. Programmazione del materiale di formazione 4. Sviluppo della formazione 5. Fruizione della formazione 6. Valutazione della formazione I partner presto offriranno 20 ore di formazione a 10 educatori di adulti.

Attività di formazione
Un corso di formazione professionale è stato tenuto a Fano, Italia, dal 25 Febbraio 2019 al 01 Marzo 2019. La formazione è stata svolta secondo il programma di formazione Stepup2ICT ed ha coinvolto 15 educatori di adulti di diverse discipline, dai paesi partner. Hanno partecipato anche diversi formatori di ciascun ente partner. La settimana di formazione si è incentrata sull’uso degli strumenti ICT nelle attività di educazione degli adulti. I partecipanti hanno condiviso le loro esperienze ed hanno valutato il corso di formazione di Stepup2ICT, permettendo ai partner di migliorare le attività e l’offerta formativa futura.

La piattaforma per la comunità, un ambiente online in cui educatori e stakeholders possono condividere conoscenze, materiali, esperienze e strumenti, è ora disponibile. La piattaforma sarà un punto di riferimento per educatori di adulti che sono interessati ad utilizzare strumenti ICT nelle attività quotidiane, nello scambio di pratiche e tecnologie per l’educazione degli adulti. Ricerca approfondita sull’uso delle ICT da
parte di educatori di adulti
Come parte di un progetto di ricerca in scienze dell’educazione, Yashtee Gowreea, una delle partecipanti al corso pilota di Fano, ha iniziato ad estendere la ricerca condotta dai partner di Stepup2ICT sull’suo delle ICT da parte di educatori di adulti nelle diverse aree di applicazione. Al momento sta raccogliendo ulteriori risposte al questionario e elaborerà in futuro risultati su di essi.
