DESCRIPTION

My name is Sebastiano and I’m a italian Designer and Project Architect. I’m graduated on the 10th April 2010 at Siracuse University of Architecture. Having difende a de-gree tesi about “suburb cities and social living”, in which I investigated the mechanisms of improve the quality of life in the disadvantaged areas on the edge of town with a new urban and architecture solution. I would like to deepen this matter and find out new places for experi-mentation. Degree thesis entitled “ARCHITETTURA PER IL PAESAGGIO URBANO : progetto di un edificio adibito a scuola materna e asilo nido nella contrada Mazzarrona a Siracusa” (Architecture for Urban Landscape - design for a kindergarden in the suburb area of Siracusa, Sicily), the-sis director: Prof. Zaira Dato. During the academic years I worked as assistant of Architectural Design, Urban design and Life Class teachers. I organized cultural event and se-veral film shows like a member of a student organization. As a student i had the chance to attend some conferences where I knew the opinion about the architecture of Stefa-no Boeri, Philippe Starck, Zaha Hadid, Renzo Piano, Odile Decq, Giorgio Grassi,Alberto Campo Baeza, M. Giuseppina Cannizzo, Emanuel Mateus, Bernardo Secchi, Paolo Soleri and Kengo Kuma. I am very good at using computer (Mac and Win os’s) expecially at working with graphics software such AutoCad, ArchiCad, Cinema4D, Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Office, Corel Draw) and I’m a graphic and web developer (html, flash, actionscript, php..).
