Zanotti Spa has always sought to provide support to children’s missions and associations working directly in the areas where help is needed. In recent years regions of Africa have been chosen to receive the funds made available by Zanotti and the proceeds from the sale of its company calendars, the global vehicle of its famous brand.

Zanotti, as always, promises to donate all proceeds received from the sale of the 2016 calendar to the non-profit SOLETERRE Association, to support assistance activities and other projects, such as the purchase of medicines and diagnostic equiments.

We will keep you updated on the progress of projects and on the allocation of funds paid in accordance with the Soleterre Association.

Zanotti Spa ha sempre cercato di dare supporto a Missioni o Associazioni per bambini operanti direttamente in zone bisognose di aiuto. Negli anni recenti sono state identificate aree africane come destinatarie dei fondi messi a disposizione dalla Zanotti e di quanto ricavato dalla vendita dei calendari dell’azienda, veicolo del noto brand a livello mondiale.

Zanotti si impegna come sempre a devolvere interamente le somme ricevute dalla vendita del calendario edizione 2016 all’Associazione Onlus SOLETERRE, a supporto dell’attività di assistenza e ulteriori progetti, come l’acquisto di medicinali e di attrezzature per la diagnostica.

Sarà nostra cura aggiornarvi sul proseguo dei progetti e sulle destinazione dei fondi versati in accordo con l’Associazione Soleterre.

Soleterre opera per garantire i diritti inviolabili degli individui nelle “terre sole” attraverso progetti e attività in ambito sanitario, educativo e del lavoro. Soleterre ha attivato un PROGRAMMA INTERNAZIONALE DI ONCOLOGIA PEDIATRICA volto a sviluppare la prevenzione e la diagnosi precoce e a diminuire il livello di sofferenza dei bambini malati di cancro e delle loro famiglie nei Paesi in via di sviluppo. Ad oggi il progetto è attivo in India, Marocco, Costa d’Avorio, Ucraina e Italia.

Soleterre is a humanitarian organization working to ensure the inviolable rights of human beings living in the “lonesome lands” through specific projects in the fields of health, education, and employment. Through the INTERNATIONAL PROGRAM OF PEDIATRIC ONCOLOGY Soleterre gives children affected by cancer effective medical care focusing on prevention and early diagnosis and helps cut down their and their families’ level of pain through psychological support and hospitality. The project is currently working in India, Morocco, Ivory Coast, Ukraine and Italy.

CALENDARIO 2016: questa edizione del calendario è dedicata ai prodotti della Terra, ingredienti principali di ogni mese ed elementi decorativi distintivi di alcune zone del mondo. Prodotti associati a bambini ed animali che, loro fruitori, sono parte essenziale del nostro prezioso pianeta e futuro di ogni vita.

Zanotti Spa con il calendario 2016 prosegue il suo impegno sociale nel diffondere un pensiero e un impegno, e poterlo condividere con tanti. Zanotti durante l’incontro avvenuto a Maggio 2015 con l’Associazione Soleterre, ha consegnato il ricavato della raccolta fondi del progetto “Girotondo con Zanotti” iniziato nel 2013. Il Progetto è volto a sostenere le spese della Casa di Accoglienza per bambini malati di cancro ad Abidjan in Costa d’Avorio che giungono dalle zone più povere e lontane. Le famiglie dei bambini non potendo pagare un alloggio sono destinate a dormire per strada. In questo modo si dà la possibilità a chi non ha i mezzi economici di avere cibo, alloggio, e per i bambini meno gravi cure mediche in day hospital, oltre a un supporto psicologico in un momento così difficile. La somma raccolta quest anno è di 30.000,00 €, importante cifra che permetterà a un numero sempre maggiore di bambini malati di poter accedere alle cure mediche e di avere un posto dove poter stare. Zanotti ringrazia tutti coloro che si sono uniti a noi in questo importante progetto.La raccolta fondi continuerà per sostenere l’attività di Soleterre Onlus. Join Us :)

2016 CALENDAR: products from the earth are this year’s stars. Each month is dedicated to a specific ingredient and decorative elements from a different area of the world. The products are associated with children and animals who, as the ones who use them, are an essential part of our precious planet and the future of all life.

The fund collection will proceed to support the activities of the Soleterre Onlus. Join Us :)

Zanotti Spa uses its 2016 calendar to promote social awareness and consciousness and to share these with many people. Zanotti, during the May 2015 event with the Soleterre Association, delivered the funds collected for the ‘Girotondo with Zanotti’ project that was implemented in 2013. The Project was developed to sustain the expenses of children with cancer coming from the poorest and furthest areas, and whom are staying at the ‘Casa di Accoglienza’ Center of Abidjan, in the Ivory Coast. Several families are coming from afar and the poorest cannot pay accommodation and they would sleep on the road. In this way we give the possibility to whomcould not afford it, to have food, accommodation, medical care in a day hospital for children in less serious conditions and psychological support in a so difficult situation. An amount of 30.000,00 € was collected this year, a significant amount that will enable a greater number of sick children to have access to the medical treatments and to have a place to stay.

Nasce nel 1976, vive e lavora nei pressi di Bologna. E’ illustratrice grafica e freelance, lavora per l’editoria e committenti privati dal 2000. Nel 1999 frequenta la Scuola Internazionale di Comics di Firenze dove ha appreso le diverse tecniche pittoriche e l’uso di programmi grafici. Oltre a lavorare principalmente per l’editoria scolastica, realizza la grafica di alcuni siti web. La sua passione è l’Interior Design: recupera materiali usati, sopratutto legno e ferro, con cui realizza oggetti e pezzi d’arredo. Trae spunto da tutto ciò che la circonda: fotografie, momenti, colori, oggetti.

Born in 1976, she lives and works near Bologna, Italy. Freelance Illustrator, graphic designer and artist, she works for publishing and private customers since 2000. In 1999 she attended the Internationl School of Comics in Florence where she learned various painting techniques and the use of computer graphics program. Besides working mainly for educational publishing, she made the graphics of some websites. His passion is interior design: she recover second-hand materials, wood and iron and realize customized furniture. She inspired by everything surrounds her: picturs, moments, colors, abandoned objects and not.

A sleepy fox rests in a cabbage patch where here and there some new-born babies are hidden among the cabbage leaves, just as in the legends about where babies come from.

Febbraio d’Amore. Un fiore tra i più selvatici e meravigliosi presenti in natura: la Protea africana, di colore rosa come il leggiadro fenicottero. Un dono d’amore della natura.

February of Love. One of the most wild and wonderful flowers in nature, the Protea africana is as pink as a graceful flamingo. It is nature’s gift of love.

Marzo e la follia dell’assenzio. L’assenzio ricavato dall’artemisia dà ebrezza ed euforia. L’assenzio è il protagonista di un fantastico circo dove due acrobate si dondolano dal liquido che sale dalla bottiglia, giocando con una libellula gigante.

March and the Madness of Absinthe. Absinthe, which comes from wormwood, produces inebriation and euphoria. It is the star of a fantastic circus where two acrobats swing from the liquid rising out of a bottle as they frolic with a giant dragonfly.

Aprile in Giappone. La pianta della soia e i suoi frutti ricordano le pupe delle farfalle. La pianta stessa produce frutti e pupe, che schiudendosi volano in mano a due geishe diventando ventagli.April in Japan. The soybean plant and its fruit are reminiscent of butterfly cocoons. On the same plant both beans and cocoons are growing, and as the butterflies emerge, they fly into the hands of two geishas and become fans.

Maggio al Thè. Dalla pianta del Thè nascono tazzine traboccanti, da raccogliere e gustare insieme. Un topino curioso fa compagnia a una raccoglitrice cinese.

Tea in May. Growing on a Tea plant, overflowing cups of tea are ready to be picked and enjoyed with friends. A curious mouse keeps a Chinese teacup picker company.

Giugno profumato. Dallo zenzero, alla vaniglia, fino al curcuma: gli elefanti nella loro maestria e imponenza intingono le zampe nella polvere di curcuma di un deserto contenuto in una ciotola.

Fragrant June. From ginger to vanilla to turmeric: elephants with virtuosity and grandeur stroll through the turmeric powder of a desert contained in a bowl.

Luglio nel cocco. Una noce di cocco diventa una barca che trasporta una bambina indonesiana e un orso polare, un po’ lontano dai suoi confini. L’ orso mangia un gelato sotto il sole mentre la barca naviga in un mare di latte di cocco.Coconuts in July. A coconut becomes a boat to carry an Indonesian child and a polar bear, who finds himself a bit far from his native lands. The bear eats ice cream in the sun while the two sail on a sea of coconut milk.

Agosto narra del caffè. Una leggenda narra di un pastore africano che una notte di luna piena sta portando a pascolare le sue capre, le quali trovata una pianta sconosciuta ma profumata si mettono a mangiarne le foglie e sono colte da una vivacità improvvisa producendo caffèlatte.August and the story of Coffee. A legend tells of an African shepherd who on the night of the full moon led his goats out to graze. The goats found an unknown but fragrant plant and, eating its leaves, were seized by an unexpected exuberance, producing “caffèlatte”.

Settembre nel Girotondo. Fiori di finocchio selvatico come ombrelli che riparano dal sole bambini nordafricani trasportati come Tuareg sui cammelli, da una serie di lumache che fanno un girotondo.September in the Ring o’ Roses. Fennel flowers serve as umbrellas to protect northafrican children from the sun as they are carried like Tuaregs by a group of snails playing a game of Ring a Ring o’ Roses.

Ottobre arancione. La pianta dell’alkekengi matura producendo fiori arancioni i cui petali si schiudono per lasciare posto a semi succosi. La loro forma richiama quella dei pesci d’oro, o goldfish. Un bambino intinge un ramo nell’acqua i cui fiori schiudendosi diventano nuovi pesci.

Orange October. The mature alkekengi plant produces orange flowers whose petals open to reveal the succulent fruit inside with a shape reminiscent of goldfish. A child dangles a branch of the plant in the water and as the flowers open new fish emerge.

Novembre di cacao. Giocare a “piñata” con le fave di cacao originarie del Sud America. Un bambino rompe una fava da cui escono semi succosi, sotto lo sguardo curioso dei bellissimi tucani.Cocoa in November. A child has made a piñata out of a cacao pod full of cocoa beans from South America. As he breaks the pod open, the succulent beans pour out under the curious gaze of beautiful toucans.

Dicembre di Festa. La neve dolce in cui giocano alcuni panda insieme a bimbi eschimesi è prodotta dalle canne da zucchero usate come racchette da neve.

Sweet December. Pandas frolic with Eskimo children in the sweet snow produced from sugar canes used as snowshoes.
