L’AZIENDAIl tarallificio Cerchi di Grano nasce il 16 Aprile 2014 a Noicattaro, un paese in provincia di Bari ed è il frutto della passione di un ragazzo che per anni ha guardato il lavoro e le tradizioni delle vecchie generazioni restandone affascinato.La giovane azienda si pone come obiettivo quello di far conoscere il “Tarallo Pugliese” ed il suo sublime sapore in tutto il mondo.Il nostro punto di forza consiste nell’impiego di ingredienti di elevata qualità e nell’assenza totale di additivi e conservan-ti, è inoltre meticolosa la selezione di tutte le materie prime utilizzate tra le quali figurano le migliori farine, l’olio extra vergine di oliva ed il vino bianco, rigorosamente provenienti da agricoltura locale pugliese e considerati prodotti base della dieta mediterranea.Nonostante la presenza nei laboratori del tarallificio di strumenti tecnologici di ultima generazione, gran parte dei proces-si fondamentali di preparazione vengono svolti a mano, per garantire l’unicità e la genuinità dei nostri prodotti da forno, nel rispetto dei più severi standard igenico-sanitari dell‘H.A.C.C.P. I taralli di Cerchi di Grano ben si sposano ai sapori di salumi e formaggi e sono lo spuntino ideale per ogni momento della giornata oltre che un finger food stuzzicante per un gustoso aperitivo.

From this started “Cerchi di grano” that aim at encouraging a product that use ours raw materials increasingly recommen-ded in the Mediterranean diet: extra virgin olive oil, flour and wine. Bagels of the company “Cerchi di grano” dressing up tables of gourments as a substitute for bread or they are an excellent accompaniment to meats, cheese and vegeta-bles. You can take bagels also for practical lunches or summer picnic, but at the same time they represent a nice snack in every moment of the day. We respect the strictest hygienic and sanitary standards of HACCP but moreover we guarantee a healthy and balanced food for adults and children besause it is the perfect mix of dietary fibers, protein and fat ( unsaturated) ensure the right caloric intake in the diet. The company “Cerchi di grano” born on April 16, 2014 in Noicattaro, a town near Bari. It’s a company rich of young ideas, with a great desire to bring up the “Tarallo Pugliese” (Apulian bagel) with its indispensable flavor on the table of all over the world. I’d like that people appreciate my product because I only use high quality ingredients, while not renounce to the forefront and laboratory technology. The preparation of ours bagels in its essential steps is handma-de, with a meticulous selection of all raw materials and atten-tion for all of machining process so that our products save the fragrance and uniqueness that ancient tradition hand down to us. Everything is born with a passion that since I was a child it has always attracted me, like when I saw my grandmother close one by one her delicious bagels that formed small circles. After college I worked in a bakery for a lots of years, so I have cultivated and I have now refined my passion.
