The automatic Rotoplat machines represent the innovative and fl exible solution to fully automatic pallet wrapping. The operator places the load on the turntable, starts - off cycle by remote control and, after having accomplished the wrapping cycle in an automatic manner, removes the pallet. The innovative Film Clamping & Cutting Unit with integrated sealer ensures accurate hooking, cutting and sealing of fi lm tail that perfectly adheres to the pallet; full respect of the safety rules is guaranteed in every operating condition.The pallet can be positioned by fork lift truck or pallet jack and, thanks to the base plate 92 mm. high, Rotoplat LP-AS has a high operating fl exibility.

ROTOPLAT LP ASLe Rotoplat automatiche rappresentano la soluzione innovativa e fl essibile per eseguire l’avvolgimento del pallet in modo completamente automatico. L’operatore posiziona il pallet sulla tavola rotante, avvia il ciclo mediante comando a distanza e, dopo l’esecuzione del ciclo di avvolgimento, che avviene in modo automatico, provvede a rimuovere il pallet. L’innovativo Gruppo Pinza &Taglio Film con Saldatore integrato assicura l’aggancio, il taglio e la saldatura della coda del fi lm che rimane perfettamente aderente al pallet; in ogni condizione operativa è garantito il pieno rispetto delle vigenti normative di sicurezza.La possibilità di posizionare il pallet mediante carrello elevatore o transpallet manuale, grazie all’altezza del piatto di 92 mm., evidenzia l’elevata fl essibilità operativa della Rotoplat LP AS.

Le Rotoplat LP AS sono costruite seguendo l’alto livello qualitativo delle macchine ROBOPAC. Il piatto è montato su rulli a sfere ad alta capacità di carico, il trascinamento avviene per mezzo di una catena ad alta resistenza e l’albero in acciaio è costruito in lamiera piegata ed ha una struttura tubolare che lo rende ancora più resistente. Il tutto a garanzia delle migliori prestazioni possibili e di una ridotta usura delle parti mobili.Il nuovo basamento a inforcabilità anteriore e posteriore garantisce il massimo della fl essibilità nella movimentazione della macchina.

The LP-AS Rotoplat series is built following the high quality standards of all ROBOPAC machines. The turnable is mounted on heavy duty casters with sealed bearings. A high resistence chain and sprocket system ensures consistent and reliable rotation; the mast, built in cold folded steel plate, has a tubolar inner structure to achieve higher sturdiness. All these qualities are to guarantee the best possible performances and a reduced wear of all parts.The new turntable base has front and rear forklift portability to facilitate operations.

SISTEMA PINZA, TAGLIO E SALDATURAIl gruppo pinza e taglio è innovativo: tutte le operazioni sono eseguite singolarmente e con la massima precisione per mezzo di un sistema ad azionamento pneumatico.L’automatismo della LP AS si completa poi grazie alla capacità di saldare a caldo il fi lm senza tensionarlo alla fi ne del ciclo di avvolgimento. Il sistema di pinzatura permette, automaticamente, di predisporre la macchina per il ciclo successivo. Le operazioni sono eseguibili anche in maniera manuale.

CLAMP, CUTTING AND SEALING UNITThe innovative clamp and cut unit is based on a pneumatic system and delivers high precision and reliable performances by executing each operation step by step.The integrated sealing unit on the LP AS machines is able to seal the fi lm at the end of each wrapping cycle and ensures the absence of any tail.The clamp unit allows the machine to be always ready for the next cycle. All these operations can run manually.

CARRELLO FRIl carrello FR è dotato di dispositivo di stiro del fi lm realizzato tramite un freno elettromeccanico controllabile da pannello di comando. L’innesto del freno è temporizzato per agevolare l’aggancio del fi lm alla base del pallet. Volendo l’azione del freno elettromagnetico potrebbe essere programmabile tramite PLC o da pannello (nel caso si debbano avvolgere prodotti diversi che richiedano tiri diversi).

CARRELLO PFSCarrello a rulli motorizzati con valori del rapporto di prestiro variabili fi no al 250% mediante freno elettromagnetico. Forza di deposito del fi lm sul carico regolabile da quadro e controllata da dispositivo elettronico brevettato.
