Aziende produttrici e showroom hanno preso parte a questo evento professionale nel corso del quale hanno potuto esporre le ultime novità e trend del settore al pubblico ucraino. Quest’anno la manifestazione ha visto un incremento degli espositori: 187 aziende provenienti da Italia, Germania, Francia, Spagna, Portogallo, Regno Unito, Polonia, Repubblica Ceca e Ucraina. Tra questi, alcuni marchi prestigiosi del settore arredamento, illuminazione e décor come Gianfranco Ferrè Home, Calligaris, Molteni, Snaidero, Serip, Aster Cucine, Mi-notti, Varenna, Porada, Ligne Roset, Rimadesio, Ja-cuzzi, Poliform, Poltrona Frau, Midj, Gamma, Zanotta, Swan, Marazzi, Roche Bobois e molte altre. Questa edizione ha registrato un notevole aumento dell’af-fluenza rispetto agli anni precedenti: circa 14.225 vi-sitatori, 24% rappresentati da distributori e showroom e 28% da interior designer e architetti. I visitatori pro-

fessionali provenienti da diverse regioni dell’Ucraina e dall’estero hanno avuto l’opportunità di apprezzare le proposte di arredamento contemporaneo e i progetti di design esposti nell’area trend, tra cui l’installazio-ne dello stand del premio ART SPACE e della rivista ID. Interior Design, progettata da Viktoriya Shklyar; lo stand del designer Yuriy Ryntovt, lo stand di Loft Buro di Oleg Volosovsky e altri. Il tradizionale progetto di Interior Mebel - l’Auditorium, cuore del design dove si tengono conferenze, master-class e dibattiti - è sta-to progettato nel 2018 dal famoso architetto ucraino Ivan Yanukov. L’Auditorium è stato il punto di incon-tro fondamentale per i professionisti dell’arredo e del design, grazie all’interessante programma di Confe-renze. Ventitré tra conferenze, master-class e lezio-ni si sono svolte durante la fiera, tra cui “Disegnare la Complessità” dell’architetto Marco Piva, “French

art de vivre’ - French touch & know how Italiano per un lifestyle internazionale” del designer Emmanuel Gallina, la conferenza di Andrea Tosi dello IED - Isti-tuto Europeo del Design e le impareggiabili master-classes sulla progettazione di interni di ristoranti di Oleg Volosovsky e Yova Yager. E ancora, i designer Elena Fateeva e Andrey Dmitriev, Olga Bogdanova e i docenti di EDS - Scuola Europea di Design Alena Murakhovskaya e Olga Terefeeva. Nel corso dei 4 giorni di fiera gli operatori del settore hanno conclu-so contratti e discusso strategie di business, mentre i visitatori professionali ed i consumatori finali hanno apprezzato l’alto livello della manifestazione e dei prodotti esposti.

La prossima edizione di Interior Mebel si terrà a Kiev a Febbraio 2019.

The 7th edition of Interior Mebel - International Exhibition of Furniture, Lighting and Décor - was held in Kiev from 7th to 10th February 2018

Both manufacturers and showrooms participated in this professional event were they could display the latest novelties and trends of this sector to the Ukrainian public. This year the event saw an increase in the exhibitors’ number: 187 compa-nies from Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, United Kingdom, Poland, Czech Republic and Ukraine. Among them, some key brands in the furniture, lighting and décor sectors such as Gianfranco Ferrè Home, Calligaris, Molteni, Snaidero, Serip, Aster Cucine, Minotti, Varenna, Porada, Ligne Roset, Rimadesio, Jacuzzi, Poliform, Poltrona Frau, Midj, Gamma , Zanotta, Swan, Marazzi, Roche Bobois and many others. This year the attendance has been much greater if compared to the last edition: around 14.225 visitors - 24% of them were represented by distributors and showrooms and 28% by interior designers and architects. Trade visitors from dif-ferent regions of Ukraine and abroad had the chance to appreciate contemporary furniture proposals and design projects displayed in the trend area, including the

installation of the ARTSPACE Awards and ID. Interior Design magazine, designed by Viktoriya Shklyar; the stand of the designer Yuriy Ryntovt, the one of SALON magazine, the stand of Loft Buro by Oleg Volosovsky and others. The traditional Interior Mebel’s project - the Auditorium, the hub of design where conferences, master classes and debates take place - was designed in 2018 by the famous Ukrainian architect Ivan Yanukov. The Auditorium was the key meeting point for fur-niture and design professionals, thanks to the interesting Conference programme. Twenty-three conferences, master-classes and lessons were held during the exhi-bition, including “Designing the Complexity” by the architect Marco Piva, “French art de vivre” - French touch & Italian know-how for an international lifestyle “ by the designer Emmanuel Gallina, the conference by Andrea Tosi of IED - European Insti-tute of Design and the unique master-classes on the interior design of restaurants by Oleg Volosovsky and Yova Yager. And also the designers Elena Fateeva and Andrey Dmitriev, Olga Bogdanova and Alena Murakhovskaya and Olga Terefeeva, both teachers at EDS - European School of Design. During the 4 exhibition days segment professionals could sign contracts and discuss business strategies, while trade visitors and final consumers enjoyed the high level of the show and of the products displayed.

The next edition of Interior Mebel will take place in Kiev in February 2019.
