Forte dell’esperienza quarantennale maturata nella costruzione di stazioni di servizio per GPL e METANO gassoso, Tecnogas offre ai propri clienti un Servizio Globale per la realizzazione “chiavi in mano” di stazioni di rifornimento GNL.

Il personale Tecnogas esegue sopralluoghi e sviluppa studi di fattibilità al fine di determinare il miglior layout e le soluzioni tecniche ottimali per il buon funzionamento degli impianti.

In particolare supportiamo i nostri clienti nell’intero iter progettuale, autorizzativo e di realizzazione, assistendoli in tutte le fasi: • Sviluppo layout degli impianti• Disbrigo delle pratiche tecnico-amministrative per l’ottenimento delle autorizzazioni necessarie• Progettazione esecutiva • Fornitura di tutti i componenti e accessori (serbatoi, pompe, dispenser, vaporizzatori, ecc.)• Realizzazione • Collaudo in conformità alle leggi vigenti.

Tecnogas personnel perform surveys and develop feasibility studies in order to determine the best layout and optimum technical solutions for the proper functioning of plants.

9 EROGATORE GNCCNG DISPENSER

Grazie allo sviluppo di un apposito software, Tecnogas è in grado di gestire in modalità remota l’impianto GNL. Attraverso diverse modalità di connessione, i nostri tecnici sono in grado di monitorare tutti i parametri di funzionamento dell’impianto, rilevare eventuali guasti o malfunzionamenti e intervenire direttamente dalla nostra sede per la risoluzione. Questo sistema permette di eliminare i fermi impianto e ridurre sensibilmente i costi di manutenzione. Lo stesso sistema gestisce inoltre l’invio di SMS a numeri impostabili per la segnalazione degli allarmi, come previsto dalle norme vigenti.

Il servizio di manutenzione programmata e straordinaria delle stazioni di servizio è affidato ad un call centre dedicato e disponibile 24h/24 7g/7 che raccoglie le richieste di “pronto intervento” e gestisce le unità locali per una veloce risoluzione del guasto su tutto il territorio nazionale.

Thanks to the development of special software, Tecnogas can remotely manage LNG plants. Using different methods of connection, our technicians can monitor all plant operating parameters, detect any faults or malfunctions and intervene directly from our office to rectify problems. This system makes it possible to eliminate plant stoppages and significantly reduce maintenance costs. The same system also sends out SMS messages to phone numbers selected by the customer for reporting alarms as required by current regulations.

Scheduled and extraordinary maintenance of the service stations is taken care of by a dedicated call centre, available 24/7, which receives all emergency intervention requests and manages the local units to ensure rapid fault resolution all over the country.
