ANCE is the Italian National Association of Construction Companies, composed of AGI (Large General Contractors Association),20 Regional and 102 Local branches nationwide. ANCE, which represent around 20,000 construction companies, supportsthe Italian construction industry by cooperating with the Government, the Parliament and the national and international institutionsand social partners. ANCE is also member of the main Italian and European entrepreneurs Organisations (Conndustria, EICand FIEC).

The enterprise system contributes in a remarkable way to the determination of the wealth on the territory. It is also the bearer of values that makethe community and society, in general, grow. Ance Cosenza aggregates the most signicant construction companies of the territory and plentyof small and very small enterprises that constitute the economical fabric of the local situation. Vianini has performed the high speed railway line joining Rome to Naples over 180 km length, the rst high speed line operatedin Italy. The works were performed by a joint venture where Vinini had 16%, under EPC standards of contract on turnkey basis,not including the rolling stock.
