I have known Jerry Browning for 30 years, but I will try to be brief.  In that time he has grown from the teenage boy I met into a responsible, smart, caring and compassionate man.  

He is the only person I know that has only had four jobs in his life and for no other reasons than his loyalty to his employer and his diligence on the job.  He is the first one to offer his help.  He is the person that will stay until the job is done and done right.  He consistently goes the extra mile for his coworkers and customers.  He carries a 1920s work ethic in the 21st century: loyal, honest, true and reliable.  He brings his unique perspective to every situation. He has great leadership and decision making skills. He has a superb ability to take in all aspects of a situation and make an immediate decision on how things should be handled.
