Il Comune di Senigallia indice ed organizza il Concorso Pianistico Internazionale “Città di Senigallia” che si terrà a Senigallia (Ancona)dal 3 al 15 Settembre 2001.Il Concorso, giunto alla XXX edizione, ha il patrocinio e il contributo della Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri – Dipartimento dello Spettacolo,della Regione Marche e della Provincia di Ancona.

1 .1 . Il Concorso Pianistico Internazionale “Città di Senigallia” èaperto ai pianisti di tutte le nazionalità nati tra il 1966 e il1986 compresi. Sono esclusi i vincitori del 1° premio delleprecedenti edizioni del concorso.

2 .2 . L’iscrizione si effettua con l’invio del modulo d’iscrizione,allegato al presente bando, alla:

Per i 24 concorrenti che avranno superato la ProvaPreliminare e fino alla loro permanenza in gara,l’Organizzazione può, a richiesta, trovare sistemazione pressoun ostello cittadino che garantirà i pernottamenti. Il vitto è acarico dei concorrenti. Sono previste convenzioni con iristoratori della città.

2 .2 . Sono esonerati dal sostenere la Prova Preliminare i candidatiche hanno vinto un primo o un secondo premio in Concorsiinternazionali membri della Federazione di Ginevra.

3 .3 . I candidati che sosterranno la Prova Preliminare sono tenuti apresentarsi il giorno 3 settembre alle ore 16.00 pressol’Auditorium San Rocco. Quelli esonerati dalla provaPreliminare sono tenuti a presentarsi il giorno 6 settembre alleore 16.00 presso l’Auditorium San Rocco. Non sono ammessiritardi.

4 .4 . L’esecuzione dei brani è a memoria ad eccezione di quelli dimusica da camera e del brano di musica contemporanea.

5 .5 . L’esecuzione dei ritornelli è a discrezione del candidato inrelazione alla durata della Prova

6 .6 . Tutte le prove saranno pubbliche.7 .7 . Il brano di musica contemporanea, composto appositamente

8 .8 . L’ordine di chiamata dei candidati sarà stabilito persorteggio e sarà valido per tutte le prove. Nella Prova diMusica da Camera e nella Finale con Orchestra l’ordine potràessere modificato secondo le esigenze del programmamusicale.

9 .9 . Per la Prova Preliminare, la Prima Prova e il Recital, l’ordinedi esecuzione dei brani è a scelta del candidato.

1 0 .1 0 . All’inizio di ogni prova i partecipanti dovranno presentarealla Giuria una copia dei brani in programma.

1 1 .1 1 . Saranno messi a disposizione dei concorrenti pianoforti dastudio per le esercitazioni.

1 2 .1 2 . La Giuria è composta da musicisti italiani e stranieri erappresentanti di agenzie concertistiche o di enti diproduzione musicale. Per la Prova Preliminare al Concorsopotrà operare anche con organico ridotto.I nominativi dei membri della Giuria verranno pubblicati sulsito Web ufficiale del concorso.

1 3 .1 3 . I componenti della Giuria non possono presentare al concorsopropri allievi e parenti. All’atto dell’insediamento, ciascungiurato rilascerà una dichiarazione sulla propria situazione

personale nei confronti dei concorrenti. I giurati che abbiano inatto o abbiano avuto nei due anni precedenti l’inizio delleprove rapporti didattici con uno o più concorrenti, debbonoastenersi dall’esprimere il voto sulle prove dei concorrentimedesimi.

1 4 .1 4 . Il voto avverrà alla fine di ogni prova e sarà successivamentereso noto. Un segretario della Giuria ha il compito diraccogliere i voti e redigere il verbale con i risultati di ogniprova.

1 5 .1 5 . E’ facoltà della Giuria interrompere la Prova preliminare e laPrima Prova, non le successive prove del concorso.

1 6 .1 6 . Il giudizio della Giuria è inappellabile.1 7 .1 7 . La premiazione avrà luogo, in forma ufficiale, il giorno 15

1 .1 . The International Piano Competition ”Città di Senigallia” isopen to pianists from all over the world who were bornbetween 1966 and 1986 inclusively. Participation excludesany first prize winners of the previous competitions.

having passed the Preliminary Performance freeaccommodation at a hotel selected by the city for the durationof their further participation in the competition. Meals have tobe paid by the candidates themselves – it is, however, plannedto make reasonable arrangements with the local restaurants.

1 .1 . The performance program submitted by the candidates onthe application form may not be changed at a later date.not be changed at a later date.

2 .2 . Candidates having won a first or a second prize ininternational competitions belonging to the Federation ofGeneva are exempt from the Preliminary Performance.

3 .3 . Participants having to pass the Preliminary Performance willbe requested to present themselves on 3 rd September at 4p.m.in the San Rocco Auditorium. Those exempt from thePreliminary Performance have to present themselves on 6th

September in the same location. Delays are not acceptable.4 .4 . The pieces are to be performed from memory with the

exception of the Chamber Music pieces and the piece ofcontemporary music.

5 .5 . Depending on the duration of the performance, it is up to theparticipants to include repetitions.

6 .6 . All the performances will be open to the public.7 .7 . The piece of contemporary music, composed specifically for

the competition, can be downloaded after 2nd April from thehomepage www.senigalliapianocompetition.it or will be mailedto the participants upon request.

8 .8 . The order of being called is established by draw and remainsthe same for all the performances. In the case of the ChamberOrchestra music and of the finale with orchestra, however, theorder may be altered according to the requirements of theprogram.

9 .9 . For the Preliminary Performance, the First Performance andthe Recital, the sequence of the pieces is left to the candidates.

1 0 .1 0 . At the beginning of each performance, the participants are topresent to the Jury a copy of the scores of their program.

1 1 .1 1 . Pianos will be available to the competitors for rehearsing.1 2 .1 2 . The Jury is mainly composed of Italian and foreign musicians,

conductors, representatives of concert agencies and musicproducers. For the Preliminary Performance of the competition,the Jury will be able to operate with a reduced staff. Pleaseconsult the official homepage of the competition for particularson the panel of judges.

The members of the Jury are not allowed to judge any oftheir present or former students or relatives in the competition.Upon being elected, each Jury member will issue a declarationregarding his/her personal relationship to the competitors.Members of the Jury who have taught participants during thepast two years, or are still teaching them, have to refrain fromjudging them.

1 4 .1 4 . The vote, given at the end of each Performance, will be openand will subsequently be made public. A secretary of the Juryis responsible for collecting the votes and for drawing up theminutes containing the results of each performance.

1 5 .1 5 . The Jury has the right to interrupt the PreliminaryPerformance as well as the First Performance but not thefollowing performances of the competition.

1 6 .1 6 . The judgement of the Jury is incontestable.1 7 .1 7 . The official presentation of prizes will take place on 15th

September following the Final Concert with Orchestra.1 8 .1 8 . The registration for the competition implies the acceptance of

Performance of a program not exceeding 35 minutes. Theindividual pieces have to be presented in their entirety. Movementsof a sonata or excerpts from operas are not to be performed.

A maximum of 12 participants will be admitted to the subsequentRecital.

Performance of a free perogramme not exceeding 60 minuteswhich has to include the piece of contemporary music commissionedby the organizers of the competition. Pieces of the FirstPerformance may not be repeated.The pieces have to be presented in their entirety. Movements of asonata or excerpts from operas are not to be performed.

Den 24 Konkurrenten, welche die Vorprüfung bestandenhaben, werden auf Wunsch seitens der Organisation für denZeitraum ihres weiteren Verbleibs im WettbewerbÜbernachtungsmöglichkeiten in einem von der Gemeindeausgewählten Hotel zur freien Verfügung gestellt. DieVerpflegung geht zu eigenen Lasten - günstige Vereinbarungmit den Restaurants der Stadt sind jedoch vorgesehen.

3 .3 . Teilnehmer, welche die Vorprüfung zu bestehen haben ,müssen sich am 3. September um 16.00 Uhr im Auditorium SanRocco melden. Diejenigen, welche von der Vorprüfung befreitsind, müssen sich am 6. September um 16.00 Uhr dort melden.Verspätete Anmeldungen können nicht berücksichtigt werden.

4 .4 . Die Aufführung der Stücke erfolgt auswendig, mit Ausnahmeder Kammermusik sowie des Stücks zeitgenössischer Musik.

5 .5 . Die Ausführung von Wiederholungen bleibt - je nach Dauerder Prüfung - den Teilnehmern überlassen.

8 .8 . Die Reihenfolge des Aufrufs wird ausgelost und gilt für allePrüfungen. Bei der Kammermusik und beim Finale mitOrchester kann die Reihenfolge jedoch entsprechend denErfordernissen des Programms angepaßt werden.

9 .9 . Bei Vorprüfung, erster Prüfung und im Recital bleibt dieReihenfolge der Stücke den Kandidaten überlassen.

1 0 .1 0 . Zu Beginn jeder Prüfung müssen die Kandidaten der Jury eineKopie der Partituren ihres Programms vorlegen.

1 1 .1 1 . Den Teilnehmern werden Klaviere zum Üben zur Verfügunggestellt.

1 2 .1 2 . Die Jury setzt sich überwiegend aus italienischen undausländischen Musikern, Dirigenten, Vertretern vonKonzertagenturen und Musikproduzenten zusammen. Für dieVorprüfung zum Wettbewerb ist auch eine kleinere Besetzungder Jury möglich. Die Personalien der Jury werden auf deroffiziellen Homepage des Wettbewerbs publiziert.

1 3 .1 3 . Die Mitglieder der Jury können im Wettbewerb keine Schüler,ehemaligen Schüler oder Verwandte beurteilen. Bei derAuswahl der Jury gibt jedes Jurymitglied eine Erklärung überseine persönlichen Beziehungen zu den Teilnehmern ab.Jurymitglieder, welche in den letzten beiden Jahren Teilnehmerunterrichtet haben oder noch unterrichten, müssen bei derenBeurteilung in den Ausstand treten.

1 4 .1 4 . Die Beurteilung, die nach Ende jeder Prüfung erfolgt, ist offenund wird anschließend bekanntgegeben. Ein Schriftführer derJury hat die Aufgabe, die Wahlergebnisse entgegenzunehmenund für jede Prüfung ein Protokoll mit den Ergebnissen zuverfassen.

1 5 .1 5 . Die Jury hat das Recht, die Vorprüfung sowie die 1. Prüfungzu unterbrechen, nicht jedoch die folgenden Prüfungen desWettbewerbs.

4 .4 . Les candidats devront exécuter leurs morceaux par cœur, àl’exception des morceaux de musique de chambre et dumorceau de musique contemporaine.

5 .5 . Les répétitions - suivant la durée de l’épreuve - sont laissées àl’appréciation des candidats.

6 .6 . Toutes les épreuves seront publiques.7 .7 . Le morceau de musique contemporaine spécialement

composée pour ce concours sera disponible dès le 2me avril surle site internet www.senigalliapianocompetition.it ou seraenvoyée sur demande directement aux candidats.

8 .8 . L’ordre d’appel des candidats sera établi par tirage au sortet sera maintenu pour toutes les épreuves. Une modificationpeut toutefois intervenir suivant les exigences du programmepour la musique de chambre et la finale avec orchestre.

9 .9 . Lors de l'Epreuve Préliminaire, de la Première Epreuve et duRécital, l’ordre des morceaux exécutés est laissé àl’appréciation des candidats.

1 0 .1 0 . Au début de chaque épreuve, les participants devrontprésenter au jury une copie des partitions des morceaux auprogramme.

1 1 .1 1 . Les candidats auront à leur disposition des pianos d'étudepour s'exercer.

1 2 .1 2 . Le jury se composera de musiciens, italients et étrangers, dechefs d'orchestre et de représentants d'agences des concertsou d'organismes de production musicale. Pour l'EpreuvePréliminaire, le jury ne devra pas être obligatoirement augrand complet. Les coordonnées du jury seront publiées sur lesite internet officiel du concours.

1 3 .1 3 . Les membres du jury ont l’interdiction de présenter auconcours des élèves, anciens élèves ou parents. Au moment dela convocation du jury, chaque examinateur délivrera unedéclaration sur sa situation personnelle à l'égard descandidats. Les membres du jury travaillant avec desparticipants ou ayant travaillé avec eux pendant les deuxannées passées, auront l’obligation de s’abstenir au momentde l’appréciation de ces derniers.

1 4 .1 4 . Le vote exprimé à la fin de chaque épreuve est public et seracommuniqué à l’issue des épreuves. Un secrétaire du jury apour tâche de recueillir les votes et de rédiger le procès-verbal des résultats.

1 5 .1 5 . Le jury a la faculté d'interrompre l'Epreuve Préliminaire ainsique la Première Epreuve, mais pas les épreuves suivantes duconcours.

I candidati sono pregati di compilare a macchina o in stampatello questo modello in modo chiaro e leggibile, e di elencare: il compositore, il titolo esatto dell’opera, il numero che laidentifica, la tonalità, il numero d’opera, i movimenti e la durata di ogni brano scelto. Tutti i movimenti dovranno essere identificati in modo chiaro e completo come apparirebbero inun programma di concerto. Le domande di iscrizioni, con dati incompleti od omessi, non potranno essere accettate.

Applicants are asked to type or print this form clearly, and to list the composer, exact title, identifying number, key, opus numbers, movements, and timings of each work chosen. Allmovements must be completely identified as they would be in a printed recital program. Omissions of any of the required information will be considered as an incomplete application and cannot beaccepted.
