TER-MELTING IL FUTURO DELLA PERFETTA MODANATURA“Ter-Melting” è il nome che abbiamo attribuito ad un nuovo modo di realizzare i terminali alle modanature. Con uno speciale pro-cedimento otteniamo, alle estremità del profi lo, una elegante e perfetta rifi nitura, eliminando la riga di congiunzione che inevitabil-mente si ottiene iniettando tradizionalmente un terminale al profi lo estruso. Il risultato estetico di “Ter-Melting” è identico ad un profi lo realizzato interamente con la tecnica dello stampaggio ma con costi inferiori e consentendo la realizzazione di serie limitate per allestimenti speciali.

TER-MELTING TEH FUTURE OF THE PERFECT MOULDING“Ter-Melting” is the name that we have given to a new way of producing the terminals for the mouldings. With a special pro-cess we have, at the edges of the moulding, an elegant and perfect fi nishing, eliminating the junction line which you always have when injecting a terminal to the extruded moulding in the traditional way. The aesthetic result of “Ter-Melting” is identical to a moulding completely made with the injection technique but with lesser costs and allowing he production of limited series for special equipments.

La temperatura ideale per il montaggio è fra +18° a +35°C. Se necessario riscaldare la superfi cie con una fonte di calore.La superfi cie sulla quale verrà applicato il profi lo deve essere ben pulita, asciutta e sgrassata con un panno pulito imbevuto di alcool e che non lasci residui.Poi ripassare con un panno pulito per eliminare la presenza di eventuali aloni dell’alcool.Dopo il montaggio, il profi lo va premuto con un rullo o in altro modo, in corrispondenza degli adesivi.La superfi cie ideale per l’uso dei nastri adesivi è una superfi cie piatta e liscia.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MOUNTING AND PRESERVATION The best temperature for the fi tting up is from +18° to +35°. If necessary warm up the surface with a heat source.The surface which will receive the moulding must be clean, dry and degreased with a clean cloth soaked with alcohol and which will not loose naps. Then clean again, always with a clean cloth to remove the alcohol halo.After the mounting, the moulding have to be pressed with a roll or in other ways, in corrispondence of the adhesives. The ideal surface for the use of the adesive tape must be fl at and smooth.

IMMAGAZZINAGGIOSTORAGEI profi li devono essere conservati ad una temperatura fra +15°C e +25°C.

The mouldings must be kept at a temperature between +15° and +25°C.
