nello stabilimento di: OSTRAVA (Repubblica Ceca)
è stato sottoposto da parte del Produttore alle prove di qualificazione del prodotto effettuate a cura
del Laboratorio Ufficiale Politecnico di Milano – Dipartimento di Ingegneria Strutturale e il
Servizio Tecnico Centrale del Consiglio Superiore dei Lavori Pubblici ha effettuato
l’ispezione iniziale dello stabilimento e del controllo di produzione in fabbrica.
Il presente certificato attesta che tutte le disposizioni riguardanti la procedura di qualificazione
definita nella norma
D.M. 14.01.2008: “Norme tecniche per le costruzioni”
sono state applicate.
Il presente attestato sostituisce ed annulla il n. 004/16-AM ed ha validità fino al 15.06.2021 o sino
a che le condizioni di produzione in fabbrica o il controllo di produzione in fabbrica non
subiscano modifiche significative.

è stato sottoposto da parte del Produttore alle prove di qualificazione del prodotto effettuate a cura
del Laboratorio Ufficiale Politecnico di Milano – Dipartimento di Ingegneria Strutturale e il
Servizio Tecnico Centrale del Consiglio Superiore dei Lavori Pubblici ha effettuato
l’ispezione iniziale dello stabilimento e del controllo di produzione in fabbrica.
Il presente certificato attesta che tutte le disposizioni riguardanti la procedura di qualificazione
definita nella norma
D.M. 17.01.2018: “Norme tecniche per le costruzioni”
sono state applicate.
Il presente attestato, che sostituisce ed annulla i n. 002/18-AM e 004/18-AM, ha validità dal
26.09.2019 al 06.09.2023 o sino a che le condizioni di produzione in fabbrica o il controllo di
produzione in fabbrica non subiscano modifiche significative.

in larghezze da 60 a 160 cm
Questa sagoma si utilizza in particolare nella protezione
di canali in città, negli scavi, nelle pareti di sostegno e
nel risanamento di dighe. L‘incastro dei ganci con un
aggancio perfetto è un‘ottima guida per l‘infissione e dà
alla parete un‘elevata stabilità. I profili vengono laminati
fino ad una lunghezza di 17 metri.

caratterizzate da una consegna rapida e puntuale per
garantire un decorso dei lavori privo di intoppi.
Profili Omega
Questi profili sono particolarmente adatti per banchine
fluviali e rinforzi di argini su canali e fiumi Come singole,
doppie, triple o quadruple, si ottengono ampie larghezze
che permettono un rapido avanzamento dei lavori in fase
di vibrazione o pressatura.
Profili a Z
I ferri scanalati vengono utilizzati in particolare nella
messa in sicurezza e nel sostegno di scavi e pozzetti e
scavi da costruzione. Vengono impiegati sempre quando
la resistenza alla filtrazione dei ganci non è di primaria
importanza. Il ferro scanalato ha una forma particolare;
con una profondità ridotta e una grande resistenza, ha
un‘elevata stabilità in fase di infissione e un impiego
molto frequente. La speciale sagomatura razionalizza e
semplifica sia l‘impiego che l‘accatastamento.
In stabilimento prestiamo grande attenzione alla sagoma
dei profili in fase di laminazione; la lunghezza standard è
di 12 m, ma è possibile laminare lunghezze maggiori su
richiesta.

specifica del cliente. Rispettiamo le richieste di gara in
modo da ottenere il maggior momento di resistenza con il
profilo più leggero. Il confronto fra le palancole laminate a
caldo e i profili Omega a tavola mostra i notevoli vantaggi
di peso di questi ultimi.

Le palancole di acciaio di per sè stesse sono totalmente
impermeabili all‘acqua. L‘acqua può passare solo attraverso
i ganci. Già per la sua sagoma il gancio dà una resistenza
alla filtrazione. Se è accettabile una minima filtrazione, non
è necessaria un‘impermeabilizzazione aggiuntiva. In caso
di pareti che devono essere impermeabili, quali contrafforti
di ponti, discariche dismesse e nel caso di protezione dalle
acque alte, dove è necessaria una garanzia alla filtrazione,
è possibile utilizzare un sistema di impermeabilizzazione
aggiuntivo. In base alle esigenze si hanno

Meever series Brace is a modular system designed & engineered to
maintain excavation integrity, it allows flexibility on site and saves time
and money. Most importantly it provides a safe working environment.

together with a full shear capacity joint, secured with one pin.
This simple, easy assembly requires minimal training, saving time on
site layout.
Reduced Weight
The brace is lighter than conventional method of steel pipe strutting,
therefore smaller machines can be used on site.
Over-dig Allowance
The Meever series hydraulic unit extends up to 700mm, allowing
an overall overlap of up to 200mm. This means that if over-digging
occurs, the hydraulic unit can extend 200mm to cover the gap
between the modules, creating dig flexibility and convenience on
site.
Safe Cross Bracing
Cross brace connections points have been designed into the
modules. This allows a positive connection between the module and
the cross brace.
