TR tamburo rotante coater Il tamburo rotante T R costruito dalla GBS Group é la risposta alle necessità di addizionare liquidi come: grassi, olii, aromatizzanti e vitamine in percentuale superiore a quella addizionabile alle formule durante la fase di miscelazione. Il tamburo rotante T R viene costruito in due modelli contraddis tinti dalle sigle TR 60 e TR 80 che si differenziano per le diverse capacità. Una perfetta omogeneizzazione del liquido con il prodotto é assicurata dalla rotazione del tamburo su ruote gommate generata da un motoriduttore collegato per mezzo di cinghie trapezoidali e dagli appos iti agitatori pos ti sulla parte interna del tamburo rotante. A seconda delle necessità impiantistiche e del cliente il sistema può essere fornito in tre differenti versioni denominate: "Dosaggio manuale", "Dosaggio semiauto- matico" e "Dosaggio completamente automatico". The coater type TR is built in two models , marked by TR 60 and TR 80, which differ in their outputs . The coater runs on rubber wheels and is driven by a gearmotor via "V" belts. P erfect mixing of the product with the liquid is given by the drums' revolving motion and by proper paddles arranged on the internal wall. According to the plant requirements and to the customers choice, the system may be supplied in one of three different versions: "Manual dosing", "S emi-automatic dos ing" and "Automatic dos ing".
