Our rooms are equipped with bath or shower/WC, bidet, lounge corner, radio, Flatscreen, Wi-Fi, safe, balcony or alpine garden. All rooms are no smoking. Our rates are per person per day in euros, incl. of luxury board and parking place in underground garage as well as free access to our health area, in/outdoor adventure pool, steam bath, herb bath and infra red sauna. There is one underground parking space per room. Child discount in parents’ room: 0–3 years old free, 4–11 years old 50%, 12–16 years old 25%, 17–99 years old 15%. Prices are valid for a minimum stay of 4 nights. For shorter stays, a 10% supplement is charged per person per night. Prices in Euro per person per day, with the exception of tax, or € 1,70 per person/day; from 01.01.2018 € 1,90 per person/day; up to 14 years. Your reservation is binding only after a deposit of € 100,– per person per stay. Dogs on request: € 15,- per day without feed. Checking in and out: Rooms can be occupied from 2pm on day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.30 am on day of departure. Cancellation conditions: Please give us timely notice if you are unable to take your holiday. If we receive your notice of cancellation 30 days or more before the date of arrival, you will not be charged a cancellation fee. If we receive your notice of cancellation less than 30 days but more than seven days before the date of arrival, you will be charged at an minimum of 3 days (price based on the price list and the booking period). If we receive your notice of cancellation seven days or less before the date of arrival, you will be charged the full amount. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Travel cancellation insurance: Travel cancellation insurance: we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to avoid cancellation fees in the event of late or non-arrival on account of illness or other valid reason.
