Following the excellent market acceptance, Globo has added more combinations and models to its T-Edge Collection, designed by CreativeLab+ for Globo. The real highlight of the T-Edge collection, available in the 14 Bagno di Colore ceramic shades, are the super slim edges – 6 mm thick – made possible by the patented GLOBOTHIN® ceramic mixture, which guarantees reduced thickness along with greater strength and shine.

Un nuovo ed esclusivo impasto ceramico per portare a soli 6 mm di spessore i bordi dei lavabi, mantenendone inalterati la stabilità e le geometrie.Dopo anni di continue e intense ricerche, esce dai laboratori di Ceramica Globo il nuovo impasto brevettato GLOBOTHIN® capace di garantire, a fronte di spessori ridotti, più durezza e maggiore brillantezza. I vantaggi sono molteplici e di indubbia importanza: minore consumo di materie prime e quindi pezzi più leggeri, minore consumo di energia, maggiore duttilità nella definizione di nuove forme.
It is a new and exclusive ceramic mixture that allows to produce wash basins with only 6 mm thin edges, without affecting the product stability and geometry.After years of continuous and arduous research, the laboratory of Ceramica Globo has invented a new patented mixture named GLOBOTHIN® which enables to reduce the edge thickness, on the one hand, while providing brighter gloss and greater resistance, on the other hand.There are several and remarkable advantages: less raw materials employed and therefore lighter products, less energy required, and greater ductility which makes creating new shapes possible.
