LedroLedroIl programma è riservato agli ospiti della Valle di Ledro ed è GRATUITO.

Gli appuntamenti di mezza giorna-ta (A-L) sono rivolti anche alle fami-glie con bambini in età scolare. Le escursioni giornaliere (M-Q) richie-dono alcune ore di cammino. I partecipanti devono prenotarsi entro il giorno precedente l’escur-sione presso l’Ufficio turistico della Valle di Ledro.

Si pregano i partecipanti di indos-sare un paio di calzature adatte e di portare sempre con loro un ma-glione, una giacca impermeabile e pranzo al sacco (per l’escursione di giornata intera).

Si declina ogni responsabilità per eventuali danni a persone o cose, che dovessero verificarsi prima, durante e dopo lo svolgimento dell’escursione. In caso di pioggia o maltempo l’escursione sarà annullata.Il programma può subire delle variazioni.

Die halbtägigen Wanderungen (A-L) sind auch für Familien mit Kindern im Schulalter geeignet. Bei der ganztägigen Bergwande-rung (M-Q), die keine technische Schwierigkeit vorweist, muss man mit einigen Stunden Gehzeit rech-nen. Anmeldung ist bis zum Vortag in dem Fremdenverkehrsbüro von Valle di Ledro möglich.

Bitte Wanderschuhe, Sportbeklei-dung anziehen und Lunchpaket mitnehmen (besonders bei der ganztägigen Wanderung).

Die Organisation übernimmt kei-ne Verantwortung für Unfälle oder Schäden vor, während und nach den Wanderungen. Beim Regen wird die Wanderung nicht statt-finden. Änderungen im Programm könnten möglich sein.

The participation is reserved to all guests of Valle di Ledro and is FREE OF CHARGE.

The half day walks (A-L) are suita-ble also for families with children in school age. The daily mountain hikes (M-Q) are easy from the technical point of view; neverthe-less the difference in level and the walking time require certain training. You should give notice of your participation within the day before in the Tourist Information Office of Valle di Ledro.

Please wear suitable shoes and clothes and bring with you a pa-cked lunch by the daily hikes.

The Organization declines any responsibility for damages to per-sons and things before, during and after the excursions. In case of rain the walk will not take place. There may be some changes in the programme.

Le programme, GRATUIT, est ré-servé aux hôtes de la Vallée de Ledro.

Les promenades courtes (A-L)s’adressent aussi aux familles ayant des enfants d’âge scolaire. L’excursion du mercredi (M-Q) de-mande plusieurs heures de mar-che. Les participants sont priés d’effec-tuer leur réservation au plus tard la veille du départ dans l’office de tourisme de la Vallée de Ledro

Il est recommandé de porter con-venable chaussures et vêtements et de apporter un pique–nique.

Nous déclinons toute responsa-bilité en cas de lésions physiques ou de dégâts matériels survenant pendant, durant et après l’excur-sion. En cas de pluie l’excursion sera annulée. Il peut y avoir des chan-gements de programme.

SULLE TRACCE DELLA STORIA (Fiasp 8 Km)

Si ripercorrono nei cammina-menti e nelle gallerie del Doss di Cerì - Colle Ossario S. Stefa-no le vicende vissute dalla Val-le di Ledro durante la battaglia garibaldina del 1866 e la prima guerra mondiale. La passeggia-ta prosegue attraverso la Val dei Molini e raggiunge la chiesetta di S. Lucia in Pratis (14º sec.), dove nel 1998 sono tornati alla luce interessanti affreschi ap-partenenti a diversi periodi.

Wir belaufen gemeinsam die Lauf - und Schutzgräben in dem „Santo Stefano“ Hügel bei Bezzecca und somit lernen wir die Erlebnisse unseres Ta-les im Laufe der Garibaldiner Schlacht (1866) und des ersten Weltkrieges kennen. Die Wan-derung führt uns danach durch Val dei Molini bis zur schönen alten Kirche S. Lucia in Pratis (14. Jhd.), wo im Jahre 1998 interessante Fresken ans Tage-slicht gebracht wurden.

We go up through the trenches built on the hill “S.Stefano” and learn about the Garibaldi fight in 1866 and all the events that strongly affected our val-ley during the First World War. Then we continue towards Val dei Molini and visit the small church of Santa Lucia in Pratis (14 th century), which has been completely restored in 1998 and where interesting frescoes have been discovered.

Nous revivons sur les chemins et les tunnels du Doss di Cerì, colline Ossuaire de S.Stefano, les vicissitudes que connut notre Vallée au cours de la première guerre mondiale et à l’époque de la Bataille des troupes de Garibaldi en 1866. La randon-née continue à travers la Val dei Molini (vallée des moulins) et nous conduit à la petite église de S. Lucia in Pratis (XIV siècle), où d’intéressantes fresques, appartenant à différentes épo-ques, ont été découvertes en 1998.

VERSO IL GARDA (Fiasp 15 km)

Si scende verso est lungo la strada mulattiera che risale al periodo medievale e che ripida conduceva un tempo al porto del Ponale sulle acque del Be-naco. Lungo il percorso si trova una “calchèra” (forno per la pro-duzione di calce) e in più punti si gode di una spettacolare vi-sta sulle rocce a picco sul lago e sulla strada che vi è intagliata secondo il progetto di Giacomo Cis. Con questa storica strada, segnata in più punti dalle ope-re di difesa della prima guerra mondiale, si arriva fino a Riva del Garda. Il rientro è previsto lungo lo stesso itinerario.

Es geht bergab Richtung Os-ten, auf den Maultierpfad, der in das Mittelalter zurückreicht und sehr steil hinunter zum ehema-ligen Ledrotaler „Ponale“-Hafen am Gardasee führte. Wir treffen auf eine „Calchèra“ (Ofen für die Kalkherstellung) und ge-nießen einen wunderschönen Blick auf die senkrechten Fel-sen am Gardasee und auf die in dem Stein ausgegrabene Stra-ße, die 1851 nach der Planung von Giacomo Cis angelegt wur-de. Über diesen historischen Weg, der mehrmals die Resten der Verteidigungsanlagen des Ersten Weltkrieges zeigt, laufen wir bis nach Riva del Garda und zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.

We walk downhill towards East, along the mule track that dates back to the Middle Age and led to the harbor of Ponale on Lake Garda. We can observe a “cal-chèra” (oven for the lime pro-duction) and enjoy the magnifi-cent view over the rocky walls perpendicularly the lake and the road carved in them, built in 1851 according to the project of Giacomo Cis. Following the last part of this historical road, which presents in many points ruins of the fortifications of the First World War, we reach Riva del Garda and go the same way back to the starting point.

Nous descendons à l’est, le long du vieux sentier muletier qui remonte au Moyen-Âge et conduit au port «Ponale» sur le Lac de Garde. Nous voyons une “calchèra” (four pour la produc-tion de la chaux) et jouissons de la vue magnifique sur les ro-chers à pic et sur la route esca-vée dans la montagne en 1851, selon le projet de Giacomo Cis. Nous allons à Riva del Garda le long de cette route historique, qui présente plusieurs restes des fortifications de la première guerre mondiale. Retour par la même route.

Visite de la Forge à Prè

VISITA A PRE’ E ALLA FUCINA (Fiasp 5 Km)

Visita guidata alla fucina dei “Ciuaroi” dove alcuni artigiani mostrano come venivano for-giati i chiodi da scarpa, una produzione importante per l’economia ledrense durante la prima metà del secolo scorso. A seguire breve passeggia-ta per il centro storico e visita alla calchera, all’oratorio di San Rocco e alla chiesa parrocchia-le di San Giacomo Maggiore caratterizzata dagli altari late-rali affrescati da Pietro Antonio Bianchi nel 18º secolo.

Geführte Besichtigung der Schmiede, wo einige Hand-werker uns zeigen, wie man Schuhnägel herstellte, eine be-deutungsvolle Produktion für die Wirtschaft im Ledrotal wäh-rend der ersten Hälfte vorigen Jahrhunderts. Schliesslich kur-zer Rundgang im Dorf mit Be-sichtigung des Kalkofens, der Kapelle S. Rocco und der klei-nen Pfarrkirche San Giacomo Maggiore, die durch vier von Pietro Antonio Bianchi bemalte Seitenaltare geprägt ist.

Guided visit of the smithy, where some handicraftsmen show us how hobnails were produced during the first dec-ades of the past century. They represented a very important income for the Valle di Ledro. Afterwards walk through the vil-lage and visit of the limekiln, the chapel of S. Rocco and the par-ish church San Giacomo Mag-giore, characterized by the side altars painted by Pietro Antonio Bianchi in the 18th century.

Visite guidée à la forge où des artisans nous attendent pour nous montrer comment on for-geait les clous à chaussures pendant la première moitié du dernier siècle. Après, promena-de dans le centre du village et visite du four pour la chaux, de la petite chapelle de S. Rocco et de l’église San Giacomo Maggiore, caractérisé par les autels peints par Pietro Antonio Bianchi dans le XVIII siècle.

GLI ANTICHI ROMANI (Fiasp 15 Km)

Durante il percorso ad anello verranno illustrati numerosi aspetti storici, naturalistici e paesaggistici. In particolare si avrà modo di ammirare il pon-te romano di Croina, lungo la via che, agli inizi del primo mil-lennio, rappresentava uno dei collegamenti più importanti fra la Valle del Sarca e le Giudica-rie. Ma anche la chiesetta di S. Giorgio, il mulino sul torrente Massangla e la cascata del Gorg d’Abiss conducono alla scoperta della storia e della na-tura della valle.

Während dieser Wanderung gibt es viel zu sehen und wir haben die Möglichkeit verschiedene Aspekte der Geschichte, Ge-bräuche und Geographie des Valle di Ledro kennenzulernen. Wir gehen an der römischen Brücke von Croina vorbei und belaufen somit den Weg, der am Anfang des ersten Millenni-ums die wichtigste Verbindung zwischen dem Sarca- und dem Judikarientäler darstellte. Au-ßerdem besichtigen wir die kleine Kirche von S.Giorgio, die alte Mühle-Bäckerei am Bach Massangla und die Schlucht Gorg d‘Abiss mit Wasserfall.

During this round circuit we deal with different historical and nat-uralistic matters. We go along one of the most important Ro-man roads that connected the southern Val del Sarca with the Val Giudicarie and walk on the Roman bridge of Croina. Moreo-ver, during the walk we visit the small church of S. Giorgio, the water mill on the torrent Mas-sangla and the hidden gorge “Gorg d’Abiss” with waterfall.

Le long du parcours en boucle de nombreux aspects histori-ques, naturalistes et paysagis-tes seront illustrés. Nous pour-rons, en particulier, admirer le pont romain de Croina, le long de la route qui était, au début du premier millénaire, l’une des plus importantes voies de com-munication entre la Vallée du Sarca et les Vallées Giudicarie. La petite église de S. Giorgio, le moulin sur le torrent Massangla et la cascade du Gor d’Abiss of-frent des sujets d’observation et de discussions.

SCORCI SUL LAGO (Fiasp 10 Km)

Interessante passeggiata per am-mirare il lago da un sentiero or-mai poco frequentato, scoprendo lungo il tragitto alcune curiosità riguardanti Pieve, Locca e Mez-zolago. Da Pieve si prende la vecchia strada che conduceva a Locca e quindi la strada forestale che a mezza costa si dirige verso Mezzolago. Ad un certo punto ini-zia un sentiero mezzo nascosto che tra boschi di pini e noccioli, offre degli scorci particolari sul lago di Ledro. Una volta giunti a Mezzolago, si attraversa il paese e si ritorna a Pieve lungo la pas-seggiata lungo il lago. Per con-cludere, breve sosta al Museo Farmaceutico Foletto che espone attrezzature e macchine che han-no costituito la storia del labora-torio farmaceutico dagli inizi del 1900 con degustazione finale.

Interessanter Spaziergang, um den Ledrosee von einem unbe-kannten Weg zu bewundern und um interessante Informationen über Pieve, Locca und Mezzola-go zu entdecken. Von Pieve neh-men wir die alte Straße nach Loc-ca und danach die Forststraße nach Mezzolago. Bei einer Kurve laufen wir auf den schmalen Weg, der, durch Haselnussbäume und Fichten, schöne Blicke auf dem Ledrosee anbietet. In Mezzolago überqueren wir das Dorf und keh-ren nach Pieve den See entlang. Zum Schluss gehen wir zum Mu-seum Foletto, das Maschine und Geräte, welche die Geschichte des Pharmalabors Foletto seit dem Anfang 1900 geprägt ha-ben.

Interesting walk to admire Lake Ledro from a hidden path and to get to know more about the villa-ges of Pieve, Locca and Mezzo-lago. From Pieve we take the old road to Locca and then the fore-stry road that leads to Mezzolago. At a certain point we take the small path hidden among pine and nut trees with nice views over Lake Ledro. Once in Mezzolago we cross the village and come back to Pieve along the path along the lake side. In Pieve short break by the small Pharmacy Lab Mu-seum, that shows tools and pest-les of the Pharmacy Foletto from the beginning of the 20th century and taste typical products of Valle di Ledro.

Promenade très intéressante pour admirer le Lac de Ledro d’un sen-tier désormais peu fréquenté et pour découvrir quelques particu-larités des village de Pieve, Locca et Mezzolago. De Pieve on prend la vielle rue qui amène à Locca et après on continu sur la route forestière qui, à mi-côte, amène vers Mezzolago. On descend sur un sentier caché dans le bois de pins et noisetiers qui nous offre des très belle vues sur le Lac. De Mezzolago on retourne à Pie-ve par le chemin au bord du lac. Dans le centre de Pieve, bref arrêt pour visiter le Musée pharmaceu-tique Foletto dans lequel nous pourrons voir les équipements et les machines qui ont constitué l’histoire du laboratoire pharma-ceutique depuis le début du 1900. Dégustation finale des liqueurs et sirops de la famille Foletto.

The walk allows us to discover the woods and nature of Val di Pur. An easy path through the meadows leads us to the end of the valley, where we can ob-serve the different kinds of trees and vegetation and get to know more about the forestry econo-my of Val di Ledro through the centuries. On the way back we stop to see a farm for strawber-ries growing.

Le parcours nous permet de découvrir la plaine de Pur, avec ses prairies et ses bois. Nous pouvons observer différents ty-pes d’arbres et de végétations tout en découvrant la faune et l’évolution de l’économie fores-tière au fil des siècles. Wir wandern Richtung Ampola-see, wo wir - dank der Zusam-menarbeit und Erklärungen des Ledrotaler Imkervereins - eine geführte Beobachtung eines Bienenhauses machen. Da-nach besichtigen wir kurz den Ampolasee und laufen zurück zum Dorf.

We walk towards Lake Ampola, where nearby the beekeep-ers’ association of Val di Ledro guides us to the observation and discovery of a beehive. We continue our walk visiting the protected Lake and go back to the village.

Dal Rifugio si raggiunge in bre-ve tempo la Malga di Bezzecca dove Mario è pronto per mo-strare come si fa il formaggio in maniera artigianale. Dopo la vi-sita con degustazione si ritorna al punto di partenza attraverso i pascoli fioriti di Tremalzo, ricchi di endemismi.

Wir erreichen die Alm Bezzec-ca, wo Mario auf uns wartet, um uns zu zeigen, wie er die Kuhkäse zubereitet. Nach der Besichtigung gehen wir zurück durch die Almwiesen voll mit endemischen Blumen.

We reach the alpine pastures of Malga Bezzecca, where Mario waits for us in the dairy to show us, how he makes cheese. After the visit we go back crossing the alpine pastures full of en-demic flowers and where cows quietly graze.

Du Refuge nous rejoignons Malga Bezzecca où le berger Mario nous attend pour nous montrer comment on fabrique le fromage. Après la visite et la dégustation, nous retournons au point de départ à travers les prairies de Tremalzo riches de fleurs endémiques.

INANELLAMENTO A BOCCA CASET (Fiasp 10 Km)

La passeggiata d’interesse bo-tanico e naturalistico conduce con facile camminata fino al passo di Bocca Caset (1608 m). Qui, presso il roccolo legato ad una lunga storia d’uccellagione, il Museo Tridentino di Scienze Naturali ha allestito una stazio-ne ornitologica dove sono in corso studi sulla migrazione de-gli uccelli. Sarà possibile assi-stere all’attività d’inanellamento scientifico e gli esperti saranno a disposizione per rispondere alle domande dei partecipanti.

Die naturkundliche leichte Wanderung führt uns zum Paß Bocca di Casèt (1608 m), wo früher ein wichtiger Vogelfang-turm war. Heute hat das Naturwissen-schaftliche Museum von Trient an diesem Paß eine Vogelwarte organisiert, wo man die Zug-vögel und ihre jährliche Migra-tion studiert. Es wird möglich sein, das Beringen der Vögel anzuschauen und Fragen an die erfahrenen Vogelkundler zu stellen.

This easy walk is of great inter-est from both the botanical and the naturalistic point of views. We walk to the pass Casèt (1608 m), where the Natural Science Museum of Trento has turned an old bird catching building into an ornithological station to study the birds’ migration. The participants can see how the birds are ringed while the ex-perts answer all the questions.

Cette excursion est très simple et elle est très intéressante sur le plan botanique et natura-liste. Une route forestière nous conduit à Bocca Casèt (1608 m) où le Musée de Sciences Natu-relles de Trento a installé la sta-tion ornithologique. Elle se trou-ve dans un bâtiment utilisé dans le passé pour la chasse aux oiseaux. Il est aujourd’hui utilisé pour étudier les migrations des oiseaux. Ici nous pourrons ob-server la technique de baguage des oiseaux et également écou-ter les explications des expertes ornithologues.

Entusiasmante escursione sia dal punto di vista botanico che storico che paesaggistico. So-prattutto verso maggio-giugno fioriscono diverse specie, fra le quali spiccano narcisi e peonie. Lungo la Costa di Salò e verso Cima d’Oro si percorrono trin-cee austriache, recentemente ristrutturate, risalenti alla Prima Guerra Mondiale. La fatica per la ripida salita viene senz’altro ripagata dalla bellezza di Dro-maè, un giardino botanico na-turale, da cui si gode uno dei migliori panorami sul Lago e la Valle di Ledro. Non dimenticate la vostra macchina fotografica!

Es geht um eine begeisternde Bergwanderung nach Dromaè, ein einzigartiger natürlicher Garten von großer botanischer Bedeutung und mit herrlichem Blick auf den Ledrosee, wo ver-schiedene Blumen ihre Pracht entfalten, so z.B. im Frühjahr die wilden Narzisse und Pfingstro-sen. Die Costa di Salò entlang und auf dem Weg nach Cima D’Oro werden wir durch Schut-zengraben aus dem Ersten Weltkrieg. Die Anstrengung für den steilen Aufstieg wird durch die Schönheit der Wiesen be-lohnt. Vergessen Sie nicht die Kamera!

Exciting botanical hike to Dro-maè, a natural botanical gar-den, where, especially during spring time, different kinds of flowers, such as the wild peony and white narcissus, bloom. In Dromaè it is also possible to walk along the Austrian trench-es from the First World War, recently renovated. The wea-riness for the steep ascent is surely rewarded by the sweet-smelling meadows and by the breath-taking view, one of the best one, over Lake Ledro. Don’t forget your camera!

Enthousiasmante excursion botanique au moment de la flo-raison de différentes espèces, dont, au printemps, les narcis-ses et les pivoines. Le long de la cote Salò et vers le sommet Cima d’Oro on parcours des tranches de la Première Guerre Mondiale, récemment restructu-rées. Da Prè si sale lungo la stradi-na che conduce a Leano. Al bivio si prende per i prati di Cadrione da cui si giunge fino alla strada militare per Bocca dei Fortini. Ora l’itinerario, lun-go il fronte italiano della Prima Guerra Mondiale, offre ampi e suggestivi panorami sul Lago di Garda. Dopo Baita Segala si prende il sentiero per il Monte Carone da dove si vede anche il Lago di Ledro. Si scende ver-so il versante di Leano e, dopo aver attraversato il silenzioso paesino, si torna per ripida via al punto di partenza.

Von Prè gehen wir bergauf auf die kleine Straße nach Leano. An der Kreuzung nehmen wir den Weg zu den Wiesen von Cadrione und dann weiter bis zu der Forststraße nach Bocca die Fortini. Jetzt bietet der Weg an der italienischen Frontlinie des ersten Weltkriegs wunder-schöne Aussichten auf den Gardasee. Nach der Hütte Bai-ta Segala gehen wir hinauf zur Cadrione Spitze, von wo aus auch den Ledrosee sichtbar ist. Wir gehen nach dem stillen Dorf Leano und weiter auf einer steilen Straße nach Prè.

From Prè we take a little road, which leads to Leano. At the crossing we continue to the meadows of Cadrione till the forest road to Bocca dei Forti-ni. Now the itinerary, along the Italian military front during the WWI, offers wonderful views over Lake Garda. After Bai-ta Segala we take the path to Monte Carone from where we can admire also Lake Ledro. You come down to Leano and, after crossing the silent village, we come back on a steep road to the starting point.

De Prè nous prenons la petite rue, qui conduit à Leano. A la bi-furcation nous continuons vers le près de Cadrione jusqu’à la route forestière pour Bocca Fortini. L’itinéraire, le long du front militaire italien pendant la Première Guerre Mondiale, of-fre des beaux panoramas sur le Lac de Garde. Après Baita Segala nous prenons le sentier pour monter à Carone, d’où on admire aussi le Lac de Ledro. Nous descendons vers Leano, village ou nous apprécierons la quiétude, et revenons a Prè par une rue dont la pente est raide.

Ci si organizza per salire in macchina al parcheggio sotto Malga Trat. Si prosegue a pie-di lungo il “Senter de le Vache” fino a raggiungere Bocca Saval da cui si sale verso Cima Parì. La vista si apre sul lago e sui monti circostanti, anche ben ol-tre il confine ledrense. Dopo la pausa pranzo si scende e, lun-go un tratto del “Sentiero della Pace” dove rimangono vestigia della Prima Guerra Mondiale, si giunge al Rif. Nino Pernici pres-so Bocca Trat. Di qui in breve tempo si torna punto di parten-za.

Wir organisieren uns für die Fahrt bis zum Parkplatz unter-halb der Alm Malga Trat. Weiter geht es zu Fuß und über den den Weg „Senter delle Vache“ erreichen wir Bocca Saval, wo die Krankenhäuser für die Soldaten des Ersten Weltkrieg gebaut wurden, und nehmen den Weg nach Cima Parì. Auf der Spitze genießen wir einen wunderschönen Blick über den Ledrosee und jenseits der Led-ro Gebirgen und halten für die Mittagspause. Wir steigen ab Richtung Bocca Saval, bege-hen ein Stück des berühmten „Friedenspfades“ und gelan-gen zur Berghütte Nino Pernici in der Nähe von Bocca Trat; von hier aus erreichen wir schließ-lich unsere Autos.

We get organized to go up by car to the parking below Malga Trat. We start our walk and take the path called “senter de le vache” (cows’ path) and go up to Bocca Saval, where we con-tinue, passing along trenches of the First World War, to the top of Cima Parì. The view opens beyond the lake and mountains of Ledro. We stop for lunch and then descend to Bocca Saval and, following a stretch of the “Peace Path”, get to the Rif. Pernici nearby Bocca Trat. From here we reach in a short time our starting point.

Nous nous organizons pour monter en voiture au parking au-dessous de Malga Trat. Nous continuons à pieds le long du “sentier des vaches”. Arrivés à Bocca Saval nous montons jusqu’au sommet Cima Parì où le panorama s’ouvre plus loin des Alpes de Ledro sur le Group de l’Adamello et sur le Lac de Ledro. Nous descendons à Bocca Saval et, en suivant un trait du “sentier de la Paix”, ar-rivons au Refuge Pernici, près de Bocca di Trat. D’ici nous ar-rivons rapidement au point de départ.

NEL CUORE DELLA ROCCIA (Fiasp 20 Km)

Da Biacesa si sale lungo la vec-chia mulattiera verso la Chiesa di San Giovanni, recentemente ri-strutturata. Dalla chiesa, da cui si gode un bel panorama sul Gar-da e sul fondovalle sottostante, si inizia a percorrere un sentiero che conduce alle famose gallerie di San Giovanni, trincee italiane della Prima Guerra Mondiale. Le gallerie, a tratti anche mol-to lunghe, attraversano il cuore della Rocca e sono intervallate da tratti di sentiero attrezzati con delle cordine per agevolare la salita. Da Cima Rocca si gode un fantastico panorama sul Garda. Ritorno lungo un’altra mulattiera. Attenzione: escursione sconsi-gliata a chi soffre di vertigini e di claustrofobia – è necessaria una pila per visitare le gallerie.

Von Biacesa gehen wir bergauf zum Kirchlein San Giovanni. Von der Kirche genießen wir einen wunderschönen Blick auf dem Gardasee und nehmen den Weg durch die berühmten italienischen Stollen aus dem Ersten Weltkrieg. Die Stollen überqueren den Berg Rocca und dazwischen sind mit eini-gen Seilen gesichert, um den Aufstieg zu erleichtern. Von Cima Rocca ist das Panorama auf dem Gardasee atemberau-bend. Wir wandern einen ande-ren Maultierpfad wieder zurück. Aufpassen: die Wanderung ist nicht für diejenigen die an Schwindel und Klaustrophobie leiden, geeignet – bitte, eine Lampe mitnehmen.

From Biacesa we go up along the old mule track to the little church of San Giovanni, recen-tly renovated. From the church, from where we can enjoy a nice view over Garda and Valle di Le-dro, we take the path that leads to the famous Italian galleries from the First World War. The galleries cross the mountain side of Cima Rocca and the path that links them is from time to time equipped with a rope to help the ascent. From Cima Rocca we enjoy a breathtaking panorama over Lake Garda. We go back along another mule track. Attention: the walk is not suitable for those, who suffer from dizzy spells or claustro-phobia – it is necessary to have a light for the galleries.

De Biacesa on monte sur la vieille route muletière vers l’Eglise de San Giovanni. D’ici on a un très beau panorama sur le lac de Garde et sur la Val-lée. On recommence la montée sur un sentier qui nous condu-it dans les galeries et dans les tranches de la Première Guerre Mondiale. Les Galeries, de fois très longues, traversent le co-eur du mont Rocca et sont en-trecoupées avec des chemins équipé pour faciliter la montée. De Cima Rocca la vue sur le Garde est inique. Retour sur la muletier. Attention: excursion déconseillée à qui souffre de vertiges ou de claustrophobie – une lampe de poche est né-cessaire.

SUL MONTE VIES (Fiasp 20 Km)

Da Lenzumo si percorre il sen-tiero, abbastanza ripido, intera-mente nel bosco verso Bochet de Zori da cui si continua lungo il versante verso Bezzecca fino a raggiungere Monte Vies, una cima poco frequentata ma mol-to bella per la vista che si gode su Concei, sul Lago di Ledro e il Lago d’Ampola. Sul sentiero dalla cima verso la malga c’è un breve tratto un po’ stretto, non adatto a chi soffre di ver-tigini. Dalla Malga, monticata nei mesi estivi, si ritorna verso il fondovalle da una forestale abbastanza ripida.

Von Lenzumo nehmen wir den steilen Weg, ganz im Wald, Richtung Bochet de Zori, wo wir weiter nach Monte Vies wandern. Monte Vies ist nicht so bekannt aber der Blick ist einfach wunderschön und geht von dem Ledrosee bis zu dem Ampolasee. Zwischen der Bergspitze und der Alm ist ein kurzer Teil des Weges ein bis-schen eng und könnte den Leu-ten, die an Schwindel leiden, Probleme geben. Von der Alm kehren wir auf eine steile Forst-straße zum Ort Ex-Centrale und weiter nach Lenzumo.

From Lenzumo we take a quite steep hiking path in the wood toward Bochet de Zori, where we continue our ascent on the western side of the mountain until Cima Vies. Vies is not a best known mountain top but from there we enjoy a great view over Val Concei, Lake Ledro and Lake Ampola. From the top until the Malga there is a short but narrow part, non good for those who suffer from dizzy spells. From the Malga, we go back along a forestry road until loc. Ex-Centrale, then we con-tinue on a normal road.

De Lenzumo on parcours un sentier assez raide dans le bois vers Bochet de Zori d’où on continu le long du versant vers Bezzecca jusqu’à rejoin-dre Monte Vies. Ce sommet est peu fréquenté mais nous offre une très belle vue sur la Vallée de Concei, le lac de Ledro et le lac Ampola. Une brève partie du chemin pour aller du sommet vers l’alpage est très étroite, pas conseillé à qui souffre de vertiges. De l’alpage de Vies, on redescende vers la Vallée par une route forestière assez raide dans le bois.

LedroLedroMUSEO DEL LABORATORIO FARMACEUTICO FOLETTO

Un piccolo museo che racchiude gli strumenti, gli alambicchi, i pe-stelli e le macchine utilizzate nel corso degli ultimi due secoli dalla Famiglia Foletto, storici farmaci-sti della Valle di Ledro. Oltre alla farmacia - il cui mobilio originale è rimasto intatto -era presente un laboratorio nel quale la produzio-ne spaziava dalle fiale iniettabili agli sciroppi di frutta come pure molte specialità medicinali regi-strate, prodotte per lo più con ma-terie prime raccolte nel territorio ledrense. Con il passaggio delle due guerre e col rapido mutare dei tempi, molti degli oggetti sono andati in disuso lasciando il posto al prodotto industriale dei nostri giorni. La visita rappresenta anche uno spaccato di come il progres-so scientifico e tecnologico ha rapidamente soppiantato l’utilizzo di alcune metodiche millenarie di produzione di medicamenti.

A small museum, where you can find the professional equip-ment, tools and machinery, that tell the story of the Foletto Labo-ratory, set up at the end of the 19th century. The object gathe-red, catalogued and restored, reveal a wide and varied activi-ty, going from injectable vials, to mountain fruit syrups. The trau-matic effects of two world wars and the rapid change of times favored the gradual leaving of old tools and technologies, but left the traditional and tested productive philosophy intact, based on craft processing and natural preparations.
