Quindi, data l’importanzache questo articolo ricopre nel settore dell’edilizia, le Officine Villalta hannosviluppato 5 classi di puntelli regolabili in base alla normativa europea, chepermettono di armare le gettate di solette e soffitti qualunque sia il sistema usato(travi rompitratta, legname, casseforme, ecc…) offrendo millimetriche possibilità diregolazione tra le posizioni chiuse e completamente aperte e diversi carichi diutilizzo.

Adjustable props for floorOfficine Villalta fabricates different types of props to solve every requirement ofloading capacity up to 5,50 mt height. Considering the importance of this product inthe building industry Officine Villalta developped 5 classes of adjustable propsaccording to the European Norm that permit to reinforce the concrete layer of slabsand ceilings whichever will be the adopted system (inter-tie girder, timber, formworks,etc…), offering millimetric possibilites of adjustment between closedand fully open positions and different using loads.

I carichi riportati in tabella riferiti ai puntelli standard, sono calcolati con un coefficiente di si-curezza 1,7 rispetto al carico di rottura ottenuto mediante prova a campione eseguita con ca-rico assiale al puntello (certificati depositati presso la sede della ditta).Il fabbricante declina ogni responsabilità per qualsiasi danno occorso dovuto ad un carico sba-gliato, al non rispetto delle condizioni di verticalità e assialità del carico o da un uso impropriodel puntello.Sarà cura e di responsabilità dell’utilizzatore eseguire obbligatoriamente adeguato progetto sta-tico della puntellazione che dovrà riferirsi alle reali condizioni di utilizzo e di carico dei puntelli.

The load-bearing capacity of the standard props indicated on the loading table has been calculated with a safetyfactor of 1,7 related to the failure load which results from the test carried out on a sample prop with axial load(certificates are at our premises).The manufacturer refuses any responsibility for any damage which may occur due to a wrong load, to the non re-spect of the vertical and axial loads or to an unproper usage of the prop.It will be up to the user to develop a proper static project of the propping based on the real usage and on the loading conditions of the props.

Tutti i puntelli prodotti dalle Officine Villalta presentanofondamentali caratteristiche tecniche, quali:

• maschio filettato saldato sul tubo esterno realizzatocon processo di rullatura che conferisce massima preci-sione geometrica del pezzo e assoluta stabilità unita-mente ad una migliore finitura senza estrarre il materiale;

• tubo interno forato ogni 100 mm per la regolazione inaltezza;

• sistema di regolazione millimetrica a manicotto eghiera in ghisa sferoidale;

• gancio di sicurezza in acciaio ad alta resistenza per ilcollegamento tra tubo interno ed esterno;

• rondella di scorrimento e protezione nella versione manicotto;

• basetta inferiore per la miglior ripartizione del carico aterra e con diversa versione dell’appoggio superiore(basetta, croce, forca) per le diverse necessità;

• sganciatore per permettere l’abbassamento rapido delpuntello dalla posizione di lavoro di 5 mm senza danneggiarlo.

Props are fabricated by Officine Villalta according to thebasic technical specifications, as:

• threaded screw tap welded on the external tube reali-zed by a rolling process to grant the highest geometricprecision of the piece and absolute stability with a better finishing without extracting the material;

• internal pipe perforated each 100 mm for height adjustment;

• millimetric adjustment by cover thread ductile cast ironcollar nut;

• steel safety pin high resistant to join the external andinternal tube;

• sliding and protecting washer for cover thread version;• base plate for the best distribution of the load on earth

and with a different upper support system base plate,cross-head, fork-head) according to the necessity;

• quick release device with single hammer blow for theautomatic lowering of props by 5 mm without damaging the collar nut.
