The long experience of our Company in the sludge dehydrated field, make us able to offer a complete item ready to use.The Barigelli’s Mobile Plant can be supplied on a metallic platform or directly into a container suitable for the road transport.The Mobile Plant can be equipped with the centrifugal extractor complete of the required devices to make the dehydrated line fully independent.

L’esperienza acquisita nel tempo dalla nostra Società nella disidratazione dei fanghi, ci ha messo in grado di proporre alla nostra Clientela un prodotto finito già pronto all’uso. È il caso delle unità mobili di centrifugazione BARIGELLI che possono essere fornite sia su struttura metallica di supporto sia direttamente in container idonei al trasporto su strada. Questo prodotto prevede la possibilità di dotare l’unità mobile, oltre che dell’estrattore centrifugo BARIGELLI di idonea potenzialità, anche di tutte le altre apparecchiature di complemento necessarie a rendere totalmente indipendente la sezione di disidratazione mobile.

Tutte le versioni sono ad “Alto Rendimento”e possono essere equipaggiate di dispositivoidraulico ad alta pressione a controllo elettronico per la variazione automatica ed ilcontrollo dei giri differenziali della coclea interna(versione H) e di varie inclinazioni dellaparte tronco conica del tamburo (versioni R),per meglio rispondere a tutte le esigenze di mercato.

All the versions are “High Performance” and can be equipped with the hydraulic device to automatic adjust and control of the differential speed of the internal conveyor (H version) and the different angles of the conic-trunk part(R version) to answer of all customers requests.

Le parti rotanti della centrifuga sonorealizzate con acciaio inox di prima qualità;il tamburo cilindrico – tronco conico èrealizzato in acciaio inox X3 CrNiMo 13.4(1.4313) oppure in DUPLEX ad elevatecaratteristiche meccaniche di resistenzaall’abrasione, mentre la coclea è costruitacon acciaio inox AISI 304 (1.4301) oppurein DUPLEX. Quest’ultima è protettadall’abrasione nei punti fondamentali conun abbondante deposito di carburo ditungsteno. Altri materiali fornibili a richiesta.

The rotating parts are realized in high quality Stainless Steel; the truncate-conical cylindrical bowl is made in Stainless Steel X3 CrNiMo13.4 (1.4313) or in DUPLEX with high mechanical characteristics of abrasion’s resistance and the screw is made in Stainless Steel AISI 304 (1.4301) or in DUPLEX. This latest one is protected to the abrasion in the main point by a generous tungsten carbide coating.On required can be supplied with different materials.

The discharge lights of the dehydrated solid phase in the bowl output, are made in high mechanical resistance’s ceramic material, repositionable and changeable on site.
