Perseroan berhasil membukukan kinerja positif selama tahun 2018.Pendapatan bersih naik 12,61% dibanding tahun sebelumnya, yakni dari Rp7,10 triliun pada tahun 2017 menjari Rp8 triliun pada tahun 2018

The Company managed to record positive performance in 2018. Net income rose 12.61% compared to the previous year, from Rp7.10 trillionin 2017 to Rp8 trillion in 2018.



Tentang Laporan Keberlanjutanabout sustainability Report

Laporan Keberlanjutan ini merupakan laporan ketiga yang diterbitkan oleh PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk (selanjutnya disebut dengan Waskita Beton Precast, Perseroan atau kami), dan akan diterbitkan secara rutin setahun sekali. Laporan sebelumnya terbit pada Maret 2018. Kurun waktu pelaporan adalah 1 Januari-31 Desember, kecuali diindikasikan lain. (Pengungkapan 102-50, 102-51, 102-52)

Kami menerbitkan laporan ini sebagai bentuk transparansi kepada para pemangku kepentingan atas kinerja ekonomi, sosial dan lingkungan selama tahun 2018. Walau diterbitkan terpisah, Laporan ini merupakan satu kesatuan dengan Laporan Tahunan PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk 2018. Selain kegiatan operasional Kantor Pusat, laporan ini juga mencakup berbagai kegiatan semua plant milik Perseroan yang tersebar di beberapa tempat di Indonesia. (102-45)

Seiring dengan mulai berlakunya Standar GRI (GRI Standards) per 1 Juli 2018, maka Perseroan mengadopsi standar terbaru tersebut dalam penulisan Laporan ini. Standar GRI adalah rujukan yang dikeluarkan oleh Global Sustainability Standards Board (GSBB) –lembaga yang dibentuk oleh Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) untuk menangani pengembangan standar laporan keberlanjutan. Sesuai dengan pilihan yang disediakan dalam Standar GRI, yakni Pilihan Inti dan Pilihan Komprehensif, Laporan ini telah disiapkan sesuai dengan Standar GRI: Pilihan Inti (Core). Selain GRI Standard, Laporan ini merujuk pada Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (POJK) No. 51/POJK.03/2017 tentang Penerapan Keuangan Berkelanjutan bagi Lembaga jasa Keuangan, Emiten, dan Perusahaan Publik. Kami berusaha untuk menyampaikan semua informasi yang perlu diungkapkan, seperti ditentukan dalam Standar GRI dan POJK 51/POJK.03/2017. Semua informasi yang terpenuhi dalam laporan ini ditandai dengan pencantuman angka pengungkapan Standar GRI di belakang kalimat atau alinea yang relevan. Data lengkap kecocokan informasi Perseroan dengan Indeks Standar GRI dan POJK dan POJK 51/POJK.03/2017 disajikan di bagian belakang laporan ini, dimulai pada halaman151-152 (102-55)

Dalam Laporan ini, data keuangan menggunakan nominasi Rupiah, kecuali diindikasikan lain. Seluruh data keuangan dalam Laporan ini merujuk pada Laporan Tahunan Perseroan yang sudah diaudit oleh Kantor Akuntan Publik. Laporan dibuat dalam dua bahasa, yakni Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris.

This Sustainability Report is the third report issued by PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk (hereinafter referred to as Waskita Beton Precast, the Company or us), and will be published regularly once a year. The previous report was published in Maret 2018. The reporting period is January 1 to December 31, unless indicated otherwise. (Disclosures 102-50, 102-51, 102-52)

We publish this report as a form of transparency to stakeholders on economic, social and environmental performance during 2018. Although published separately, this Report is an integral part of PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk 2018 Annual Report. In addition to the Head Office operational activities, this report also covers a variety of activities throughout the Company that are spread in several places in Indonesia. (102-45)

Along with the entry into force of the GRI Standards as of July 1, 2018, the Company adopted the latest standard in the writing of this Report. The GRI standard is a reference issued by the Global Sustainability Standards Board (GSBB) - an institution formed by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) to handle the development of sustainability report standards. After the choices provided in the GRI Standard, namely Core Options and Comprehensive Options, this Report has been prepared in accordance with the GRI Standard: Core Options. Besides GRI Standard, this report refers to the Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) No. 51 / POJK.03 / 2017 concerning the Implementation of Sustainable Finance for Financial Service Institutions, Issuers and Public Companies. GRI merekomendasikan penggunaan external assurance oleh pihak ketiga yang independen untuk memastikan kualitas dan kehandalan informasi yang disampaikan dalam laporan ini. Untuk keperluan identifikasi dan menjaring aspek-aspek yang material, kami melakukan survei dengan menyebarkan angket berisi aspek-aspek yang menyangkut kinerja keberlanjutan Perseroen, meliputi aspek ekonomi, sosial dan lingkungan. Selanjutnya, kepada para pemangku kepentingan yang menerima angket tersebut diminta untuk menilai aspek-aspek mana yang material.

process of Determining Report Content (102-46)Referring to GRI, we use 4 (four) steps in determining topic and content of the Report, namely:1. Identification: We identify material / important aspects

and set boundaries. For the purpose of identifying and capturing material aspects, we conducted a survey by distributing questionnaires containing aspects relating to the sustainability performance of the Company, covering economic, social and environmental aspects. Furthermore, the stakeholders who received the questionnaire were asked to assess which aspects were material.

2. Priority: We determine priorities based on material aspects that have been identified by stakeholders through filling out the questionnaire, as mentioned in the previous step

3. Validation: We validate the aspects assessed by the material by completing the data and interviewing personnel relevant to the aspects that will be presented in this Report.

4. Review: We review the content, funds and analysis of the Report after being published to improve the quality of the following year's Report.




List of Material Topics and Boundaries (102-47)Material topics in this Report, as mentioned in the GRI Standard, are topics that have prioritized the organization to be included in the report. The dimensions used to determine priorities, among others, are impacts on the economy, environment, and social. Impacts in this report include those that are positive.

Determination of material aspects and boundaries is based on issues that have a significant effect on the Company, subsidiaries and all Stakeholders. To get Material Topics, Waskita Beton Precast conducted a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on December 10, 2018 at the Company's office, which was continued by holding Materiality Tests by conducting surveys to internal and external stakeholders.

Respondents were asked to fill out and assess 21 candidates for Material Topics agreed upon in the FGD. Based on this process, 15 (fifteen) Material Topics have been obtained by PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk 2018 Sustainability Report. Material Topics are topics that get a score or minimum score of 4 from respondents.

Daftar Topik Material dan Batasan (102-47)Topik material dalam Laporan ini, seperti disebutkan dalam Standar GRI, adalah topik-topik yang telah prioritaskan organisasi untuk dicantumkan dalam laporan. Pembangunan berkelanjutan yang saat ini tengah dilaksanakan pemerintah Indonesia membutuhkan sistem perekonomian yang mengedepankan keselarasan antara aspek ekonomi, sosial dan lingkungan hidup. Untuk mewujudkan keberhasilan sistem perekonomian tersebut diperlukan dukungan dari berbagai pihak, termasuk korporasi seperti Waskita Beton Precast.

Bagi Perseroan, wujud konkret dukungan dilakukan dengan berupaya seoptimal mungkin untuk bisa mencapai target kinerja ekonomi yang telah ditetapkan, bahkan kalau bisa melebihinya. Namun, dalam mencapai target tersebut, Perseroan tetap berupaya untuk menjaga kelestarian lingkungan dan menghemat penggunaan sumber daya alam yang ketersediannya kian terbatas sehingga generasi mendatang tetap mampu memenuhi kebutuhannya.

Perekonomian global pada tahun 2018 belum menunjukkan perbaikan dibanding tahun sebelumnya. Menurut proyeksi Dana Moneter Internasional (IMF), pertumbuhan ekonomi global tahun 2018 sebesar 3,7%, sama dengan tahun 2017. Berbeda dengan perekonomian global yang stagnan, Indonesia berhasil mencatatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi pada tahun 2018. Badan Pusat Statistik menyatakan pertumbuhan ekonomi sebesar 5,17%, lebih tinggi dibandingkan tahun 2017, yang tercatat sebesar 5,07%.

Angka pertumbuhan tersebut memang masih di bawah target yang ditetapkan pemerintah dalam Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN) 2018 sebesar 5,4%. Namun demikian, pencapaian Indonesia tersebut patut disambut gembira. Pertumbuhan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ekonomi Indonesia tetap menggeliat, bahkan angka tersebut merupakan pencapaian tertinggi sejak tahun 2014. Tekad pemerintah untuk mempercepat pembangunan infrastruktur turut menopang pertumbuhan ekonomi tersebut.

Dear Shareholders and Stakeholders,

Sustainable development that is currently being implemented by the Indonesian government requires an economic system that prioritizes harmony between economic, social and environmental aspects. To realize the success of the economic system, support from various parties, including a corporate like Waskita Beton Precast, is needed.

For the Company, the real support is embodied by making the best possible effort to achieve the set economic performance targets, even to outperform. However, in achieving these targets, the Company continues to strive to preserve the environment and save the use of natural resources, whose availability is increasingly limited, so that future generations will still able to meet their needs.

Not only pursuing optimal economic performance and preserving the environment, Waskita Beton Precast is also committed to building concern for the communities surrounding the Company's operational areas. Through this Sustainability Report, Waskita Beton Precast presents sustainability practices in the form of economic, environmental and social performance during the year 2018.

Economic performance

The global economy in 2018 showed no improvement compared to the previous year. According to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) projection, the global economic growth in 2018 is 3.7%, the same as in 2017. Unlike the stagnant global economy, Indonesia managed to record economic growth in 2018. The Central Bureau of Statistics revealed that Indonesia’s economic growth in 2018 was 5,17%, higher than the 5.07% economic growth recorded in 2017.

The growth rate is indeed still below the target set by the government in the 2018 State Budget (APBN) of 5.4%. However, Indonesia's achievement should be appreciated. This growth shows that the Indonesian economy is still progressing, even this figure is the highest achievement since 2014. The government's determination to accelerate infrastructure development also has supported this economic growth.




Sejalan dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia, dan komitmen pemerintah menjadikan pembangunan infrastruktur sebagai prioritas, memberikan peluang besar bagi Waskita Beton Precast untuk turut serta dalam pembangunan tersebut. Kontrak demi kontrak berhasil diraih Perseroan dan nilainya mampu mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan pada tahun 2018, yakni sebesar Rp6,6 triliun. Adapun total kontrak yang dikelola (order book) senilai Rp17,34 triliun, termasuk kontrak bawaan (carry over) tahun 2017 sebesar Rp 10,68 triliun. Terhadap kontrak-kontrak yang telah didapat, Perseroan berkomitmen untuk menyelesaikannya dengan sebaik mungkin sebagai bentuk pelayanan terbaik bagi bangsa.

Dengan performa seperti itu, Perseroan berhasil membukukan kinerja positif selama tahun 2018. Pendapatan bersih naik 12,61% dibanding tahun sebelumnya, yakni dari Rp7,10 triliun pada tahun 2017 menjari Rp8 triliun pada tahun 2018. Setelah dikurangi beban dan pajak, Waskita Beton Precast mampu meraih laba bersih tahun berjalan sebesar Rp1,1 triliun, naik 10,31% dibanding tahun 2017, yang mencapai Rp1 triliun.

Atas pencapaian itu, Perseroan berkontribusi kepada negara melalui pajak penghasilan kini sebesar Rp211,68 miliar, naik 17,24% dibanding tahun sebelumnya, yang mencapai Rp195,45 miliar; dan pajak pajak tangguhan tahun 2018 sebesar Rp40,40 miliar. Sementara itu, pada tahun pelaporan, Waskita Beton Precast membagikan dividen tunai untuk tahun yang berakhir pada 31 Desember 2017 kepada pemegang saham sebesar 75% dari laba bersih atau sebesar Rp 750,26 miliar, naik 136% dibanding tahun sebelumnya dengan pembayaran dividen sebesar Rp317,41 miliar.

Perubahan iklim merupakan isu global yang menuntut kepedulian bersama warga dunia. Hal itu, antara lain, ditandai dengan ditandatanganinya Perjanjian Paris atau Paris Agreement. Ini adalah perjanjian dalam Konvensi Kerangka Kerja Perubahan Iklim Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa atau United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) mengenai mitigasi emisi gas rumah kaca, adaptasi, dan keuangan.

Waskita Beton Precast sebagai anak perusahaan PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk, yang dikenal sebagai perusahaan konstruksi BUMN terkemuka di Indonesia, berkomitmen untuk ikut membangun kepedulian terhadap lingkungan sebagai bentuk dukungan terhadap Perjanjian Paris. Untuk itu, dalam menjalankan operasional perusahaan, Perseroan berupaya untuk meminimalkan dampak negatif bagi lingkungan.

In line with Indonesia's economic growth, and the government's commitment to make infrastructure development a priority, it provides a great opportunity for Waskita Beton Precast to participate in the development. The Company has successfully pocketed some contracts and the contract value could meet the target set in 2018of Rp6.6 trillion. While total order book amounted to Rp17.34 trillion, including carry-over contracts in 2017 of Rp10.68 trillion. The Company is committed to making the best effort to accomplish all these contracts as a form of the best service for the nation.

With such performance, the Company managed to record positive performance in 2018. Net income rose 12.61% compared to the previous year, from Rp7.10 trillion in 2017 to Rp8 trillion in 2018. After deducting with expenses and taxes, Waskita Beton Precast was able to achieve net income for the year of Rp1.1 trillion, a 10.31% increase compared to 2017 of Rp1 trillion.

For this achievement, the Company was able to contribute to the state through current income tax of Rp.211.68 billion, a17.24% increase compared to the previous year of Rp195.45 billion; and deferred tax in 2018 of Rp40.40 billion. Meanwhile, in the reporting year, Waskita Beton Precast distributed cash dividends for the year ending December 31, 2017 to shareholders as much as 75% of net income or Rp750.26 billion, a 136% increase compared to the previous year’s dividend payments of Rp317.41 billion.

Environmental performance

Climate change is a global issue that demands concern from the world’s citizens. This, among other things, is indicated by the signing of the Paris Agreement, an agreement in the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) on the mitigation of greenhouse gas emissions, adaptation and finance.

Waskita Beton Precast as a subsidiary of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk, known as a leading state-owned construction company in Indonesia, is committed to contributing to fostering environmental awareness as a form of support for the Paris Agreement. For this reason, in carrying out its operations, the Company strives to minimize negative impacts on the environment.




Untuk mewujudkan komitmen itu, sebelum memulai sebuah proyek, Waskita Beton Precast berkomitmen untuk menerapkan prinsip kehati-hatian, praktik-praktik konstruksi yang baik, dan mematuhi peraturan perundangan yang berlaku. Ketiganya menjadi dasar dalam pelaksanaan operasi Perusahaan di semua areaoperasional termasuk kepatuhan pada perizinan yang berlaku. Perseroan memiliki mekanisme dalam melakukan penanganan masalah lingkungan di sekitar area proyek yang dijalankan. Mekanisme tersebut telah diuji dari segi pemenuhan standardisasi yang berlaku maupun mutu yang dihasilkan.

Komitmen Perseroan untuk bertanggung jawab terhadap lingkungan, serta sebagai upaya pelestarian alam dan lingkungan hidup, juga dituangkan dalam bentuk kebijakan produksi yang wajib memiliki ketentuan prosedur mengenai Analisa Mengenai Dampak Lingkungan (AMDAL). Langkah konkret yang lain, dengan alasan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan, dalam penggunaan bahan baku material, Perseroan senantiasa memperhatikan aspek dan dampak lingkungan, sesuai dengan peraturan-peraturan yang dikeluarkan oleh Pemerintah di bidang lingkungan hidup.

Kebijakan pro-lingkungan yang laina di luar material yang dipakai, Waskita Beton Precast juga berupaya seoptimal mungkin untuk melakukan penghematan penggunaan sumber daya alam yang pasokannya kian terbatas. Upaya penghematan, antara lain, dilakukan dalam penggunaan energi listrik, bahan bakar minyak dan air.

Untuk pengelolaan limbah, pengelolaan juga dilakukan secara bertanggungjawab. Dalam pengelolaan limbah cair misalnya, Perseroan berkomitmen untuk tidak membuang sembarangan. Sebab itu, untuk penanganan limbah cair dari proses produksi di plant, Perseroan membangun bak penampung limbah cair yang berfungsi sebagai IPAL dengan sistem pengaturan pH, koagulasi/penggumpalan dan penetralan. Air yang ditampung dalam bak penampung akan digunakan kembali menggunakan pompa air untuk penyiraman material di stock yard.

Sedangkan pengelolaan limbah padat, terutama limbah berbahaya, Perseroan berupaya semaksimal mungkin agar tidak berdampak negatif terhadap lingkungan. Untuk itu, limbah B3 yang ada diangkut oleh transporter yang telah mendapatkan ijin dari Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kementerian Perhubungan untuk diantarkan ke pemanfaat maupun pemusnah limbah B3 yang telah mendapatkan ijin pengelolaan dari Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup.

All three are the basis for the implementation of the Company's operations in all operational areas including compliance with applicable licenses. The company has a mechanism for handling environmental problems around the project area being carried out. The mechanism has been tested in terms of fulfilling the applicable standardization and the quality produced.

The Company's commitment to be environmentally responsible, as well as an effort to preserve nature and the environment, is also set forth in the form of production policies that must have procedures regarding Environmental Impact Analysis (EIA). Another concrete step, for reasons of concern for the environment, in the use of raw materials, the Company always pays attention to environmental aspects and impacts, in accordance with the regulations issued by the Government in the field of the environment.

Other pro-environment policies outside the materials used, Waskita Beton Precast also tried to make the most efficient use of natural resources which supply was increasingly limited. Efforts to save, among others, are carried out in the use of electricity, fuel oil and water.

Regarding waste management, it is also carried out responsibly. In the management of liquid waste for example, the Company is committed not to dispose of carelessly. Therefore, for handling liquid waste from the production process in the plant, the Company builds a liquid waste storage tank which functions as an WWTP with a pH control system, coagulation/clumping and neutralization. The water stored in the reservoir will be reused using a water pump to water the material in the stock yard.

In regard to management of solid waste, especially hazardous waste, the Company strives maximally not to have a negative impact on the environment. The existing B3 waste is transported by transporters who have obtained permission from the Ministry of Environment and the Ministry of Transportation to be delivered to users and destruction of B3 waste that has obtained management permits from the Ministry of Environment.

Komitmen untuk menciptakan zero accident dipegang oleh segenap insan Perseroan. Untuk itu, Waskita Beton Precast mengikutkan karyawannya dalam berbagai pelatihan dan sertifikasi K3. Per 31 Desember 2018, total peserta pelatihan K3 tercatat sebanyak 398 orang. Dengan mengikuti berbagai pelatihan K3 tersebut, maka Perseroan optmistis bisa menekan angka kecelakaan kerja menuju terwujudkan zero accident.

Di luar manfaat untuk pemangku kepentingan internal, seperti karyawan, Perseroan juga berkomitmen agar keberadaannya juga bermanfaat bagi masyarakat di sekitarnya. Selain membuka lapangan kerja bagi masyarakat lokal di sekitar lokasi operasional Perseroan, komitmen itu juga diwujudkan melalui Program Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan (Corporate Social Responsibility). Untuk program in, selama tahun 2018, Perseroan mengalokasikan dana sebesar Rp1,64 miliar.

Sekilas perusahaan

PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk, selanjutnya disebut juga dengan Perusahaan atau kami, berdiri pada 7 Oktober 2014. Perusahaan bergerak di bidang industri manufaktur beton pracetak (precast) dan ready mix. Sebagai anak perusahaan PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk, disebut juga dengan WASKITA, kepemilikan saham dimiliki oleh WASKITA sebesar 59,99995%. Saat ini, WASKITA dikenal sebagai perusahaan konstruksi BUMN terkemuka di Indonesia.

Waskita Beton Precast merupakan pengembangan dari Divisi Precast WASKITA yang mulai beroperasi pada 31 Januari 2013 dengan fokus produksi berupa beton precast dan ready mix. Sejalan dengan berkembangnya kebutuhan beton precast dan ready mix, WASKITA mengambil kebijakan untuk melakukan spin off terhadap Divisi Precast sehingga menjadi entitas usaha mandiri. Pada 7 Oktober 2014, Perusahaan pun resmi berdiri dan tercatat dalam Akta Pendirian No. 10, yang dibuat di hadapan notaris Fathiah Helmi, S.H., di Jakarta. Selanjutnya, pada 14 Oktober 2014, Perusahaan mendapat pengesahan dari Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia No. AHU-29347.40.10.2014.Tahun 2014.

Kehadiran PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk sebagai anak perusahaan terbukti mampu memberikan sinergi yang baik dari segi bisnis di sektor konstruksi. Selain berhasil memenuhi kebutuhan beton precast untuk WASKITA, kemampuan Perusahaan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan eksternal juga terus meningkat. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pasar yang makin besar, kapasitas produksi pun terus ditingkatkan. Dengan berbagai pencapaian itu, kinerja Perusahaan semakin meningkat, baik pendapatan usaha maupun laba bersih.

Menimbang bahwa potensi dan prospek usaha beton precast dan ready mix sangat menguntungkan, Perusahaan memutuskan untuk melakukan Penawaran Umum Saham Perdana atau Initial Public Offering (IPO) dan mencatatkan sahamnya melalui Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Peristiwa yang sangat bersejarah bagi Perusahaan tersebut berlangsung pada 20 September 2016. Kala itu, Perusahaan melepas sebanyak-banyaknya 10,54 miliar lembar saham baru dengan harga penawaran Rp490 per lembar saham.

PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk, hereinafter referred to as “the Company” or “we”, was established on October 7, 2014. The Company engages in the precast and ready mix concrete manufacturing industry. As a subsidiary of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk, also called WASKITA, Waskita’s share ownership amounted to 59.99995%. At present, WASKITA is known as a leading state-owned construction company in Indonesia.

Waskita Beton Precast is a development of the WASKITA Precast Division commencing operations on January 31, 2013 with a focus on production of precast and ready mix concrete. In line with the increasing needs of precast and ready mix concrete, WASKITA spinned off its Precast Division to become an independent business entity. On October 7, 2014, the Company was officially established and recorded in the Deed of Establishment No. 10 passed before a notary Fathiah Helmi, S.H., in Jakarta. Subsequently, on October 14, 2014, the Company was approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights No. AHU-29347.40.10.2014.In 2014.

The presence of PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk as a subsidiary proved to be able to provide good synergy in terms of business in the construction sector. Besides being able to meet precast concrete needs for WASKITA, the Company's ability to meet external needs also continues to increase. To cater the growing market needs, production capacity continues to be increased. Given such accomplishments, the Company's performance continues to increase in terms of revenues and net income.

Considering that the potential and prospects of the precast and ready mix concrete business are very profitable, the Company decided to conduct an Initial Public Offering (IPO) and register its shares through the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). A very historic event for the Company took place on September 20, 2016. At that time, the Company released as many as 10.54 billion new shares at an offering price of Rp.490 per share.




Bagi Perusahaan, kebijakan melakukan IPO tidak sekadar untuk penguatan modal kerja, namun juga ditujukan guna membangun pengelolaan usaha yang lebih prudent. Dengan demikian, ke depan, Perusahaan dapat bertransformasi secara baik menjadi perusahaan publik yang besar dan tepercaya di sektor manufaktor beton precast dan ready mix.

Sebelum IPO dilaksanakan, Perusahaan melakukan perubahan Anggaran Dasar guna memenuhi ketentuan dalam pembentukan badan hukum usaha milik publik. Melalui Akta No. 23 Tanggal 8 Juni 2016 yang dibuat di hadapan notaris Fathiah Helmi, S.H., di Jakarta, Perusahaan memperoleh persetujuan dari Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia sesuai dengan Surat Keputusan No. AHU-AH.01.03-0055642 tentang Penerimaan Pemberitahuan Perubahan Data Perseroan PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk tanggal 9 Juni 2016 dengan tanda Daftar Perseroan No. 4016060931260152 Tanggal 9 Juni 2016 (Akta No.23/2016).

Hingga akhir 2018, Perusahaan telah mengalami beberapa kali perubahan Anggaran Dasar di antaranya: Akta No. 55 Pernyataan Keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk yang dibuat di hadapan Notaris Fathiah Helmi, S.H., Notaris di Jakarta dan telah memperoleh persetujuan dari Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia sesuai dengan Surat Keputusannya No. AHUAH.0103-0110448 tentang Penerimaan Pemberitahuan Perubahan Anggaran Dasar PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk tanggal 21 Desember 2016 (Akta 55/2016).

Akta No. 60 Pernyataan Keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk yang dibuat di hadapan Dina Chozie, S.H. C.N, Notaris pengganti Fathiah Helmi, S.H., Notaris di Jakarta, akta telah diberitahukan kepada Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia dan telah mendapat Surat Keputusan Persetujuan Perubahan Anggaran Dasar No. AHU0017067.AH.01.02 tanggal 21 Agustus 2017, serta telah didaftarkan pada Daftar Perseroan No. AHU-0102648. For the Company, the IPO policy is not only to strengthen working capital, but also to build a more prudent business management. Thus, in the future, the Company can transform well into a large and trusted public company in precast and ready mix concrete manufacturing sector.

Prior to IPO, the Company made amendments to the Articles of Association to fulfill the provisions in the establishment of publicly owned business legal entities. Through Deed No. 23 June 8, 2016 made before a notary Fathiah Helmi, S.H., in Jakarta, the Company obtained approval from the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia in accordance with Decree No. AHU-AH.01.03-0055642 concerning Receipt of Notification of Changes in Company Data PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk dated June 9, 2016 with Company Registration Certificate No. 4016060931260152 dated June 09, 2016 (Deed No.23 / 2016).

Until the end of 2018, the Company has undergone several amendments to the Articles of Association including:Deed No. 55 Decision of Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk made before Notary Fathiah Helmi, S.H., Notary in Jakarta and has obtained approval from the Minister of Law and Human Rights of Republic of Indonesia in accordance with its Decree No. AHUAH.0103-0110448 concerning Receipt of Notification of Amendment to Articles of Association of PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk dated December 21, 2016 (Deed 55/2016).

Sejalan dengan meningkatnya pasar beton precast dan ready mix, Perusahaan pun terus menambah kapasitas produksi. Jika pada saat berdiri, kapasitas produksi beton precast tercatat sebesar 800.000 ton per tahun, maka per 31 Desember 2018, kapasitas produksinya mencapai 3.500.000 ton per tahun. Kapasitas sebesar itu ditopang oleh beroperasinya 11 (sebelas) plant precast, dan 73 batching plant yang tersebar di Pulau Jawa, Sumatera, dan Sulawesi. Hingga saat ini, Perusahaan telah merampungkan berbagai proyek di Indonesia, seperti pembuatan jalan tol, jembatan, gedung bertingkat tinggi dan revitalisasi sungai. (102-4)

Dengan rencana jangka panjang yang terarah dan didukung oleh portofolio proyek di lokasi-lokasi yang strategis, Waskita Beton Precast optimistis mampu berkembang menjadi perusahaan beton terkemuka dan diperhitungkan di Tanah Air.

In line with the increasing market of precast and ready mix concrete, the Company continues to increase production capacity. If at the time of establishment, the precast concrete production capacity is recorded at 800,000 tons per year, so as of December 31, 2018, the production capacity reaches 3,500,000 tons per year. Such capacity is supported by the operation of 11 (eleven) precast plants, and 73 batching plants spread across Java, Sumatra and Sulawesi. Until now, the Company has completed various projects in Indonesia, such as the construction of toll roads, bridges, high-rise buildings and river revitalization. (102-4)

Besides being oriented to product quality, the Company is also committed to continue to expand by opening new plants to meet the market potential of precast and ready mix concrete in Indonesia. With a long-term plan that is directed and supported by a portfolio of projects in strategic locations, Waskita Beton Precast is optimistic that it can develop into a leading and considered concrete company in the country.
