Northern Ireland building business with Russia

Russia has become an immensely important market for Northern Ireland companies across a very broad range of business sectors including engineering, food, ICT, luxury goods, life science products and technologies.

Northern Ireland has a strong engineering tradition that has resulted in Russian companies developing close business links. Among the most successful Northern Ireland companies are engineering businesses such as Caterpillar Inc and A J Power, both of whom are world leaders in the design and manufacture of electricity generators for prime, standby and emergency power, and have manufacturing operations in Northern Ireland.
