Responsabilità sociale Da molti anni la Metalsud Lo Gatto, partecipa attivamente alla vita sociale della comunità locale nella quale opera. Oltre ad aver avviato, infatti, un programma di donazioni a sostegno delle fasce più deboli, ha sponsorizzato anche molte attività sportive locali. Nell ’anno 2003 ha co sponsorizzato la squadra di Pallavolo “TONNO CALLIPO” SERIE A1 maschile. Dal 2006, inoltre, sponsorizza la squadra di arceri.

L’operazione consente di presidiare una fase importante della catena del valore, dato che Tesio s.r.l. vanta numerosi brevetti per la produzione di modelli di porte blindate particolari ed innovativi.

Since 2011, Metalsud Inc. also controls Tesio Ltd., a company with more than 50 ye-ars of experience in the production of security doors of the medium/ high category. The operation allows to control an important stage in the chain of value, since Tesio s.r.l. has numerous licences for the production of particular and innovative reinforced doors.

Depuis l’année 2011, Metalsud sas ® à également acquis les titres de la société Tesio srl., une usine qui est située dans le nord de l’Italie depuis plus de 50 ans. Elle est spécialisée dans la production de portes de sécurité de la moyenne à élevée à distan-ce. Lo stabilimento di Mappano, uno spazio avveniristico di circa 55.000 metri quadri, di cui oltre 17.000 mq coperti, è molto più di un centro di produzione: uno scenario che coniuga una vera fabbrica in stile ingle-se e funzionalità, tecnologia, uno spazio progettato molti anni fa, ma attualissimo che oggi ci permette di far fronte al continuo sviluppo della produzione del Gruppo e all’ampliamento della gamma prodotti.

Inaugurata nel 1973, l’unità produttiva di Ionadi si sviluppa su una superficie totale di circa 20.000 mq, dislocati su un’area complessiva di c.a. 70.000 mq e si avvale di 16 postazioni di assemblaggio. La struttura produttiva risponde ai più moderni criteri di efficienza produttiva e al suo interno è possibile costruire contemporaneamente ben 100 porte di dimensioni stan-dard e 100 controtelai per porte a scomparsa.La disposizione della linea produttiva si rifà ad un sistema di costruzione cosiddetto “ad isola”, grazie al quale ogni postazione di lavoro risulta assolutamente autonoma. Un reparto accettazione all’interno permette, inoltre, un’accurata ve-rifica di tutti materiali in arrivo.

L’usine est situé dans la cité de Mappano, un espace futuriste d’environ 55 000 mètres carrés, dont 17.000 mètres carrés couverts. C’est beaucoup plus qu’un centre de production; c’est un “scénario” qui combine une usine dans le style anglais et la fonctionnalité de la technologie à l’italienne. Un espace conçu il y a plusieurs années, mais d’actualité qui nous permetde faire face avec le développement continu de la production du groupe et l’expansion de sa gamme de produits.

The factory located in the city of Mappano, is a futu-ristic space of about 55,000 square meters, of which 17,000 square meters covered. It is much more than a production center; it’s a scenery that combines a fac-tory following the English style as well as functionality and technology. It is a space designed many years ago, but still alive. Furthermore it allows us to cope with the continuous development of the Group production and the expansion of its product range.

The production unit located in the city of Ionadi has been inaugurated in the year 1973. It covers an area of about 20,000 square meters, for a total of 70,000 square meters and exploits 16 assembly stations. The manufacturing facility meets the most modern criteria of the pro-ductive efficiency and at the same time it is possible to build together 100 standard size doors and 100 subframes for pocket doors. The ar-rangement of the production line refers to a system of construction called “island”, thanks to which each workstation it is absolutely inde-pendent. A check in desk also allows accurate verification of all inco-ming materials.
