CARATTERISTICHE TECNICHEDEI RACCORDI MARCA GE

MATERIALE:I raccordi sono prodotti in fusione malleabile a cuore bianco dialta qualità GJMW 40-05 e rispondenti alla norma di produzionee di uso EN 10242: 1994 e ISO 5922.

FILETTATURA:I raccordi sono filettati secondo norme ISO 7/1 che corrispondea DIN 2999 e BS 21 con filetto interno cilindrico e filetto esternoconico.

ZINCATURA:I raccordi GE si forniscono finiti neri e zincati a caldo. Così comeprescrive la norma EN 10242, la massa di copertura di zincodeve essere superiore a 500 gr/m2, il che presuppone uno spes-sore medio minimo di 70 micron.

PROPRIETÀ MECCANICHE:Resistenza minima alla trazione 400 N/mm2, allungamento mi-nimo 5%, durezza massima Brinell 220 kg./mm2, schiaccia-mento 10% fino a diametro esterno 2” e 5% per diametri supe-riori.

COLLAUDI:In applicazione della norma EN 10242 si prova unitariamente latenuta di tutti i raccordi GE mediante pressione idrostatica noninferiore a 20 bar equivalente ad una pressione pneumatica noninferiore a 5 bar.

ASSICURAZIONE QUALITÀ:La nuova norma UNI/EN 10242 esige che il produttore stabili-sca e mantenga un sistema di qualità documentato e conformealla norma EN 29001 o 29002 certificata da un terzo organismodi certificazione che la attui in accordo con i criteri rigorosi dellaEN 45012, per assicurare che i raccordi siano conformi ai re-quisiti richiesti dalla norma EN 10242. Adempiendo a queste esi-genze Gelma ha stabilito un sistema di assicurazione della qua-lità conforme a EN 29002/ISO 9002 secondo il certificato di re-gistro d’impresa AENOR/ER 116/2/94 e attestazione EQNET cheopera in accordo con i criteri della EN 45012.
