MENTA REFRIGERANTE - L'abbiamo così chiamata perchè nella sua preparazione, sempre artigianale, viene utilizzata un'essenza naturale di Menta Piperita, dal sapore molto gentile che dona alla nostra caramella un profumo e un gusto fresco e delicato. I suoi ingredienti, come per tutte le caramelle Fallani, sono pochi: zucchero, sciroppo di glucosio, essenza naturale di menta.

COOLING MINT - We are calling this candy in this way because in its preparation we use a natural essence of peppermint, that gives to this candy a fresh and soft flavor.

ANICE - Dai semi dell' "Anice Stellato" si estrae un olio essenziale dal gusto molto particolare, che noi utilizziamo nella nostra produzione di caramelle all'anice. La lavorazione artigianale, l'utilizzo di olio essenziale di anice stellato donano a questa caramella un sapore deciso, particolare.

ANISE - From the seeds of anise it is extracted the essential oil that is used in the making of this candy whit a very special flavor. The artisan production and this essential oil give to this candy a different and special flavor.

RABARBARO - La nostra caramella al rabarbaro è fatta di semplici ingredienti con l'utilizzo di estratto di rabarbaro pregiato. Anche questa caramella segue l'antico metodo artigianale di cottura a "fuoco diretto" che dona il sapore inconfondibile del vero rabarbaro con quel piacevole retrogusto dolce/amaro.

RHUBARB - Our rhubarb candy is made of few ingredients with the esteemed rhubarb extract. Also this candy is cooked with direct fire who gives the real flavor of the rhubarb with its traditional aftertaste bitter/sweet.

I suoi ingredienti, come per tutte le caramelle Fallani, sono pochi: zucchero, sciroppo di glucosio, essenza naturale di menta.

VALLOMBROSA MINT - In its production it's used a natural essence of vallombrosa mint, who come from the Vallombrosa reseve, a place on the slopes of Pratomagno. It’s ingredients, like all our candies, are few: sugar, glucose syrup, natural essence of mint.

Siccome il mercato è sempre più esigente ed esteso abbiamo sviluppato un’ottima ricetta per una caramella realizzata a base di sciroppi bioligici. Su richiesta possiamo sviluppare gusti (facendoli certificare), incarti e packaging secondo le vostre esigenze.
