L’ampio magazzino comprende anche una gamma completa di angolari. Il servizio di logistica è in grado di effettuare puntualmente le consegne su tutto il territorio nazionale.

A fully-stocked warehouse also includes a complete range of corner sections. The logistics service provides prompt delivery throughout the country.

CERTIFICAZIONI DI SISTEMA ISO 9001MPL viene condotta attraverso i principi del Sistema di Gestione della Qualità in conformità con la norma ISO 9001.

ISO 9001 CERTIFICATIONMPL is managed according to the principles of a Quality Management System in compliance with standard ISO 9001.

CERTIFICAZIONI DI PRODOTTO EN 1090-1MPL è in possesso della Certificazione secondo la norma EN 1090-1 “Esecuzione di strutture di acciaio e di alluminio” ed è abilitata ad operare per fornire componenti strutturali in Classe di Esecuzione EXC4, ovvero la massima Classe prevista da tale normativa. Il contesto normativo europeo ha introdotto in tutta Europa l’obbligo di Marcatura CE per la produzione e commercializzazione di ogni materiale da costruzione ovvero di quei materiali destinati ad essere incorporati o installati in maniera definitiva nel Costruito.

La Marcatura CE è necessaria al fine di garantire la libera circolazione dei prodotti da costruzione nell’Unione e rappresenta una metodologia armonizzata per valutare, provare, calcolare, esprimere, garantire ed infine dichiarare le prestazioni di un prodotto da costruzione. Ogni fornitura effettuata da MPL viene corredata da regolare Dichiarazione di Prestazione (DoP) supportata dalla lista di rintracciabilità alla quale vengono di norma allegati i Certificati di Controllo 3.1 rilasciati dal Produttore della materia prima.

PRODUCT CERTIFICATION - EN 1090-1MPL holds certification in accordance with EN 1090-1 standard for steel and aluminium structures and is authorised to provide structural components belonging to execution class EXC4 i.e. the maximum class stipulated in this legislation. The European standards framework has introduced compulsory CE marking throughout Europe in relation to the manufacture and sale of all construction materials, or materials destined for use or installed definitively in constructions.

CE marking is required to ensure the free circulation of products manufactured in the EU, and represents an approved method for assessing, testing, calculating, illustrating, guaranteeing and declaring the performance levels of a construction product. Each supply delivered by MPL has the required Performance Declaration supported by a traceability list with the relevant test certificates issued by the raw material manufacturer attached.

RISPETTO DEI REQUISITI LEGISLATIVI Seppur non applicabile alla quasi totalità delle lavorazioni effettuate, che sono coperte dalla Certificazione secondo la EN 1090-1, MPL è in possesso dell’Attestato di denuncia attività di Centro di Trasformazione rilasciato dal Servizio Tecnico Centrale in conformità alle prescrizioni del Decreto Ministeriale del 14/01/2008 “Norme Tecniche per le Costruzioni”.

COMPLIANCE WITH LEGISLATIONMPL holds a work commencement certificate issued by the Central Technical Department in compliance with the provisions of Italian Ministerial Decree of 14/01/2008 - Technical Standards for Constructions, even though it does not apply to most of the procedures implemented, which are covered by EN 1090-1 certification.

PROCESS ACCREDITATION – WELDING AND STUD WITH SHEAR CONNECTORSThe processes used by MPL suppliers to create material being welded and/or studded are endorsed by a third party.

RIVESTIMENTI SUPERFICIALI ZINCATURA, VERNICIATURA E SABBIATURA Tutti i processi relativi ai rivestimenti superficiali dei componenti forniti dalla MPL sono corredati da apposite Dichiarazioni di Conformità, secondo le normative pertinenti, che vanno quindi ad attestare la bontà del prodotto fornito.

SURFACE COATINGS - ZINC-PLATING, PAINTING AND SANDBLASTINGAll surface coating processes on components provided by MPL have relevant Conformity Declarations in accordance with legislation, attesting to the quality of the product supplied.

CERTIFICAZIONE DEL PERSONALE Il Personale che esegue la realizzazione delle saldature e/o piolature è in possesso delle Certificazioni che attestano le loro capacità realizzative. Inoltre anche il personale che effettua i controlli sulle saldature è in possesso di specifica Certificazione.

PERSONNEL ACCREDITATIONPersonnel carrying out welding and/or studding hold certificates attesting to their suitability for these operations. Personnel who test welds also hold a special qualification.
