Alongside its normal manufacturing activity, FAMA develops prototypes, new technologies and innovative machinery.

Die Trockenabscheider PSC werden seit Jahren als Ersatz für alte Fliehkraftabscheider eingesetzt, mit dem Vorteil reduzierten Platzbedarfs und geringerer Druckverluste und damit Energieeinsparungen. Die Feuchtabscheider SCXU sind direkt am Pulper zu installieren und lösen die Probleme in Verbindung mit Feuchtigkeit und Staub, denn die Schnittabfälle werden direkt mit dem Prozesswasser gemischt.

L’ esecuzione con speciali profili di alluminio, li rende eleganti e leggeri senza alterarne le caratteristiche meccaniche e di robustezza.

Sind in einigen Fällen eine gute Alternative zu Absauganlagen. Ihre Einzelheiten sind sorgfältig für das zu transportierende Material (Schnitt- und Stanzabfälle aus Papier und Pappe) durchkonstruiert. Die Ausführung mit speziellen Aluminiumprofilen verleiht ihnen Eleganz und spart Gewicht, ohne ihre mechanischen Eigenschaften und ihre Festigkeit zu beeinträchtigen.

In some cases are a valid alternative to the vacuuming systems. They feature great attention to detail, also due to the type of material to be transported (trimmings and paper and cardboard sheets). The design with special aluminium profiles makes the machines stylish and light without altering their mechanical characteristics and sturdiness.

Sono a secco o ad umido.I filtri a secco possono essere a maniche, a cartucce o a tamburo rotante. e si possono spingere a livelli di filtrazione “assoluta” con applicazione di filtri HEPA. Possono essere corredati di sistemi automatici di prevenzione incendi o applicazioni ATEX. I filtri a umido, conosciuti come “scrubber”, sono indicati per polveri in correnti d’aria molto umide. Non hanno il problema dell’esplosività e sono ben considerati se si dispone diacqua depurata.

They are for dry and wet filtration.The dry filters may be with sleeves, cartridges or a rotating drum and can reach “absolute” filtration levels with the application of HEPA filters. They may be equipped with automatic fire prevention systems or ATEX applications. The wet filters, called “scrubbers”, are suitable for dust in very damp air currents. They do not have the explosiveness problem and are a good solution if purified water is available.

Bei ihnen besteht keinerlei Explosionsgefahr und sie sind gut geeignet, wenn gereinigtes Wasser zur Verfügung steht.
