SHORT HISTORY OF THE GROUP

Established in 1957 when the surgeon Prof. Luigi Rotelli founded, with other doctors, the Istituto di Cura Città

di Pavia and few years later, in 1969, the Policlinico San Donato.

The San Donato Hospital Group becamed the leader in Italy in the healthcare sector thanks to internal and

external growth, managed by Prof. Avv. Giuseppe Rotelli since 1980.

In may 2012 the Gropup acquired the most importan italian hospital, Ospedale San Raffaele
