Spored podatocite na Dràvniot zavod za statistika, vo 2007 godina, naj~esto povrzuvawe na internet bilo preku DSL tehnologiite (hDSL,ADSL i dr.) {to e registrirano kaj 67.1% od subjektite vo javniot sektor.

Vo sporedba so 2006 godina, vo 2007 godina opa|a u~estvoto na subjektite koi koristat modem (dial-up) za povrzuvawe na internet (za 11.6%) i onie koi koristat ISDN (za 11.5%), a raste u~estvoto na subjektite koi gi koristat ADSL tehnologiite (za 5.8%) i na onie koi koristat drugo fiksno povrzuvawe so internet, kako {to e kabelskoto ili iznajmenata linija (za 8.8%).

Najzastapena lokalna kompjuterska mreà vo 2007 godina e LAN - bazirana na ì~no povrzuvawe, koja ja imale 74.1% od subjektite vo javniot sektor {to e za 11.1% pove}e od 2006 godina.

Vo 2007 godina, svoja veb-stranica imale 81.4% od subjektite od javniot sektor so internet pristap {to pretstavuva zgolemuvawe od 3.3% vo sporedba so 2006 godina.

In 2007, access to the Internet had 99.4% of the entities in the public sector (central and local authorities)

According to the data of the Statistical Office of the Republic of Macedonia, the most spread connection to the Internet among the entities in the public sector, in 2007, was via DSL technologies (hDSL, ADSL or others), by 67.1%.In comparison to 2006, in 2007 the share of public sector entities using modem (dial-up) for the Internet connection decrease for 11.6% and of those using ISDN for 11.5%, but the share of those using ADSL technologies increase for 5.8% and of those using other fixed connection to the Internet like cable or leased line, for 8.8%.LAN- based on wired connection was the most used local area computer network among the entities in the public sector in 2007, by 74.1% of them, which is 11.1% more than in 2006. In 2007, their own websites had 81.4% of the public sector entities with Internet access, which is 3.3% more than in 2006.

Broj/No: 8.1.8.02Metodolo{ki objasnuvawaPredmet na istraùvaweto e opremenosta i upotrebata na informati~ko-komunikaciskite tehnologii vo javniot sektor1) vo Republika Makedonija vo 2007 godina.Edinici na nabquduvawe se organite na javnata administracija (ministerstvata i drugite dràvni organi, sudovite, upravite, dràvnite agencii, biroa, zavodi), javnite pretprijatija2) i lokalnata samouprava vo site op{tini vo Republika Makedonija.

Vo istraùvaweto bea vklu~eni 173 statisti~ki edinici. Od niv, odgovorija 162, odnosno procentot na odgovor e 93,6%.

Podatocite koi se objavuvaat se odnesuvaat na subjektite vo javniot sektor koi odgovorile na pra{alnikot, a toa se: 16 ministerstva, 45 dràvni agencii, institucii, organizacii, 18 javni pretprijatija i 83 edinici na lokalnata samouprava-op{tini.

1) Javniot sektor gi vklu~uva centralnite vladini institucii i organizacii, lokalnata vlast (organite na op{tinata kako edinica na lokalnata vlast so gradona~alnikot i sovetot), javnite pretprijatija i organizacii koi se vo relacija so javniot sektor.2) Javni pretprijatija se pravni lica koi se osnovaat zaradi vr{ewe na stopanski dejnosti od javen interes (Zakon za javni pretprijatija "Sl.vesnik na RM" br. 38/96-2054, izmeni i dopolnuvawa vo "Sl.vesnik na RM" br.9/97-625; 6/2002-11).

Methodological explanations Survey subject is the equipment and usage of information and communication technologies in the public sector in the Republic of Macedonia, 2007.Observation units are the bodies (organs) of the public administration (ministries and other government authorities, courts, state agencies, offices, bureaus), public enterprises and local self-government in all municipalities of the Republic of Macedonia.In the survey were included 173 statistical units, out of which 162 responded, i.e. the rate of response is 93,6%.The published data refer to the entities that answered the questionnaire, which are: 16 ministries, 45 state agencies, institutions, organization, 18 public enterprises and 83 units of local self-government (municipalities).

1) The Public Sector includes the central government institutions and organizations, the local government (the Community’s bodies as a unit of the local government with the Mayor and the Council), the public enterprises and organizations that are in relation with the public sector.2) Public enterprises are legal entities that are established for performing economic activities from public interest (Law on public enterprises “Official Gazette of the RM” n.38/96-2054, amendments and supplements in “Official Gazette of RM” n.9/97-625; 6/2002-11).
