Là, in alto sulla montagna… Questo villaggio tipico, apprezzato per la sua tradizionale désalpe (il ritorno a valle delle mandrie), vi offre un’infra-struttura turistica completa, immersa in una natura inconta-minata. Se ciò non vi basta, visitate le terme « Les Bains de la Gruyère ».

I loro bar d’alpeggio sono apprezzati per la loro calorosa accoglienza e la stazione offre una gamma di attività « a contatto con la natura » che spazia dall’escursionismo alla mountain bike passando per l’equitazione.

Questa affascinante città medievale è la porta d’ingresso per scoprire la riserva naturale della Grande Cariçaie. Ma questa non è l’unica sfaccettatura di Estavayer-le-Lac : infatti, essa è anche diventata il paradiso del wakeboard, grazie al suo telesci nautico.

Una montagna di divertimenti. Qui le famiglie possono scegliere tra numero-sissime attività e di-vertimenti : bob-slitta, devalkart, trottinerba, minigolf, Via Ferrata. Salite sulla funico-lare e la teleferica e raggiungete la vetta (2002 m) con il suo panorama da mozzare il fiato.

Fondata nel 1157 da Berthold IV von Zähringen, Friburgo vi sedurrà con la sua cattedrale e i suoi nu-merosi tesori gotici. Culla dell’arte e città universitaria, Fribur-go sa anche « vivere le differenze », soprattutto grazie a numerosi eventi e alla sua gastronomia di alto livello.

La cittadina di Gruyères affascina per la sua pittoresca architettura, il suo artigianato, i suoi hotel e ristoranti di charme. Non man-cate di degustare le meringhe ricoperte di doppia panna ! Il castello fortificato ra-senta il Museo di Arte Fantastica HR Giger, il creatore di « Alien », e il Tibet Museum.

Attraversate i bastioni di questa cittadina medievale e subito sarete immersi nella stessa quiete del clima mediterraneo. Un caffè sotto i portici o una passeggiata sul lungolago… e il tempo si fermerà per qualche ora spensierata.

Adagiata su una dolce collina, con il Museo svizzero della pittura su vetro e le innumerevoli opere contemporanee spar-se in tutta la regione, Romont difende con orgoglio il suo titolo di capitale delle ve-trate. Circondata dai suoi bastioni, la città conserva intatta la sua bellezza medie-vale.

Immaginate un lago romantico circondato da imponenti cime : è il Lago Nero. La riserva naturale del Breccaschlund è una delle nostre più belle valli alpine. Schwarzsee è anche una stazione molto accogliente per le famiglie.

Estavayer 2016Dal 26 al 28 agosto 2016, Estavayer-le-Lac ospiterà la Festa federale di lotta svizzera e giochi alpestri. Si tratta del più grande evento sportivo e popolare della Svizzera, al quale sono attese 250.000 persone. Nel corso della festa sono previsti, tra l’altro, concerti, gare di hornuss e il lancio della pietra. Tranne l’accesso all’arena di lotta, l’ingresso alla manifestazione è gratuito.

Romont, capitale della vetrata artistica Come trasformare un castello in cattedrale : dal 1981 il castello di Romont ospita il Vitromusée, museo delle opere d’arte su vetro. La sua mostra permanente racconta l’epopea del vetro attraverso opere di grande valore artistico. Non cercate oltre : la « Ville lumière » è Romont.

Cattedrale di St-Nicolas, FriburgoPer cogliere tutta la bellezza di Friburgo è neces-sario salire i 365 gradini che vi conducono in cima alla cattedrale di Saint-Nicolas. Gioiello del gotico fiammeggiante, essa venne costruita tra il 1283 e il 1490 su uno sperone roccioso a strapiombo sulla Sarine. Il portale principale sfoggia un bassorilievo che rappresenta il Giudizio Universale e le vetrate sono state realizzate da Mehoffer e Manessier.

Lago della GruyèreQuesto lago artificiale risale a più di sessant’anni fa, quando venne costruita la diga sul fiume Sarine. Il lago è contraddistinto dalla presenza dell’isola d’Ogoz, che, dominata dalle vestigia di un’antica dimora signorile, è divenuta un elemento imperdibile del paesaggio lacustre. Nel tempo, il sentiero che si snoda lungo le rive del lago ne ha aumentato la notorietà, richiamando sempre più visitatori in tutte le stagioni.

DésalpeLa désalpe è la festa tradizionale alpestre più rinomata. Le mandrie ritornano a valle dopo quattro mesi trascorsi all’alpeggio. Gli armaillis, i pastori vestiti con il caratteristico bredzon, e le loro donne che sfoggiano lo dzaquillon sfilano assieme alle mucche agghindate di corone di fiori colorati e grandi campane. Un programma svariato con musica folcloristica, corteo, mercato di prodotti tipici.

Leaving from Schwarzsee and its beautiful lake, the trail will take you along the historic Euschels mountain pass, before crossing into the Gorges de la Jogne. Via JacobiL’étape Schwarzenburg - Fribourg vous emmène sur un chemin remarquable appelé en 1385 la « Fryburg stras ». Celle de Fribourg à Romont vous conduit au gré des rivières à la colline ronde. Deux étapes jalonnées de nombreux témoignages liés à St-Jacques de Compostelle.

Die Etappe von Schwarzenburg nach Freiburg führt über einen Weg, der 1385 erstmals als «Fryburg stras» erwähnt wurde. Die Strecke ab Freiburg verläuft an Flüssen entlang bis zum runden Hügel Romont. Zwei Etappen, auf denen Sie zahlreiche Zeugnisse des Pilgerwegs nach Santiago de Compostella entdecken.

The Schwarzenburg - Fribourg stage takes you along the historic path, «Fryburg stras», which dates back to 1385. The Fribourg - Romont section of the trail winds its way along the river banks before reaching the round hill. These two stages bear witness to Santiago de Compostela.

Tour des GastlosenUn très bel itinéraire sur chemins de montagne pour marcheurs expérimentés. La randonnée se déroule au pied des célèbres Gastlosen, vertigineuses parois de calcaire bien connues des varappeurs. Comptez 1h45 de plus pour le trajet à pied de Jaun jusqu’au parking et retour.

Gruyères – Moléson – Les Paccots Un parcours qui allie sport et découverte gastro-nomique. De la Maison du Gruyère le chemin vous emmène de buvettes en alpages jusqu’aux Paccots. Il s’élève ensuite vers le col de la Belle-Chaux puis descend dans la vallée de l’Intyamon pour longer la Sarine.

Eine Tour, die Sport mit einer kulinarischen Entdeckungsreise verbindet. Ab «La Maison du Gruyère» führt der Weg an Alphütten und Weiden entlang bis Les Paccots. Aufstieg zum Belle-Chaux-Pass, wieder hinunter ins Intyamon-Tal und weiter entlang dem Lauf der Saane.

A route that combines sport and fine dining. From «La Maison du Gruyère», the trail takes you along alpine huts and green pastures to Les Paccots. Then climb towards the Belle-Chaux pass and de-scend into the Intyamon valley before making your way along the banks of the River Sarine.

Sentier du Lac de la Gruyère Récompensée par le « Prix Rando 2012 », cette randonnée forme deux boucles autour du Lac de La Gruyère (45 km). Le sentier offre de magnifiques points de vue sur le lac avec de nombreuses possibilités de baignades le long de la rive gauche du tronçon.
