The two principal network branches are takenas trajectories along which generate the sur-faces that envelop space.Control-sections are dened in which it ispossible to directly translate the architectu-ral programme.

design model_ sections-driven geometry (highcontrol on programme and the perceptive as-pects of geometry)

Control-sections are dened by interpolationcurves of set of points. The number of pointsis the same for each set, each point has anindex. Curves generated interpolating pointswith the same index are the guide trajectoriesfor the generation of the surface (A).A more detailed gradient is parametricallyachieved generating a number of intermediatesections that mediate the transformation (B).The wrapping surface is generated loftingthrough these sections (C).

    THRESHOLD LIGHT GRADIENT

Subdivision of the surface in a subsystem of components that,

through continuous geometric variations, manage the variation

    of light ow.

This lamellar component, through a rotation of the transversal

section on the longitudinal axis, allows the surface to move

from complete opacity to a permeability that could be modu-lated in connection to the rotation angle.

The rotation of the components is referenced to the inclination

of solar rays (03). A min and max values are considered: each

lamella is related to a specic angle in the interval.
