RISORSE TECNOLOGICHE

Le risorse tecnologiche e la quasi totale robotizzazione delle macchine utilizzate per la lavorazione dei singoli progetti,offre al cliente un elevato standard di qualità.

Per il settore farmaceutico e alimentare le saldature vengono prevalentemente effettuate con procedimento TIG in atmo-sfera di gas inerte; le più importanti, dal punto di vista estetico-funzionale, vengono levigate e rese invisibili.Le superfici a vista, sia interne che esterne, sono lucidate e spazzolate , per realizzazioni particolari e importanti sieseguono dei cicli di elettrolucidatura.

Mentre per i settori chimico e petrolchimico oltre ai tipi di acciaio di cui sopra, vengono usati acciai speciali specifici eadatti al progetto richiesto.Le saldature per questo settore vengono eseguite a piena penetrazione, sono soggette all'interno del nostro ciclo lavorati-vo a controlli non distruttivi quali liquidi penetranti, inoltre su richiesta specifica siamo in grado di gestire altri tipi di controlli quali : rx, ultrasuoni, ferrite, magnetici ecc.

TECHNOLOGY RESOURCE

Technological resources and the nearly total robotisation of the machines used for individual projects offer the customer

a high standard of quality.

For Pharmaceuitical and food area the welding is mostly done with a TIG process in an inert gas atmosphere. The main welds from the aesthetic-functional point of view are then ground, smoothed down and made invisible.

The visible surfaces, both inside and out, are polished and brushed and certain welds may undergo cycles of electropoli-shing.

For the chemical and petrochemical areas, in addition to the types of steel mentioned, special types of steel may be used for specific project needs. The welds in this area are done to full penetration and undergo non-invasive controls as part of our planned work cycle, such as using penetrating liquids. We are also able, upon request, to perform other types of non-invasive controls (x-rays, ultrasound, etc.).
