Reactions 1482, p18 - 14 Dec 2013 Darunavir/ritonavir Depressive syndrome: case report In an observational study of 65 HIV-infected patients, aged 40–49 years, 35 patients were switched from double ritonavir- boosted protease inhibitor therapy to darunavir/ritonavir either once or twice daily [dose and route not stated]. One of these patients [exact age and sex not stated] stopped darunavir/ ritonavir due to the onset of depressive syndrome [duration of treatment to reaction onset and outcome not stated].
