Bianchi Industry is an industrial reality that employs 600 employees in three production units in Italy, one in Chile and 12 branches located in all the world, with an international commercial organization that reaches over 40 countries.

The company, one of the leading in the vending market as producer of machines for the automatic distribution of hot and cold drinks, cans & bottles, snacks, food and confectionary as well as non food products, boasts 50 years of presence in the sector. Founded in 1959, the company began it’s activity as importer and distributor of vending machines produced in the United States. Subsequently, in the sixties, the production of it’s own range was established. In 1976 the trademark of the Faema vending branch was acquired. In 1992, with the personal involvement of the owners the re-launching phase of the company started. In 1998 the Latina production plant is inaugurated and the agreements with local partners for the creation of the branches abroad are made in order to be closer to the reference the markets. In 2001 the ownership widens their financial horizons transferring 20% of the shares to the fund GE Equity Capital, that will leave the group in 2005 after the successful result of the industrial plan: completing in 2002 the merge with Tecnomet Italia, from which the actual Bianchi Vending Group was constituted. Currently 60% of the company shares belong to ABN Amro Capital equity fund, that has left the management of the activity to the historical partners. In January 2007 Gem-Futurema is acquired. A company that brings the experience of three generations, from 1946 to today, in the technologies and development of the extraction of espresso. The history intersects itself and the two branches of the Company, Vending and Ho.re.Ca., today find a common conducting thread in their historical patrimony: the traditions and the culture of coffee inherited by the founder of Faema, Cavaliere Carlo Ernesto Valente. And so today the Group enters, to full title, also the Ho.Re.Ca. market with professional coffee machines.

L’azienda, una delle leader nel mercato del vending come produttrice di macchine per la distribuzione automatica di bevande calde & fredde, prodotti alimentari e non food; vanta 50 anni di presenza nel settore.Fondata nel 1959, ha iniziato l’attività come importatore e distributore di macchine prodotte negli Stati Uniti per avviare poi, negli anni ’60, una linea propria di produzione. Nel 1976 Bianchi acquista il marchio Faema, importante baluardo della distribuzione automatica. Nel 1992, con l’impegno in prima persona dei proprietari, promuove una fase di lancio aziendale: nel 1998 viene inaugurato lo stabilimento di Latina e si avviano gli accordi con partner locali per la creazione delle filiali all’estero, questo per essere più vicini ai mercati di riferimento. Nel 2001 la proprietà allarga i propri orizzonti finanziari cedendo il 20% delle quote al fondo GE Equity Capital, che uscirà dal gruppo nel 2005 dopo l’esito favorevole del piano industriale portato a compimento: nel 2002 era stata infatti completata una fusione con la Tecnomet Italia, da cui nacque l’attuale Bianchi Vending Group. Precisi ed affidabili, Fiore, Fiore 1963 e Fiore 1983 hanno la regolazione della macinatura a ghiera, ed esistono sia con la dosatura a destra che a sinistra per andare incontro alle esigenze di persone mancine o per particolari posizionamenti. Tutte le versioni hanno microinterruttore automatico e la possibilità di riempire il dosatore parzialmente o totalmente. Il piattino raccogli caffé è in acciaio inox, perché nulla è lasciato al caso in questi accessori fondamentali.
