Per il tredicesimo anno consecutivo un gruppo di volontarie della parrocchia or-ganizza un mercatino di beneficenza di oggetti natalizi artigianali realizzati con materiale da riciclo e con cortecce, pigne,ceppi, licheni e qualsiasi altro materiale che il bosco ogni anno “regala” a chi con occhio artistico sa valorizzare al meglio anche le più piccole cose e sa realizzare con esse vere e proprie opere d’arte.

CON LA CORALE NOUVELLE HARMONIESi accendono le luci colorate dell’albero di Natale di La Thuile; l’occasione per dare il via a tutte le vacanze e festività di fine anno. Partecipa, con un concer-to ricco di emozioni, il coro Nouvelle Harmonie. Il coro nasce nel 1985 per poi crescere professionalmente e mu-sicalmente negli anni ottenendo pre-stigiosi risultati all’Assemblée de Chant Choral della Valle d’Aosta (1997-’98-’99-2004). Dal 2003 il coro è diretto da Marco Benech, che aveva collaborato fin dal ‘96 come pianista accompagnatore. Due i CD all’attivo: nel 1999 e nel 2016. Nell’estate di quest’anno, in Grecia, par-tecipa con successo all’Olympia Choral

Festival.

CONCERTO LIVE CON I “TOO ROCK“Un appuntamento immancabile ed emozionante che i maestri della scuo-la di sci ci regalano creando un lungo serpentone luminoso che percorre la pista n. 2 ed arriva fino al centro paese dove dalle 18,30 è già iniziata la festa quest’anno animata dai TOO ROCK una party band coinvolgente che ripropone in chiave “dance/rock” le migliori hit pop dagli anni ‘80.A seguire distribuzione di vin brule’, cioc-colata calda, the e panettone.

Arrivo previsto dei maestri alle ore 19.15 nel Capoluogo (in caso di mancanza di neve davanti alla scuola di sci).

CONCERTO GOSPEL (TUTTO AL FEMMINILE)Il coro “All Sisters” (tutti elementi fem-minili, un solo uomo... al pianoforte!) si è formato nell’estate 2000 e propone un repertorio di gospel e spirituals tradizio-nali, più alcuni brani moderni riarrangiati dalla direttrice del coro, cantante jazz e gospel con esperienza più che venten-nale; Elisabetta Prodon ha inciso per Radio Montecarlo, Radio DeeJay e per Paolo Conte, è vincitrice del referen-dum ‘I Big di Torino sette’ fra i lettori del quotidiano La Stampa per il jazz 2001 e 2002 , ha cantato a Festival Jazz Inter-nazionali come unica vocalist italiana, ha vinto premi nazionali per il jazz. Lavora nell’ambito della musica jazz e gospel dal 1988 in Italia e in Brasile, Germa-nia con tour annuali, ed è insegnante di canto afroamericano dal 1992 (cattedra

di canto jazz per Teatro Regio - Corsi di Formazione Musicale del Comune di To-rino e collaborazioni con il Conservatorio Jazz di Alessandria). E’ co-fondatrice del progetto/marchio VOCE-Teaching the Art, primo corso superiore per docenti di canto moderno a Torino.

For the thirteenth year running, a group of parish volunteers has organized a charity market of handmade Christmas objects made from recycled materials and tree bark, pine cones, twigs, lichen, and other material that every year the forest offers up to those with an arti-stic eye, who see value in the smallest things, and can use them to produce real works of art.

WITH ACCOMPANIMENT FROM THE ‘NOUVELLE HARMONIE’ CHOIRLa Thuile’s Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony, an occasion for welcoming in the festive season and holidays, ac-companied by a concert full of emotions given by the ‘Nouvelle Harmonie’ choir. The choir was founded in 1985, and has continued to grow professionally and musically over the years, obtaining prestigious results at the Valle d’Aosta’s Assemblée de Chant Choral festival (1997, ‘98, ‘99, 2004). Since 2003, the choir has been directed by Marco Bene-ch, who had collaborated since 1996 as piano accompanist. There are two CDs available, from 1999 and 2016. This ye-ar’s summer, in Greece, the choir partici-pated with great success in the Olympia Choral Festival.

GOSPEL CONCERT BY THE ALL-FEMALE The ‘All Sisters’ all-female (except one man at the piano!) choir was formed in the summer of 2000, and offers a repertoire of traditional gospel and spiritual songs, and some modern pieces rearranged by the choir director, Elisabetta Prodon, a jazz and gospel singer with more than twenty years of experience behind her, who has recorded for Radio Montecarlo, Radio DeeJay and Paolo Conte, has been winner of the ‘La Stampa’ newspaper’s ‘I Big di Torino Sette’ reader award for jazz in 2001 and 2002, has sung at the Inter-national Jazz Festival as the only Italian vocalist, and has won numerous national jazz awards. She has worked in the field of jazz and gospel music since 1988, in Italy, Brazil and Germany, touring annually, and has been a teacher of African-Ame-

rican Singing since 1992 (Jazz Singing Teacher at the theatre ‘Teatro Regio’, City of Turin Music Training Courses, and col-laborations with the Jazz Conservatory of Alessandria). She is co-founder of the VO-CE-Teaching the Art project and brand, the first higher education course for modern singing teachers in Turin.
