Il casco Interceptor Ufo Plast è dotato del complesso sistema di ventilazione M.V.S. (Multi Vent System): nella parte anteriore sono presenti numerose prese d’aria, che convogliano aria fresca direttamente nella calotta, l’interno in EPS è canalizzato per una perfetta distribuzione del flusso d’aria, il calore interno viene dissipato da ben 3 estrattori sulla parte superiore della calotta che lavorano anche a basse velocità di flusso, mentre nella parte posteriore inferiore della calotta ci sono due grandi estrattori che garantiscono il completo ricircolo dall’aria.

Interceptor Helmet by Ufo Plast has been constructed with a complex ventilation system, the Multi Vent System (M.V.S.): positioned towards the front are numerous air vents that direct fresh air to the head, the interior in EPS is canalized for a perfect distribution of the airflow. The heat inside the helmet it is dissipated by 3 vents on the upper part of the helmet which are capable of extraction even with a low flow of air and by two large vents located towards the lower back of the helmet. This guarantees complete air circulation.

Il rivoluzionario attacco manubrio Renthal ”duo STEM” associa l’alta resisten-za a un peso molto ridotto.L’attacco è diviso orizzontalmente a metà per fare in modo che sia lavorato in CnC in due pezzi separati.Questo metodo permette l’accesso all’interno, togliere materiale riducendo il peso al minimo senza compromettere la resistenza.In aggiunta questa lavorazione permette una chiusura frontale non interrotta che elimina gli stress alla piega manubrio causati dalla maggior parte delle altre chiusure e che possono portare alla rottura della piega manubrio.

È diviso orizzontalmente in due pezzi, utilizzando solo 6 bulloni per ridurre il peso globale.Ha una larga chiusura piega manubrio di 64 mm per aumentare la rigidità tor-sionale.La rigidità e stabilità strutturale è garantita dalla costruzione divisa in due pezzi orizzontali.L’interrotta forma a U della chiusura frontale elimina gli stress che si hanno su molte altre chiusure e che possono portare alla rottura della piega manubrio.
