NON ASPETTARE ANCORA, E’ QUESTO IL MOMENTO GIUSTO.Buongiorno o buonasera, dipende da che ore sono nel tuo spazio creativo, nel mio sonoesattamente le 5.00 pm, momento in cui tutti i giorni mi siedo davanti all’immensa finestradel mio salotto, con una tazza di the caldo tra le mani, la candela accesa che inebria l’aria diun profumo intenso di fiori e il mio gattone arriva ad accoccolarsi vicino a me.

Che ore sono nel tuo spazio creativo? Cioè in quello spazio in cui riesci a ritrovare il tuoequilibrio psichico, la tua concentrazione e riesci a liberare la tua parte creativa?

Questo diario nasce dalla voglia di poterti essere di supporto per allenare il tuo pensiero,iniziando una vera e propria rivoluzione positiva, trovando ogni giorno 15 minuti per vivereil tuo spazio creativo e lasciar così scaturire tutta l’energia racchiusa in te.

Il sapere SCIENTIFICO legato alla sfera della PSICOLOGIA POSITIVA ha portato in lucel’importanza del “contagio emotivo positivo” e quindi perché non sperimentare in primapersona i benefici che può portare l’imparare a liberare la mente dal giudizio, dal pregiudizioe dai pensieri negativi che spesso ci rendono i nostri peggiori nemici?
