1. Renovation Project Pascoe Vale
Property was purchased in late 2007 and required complete renovation.
Plan proposal was produced with Revit Architecture and was submitted shortly after property purchase.
3D CAD images were produced using IronCAD
Both external and internal walls solid brick
In total, five brick walls were demolished and removed to allow open-plan living
Benefits Included the following:
Natural light was able to illuminate entire apartment, despite dark tiling on selected walls
Doubled storage capacity in main bedroom
Kitchen doubled in size, complete with twin industrial sink, 90cm oven, Dishwasher and built-in refrigerator
Bathroom now included clothes washer-dryer and twin shower
Living Room now enabled dining for 6 people as well as lounge suite
Project duration approx. 8 months
Property was sold in early 2011 for almost twice the purchase price despite market drop and remains the benchmark to date for the surrounding apartment complex

5. Renovation Project Jacana
Property was purchased in late 2011 and required complete renovation.
Plan proposal was produced with Revit Architecture and was submitted in early 2014
Brick external walls / 80mm Concrete internal walls
SIX CONCRETE WALLS were demolished and removed to allow complete redesign of floorplan
Benefits Included the following:
Natural light from rear of house now illuminates front entry
Despite reduced footprint, house retains 3 good sized bedrooms
Rear now open plan Kitchen-Living-Dining
Kitchen area now accommodates large 2700 x 1100 Island bench complete with twin industrial sink, dishwasher, large 90cm free-standing oven, large refrigerator and generous pantry
Dining area able to accommodate 2000 x 1000 dining table with ease
Living are now able to accommodate large 2400 x 1000 3-seat and 1800 x 1000 2-seat lounge suite
New layout of bathroom now accommodates large 1200 x 900 shower
Project duration approx. 6 months
