Laboratorio di Progettazione Urbanistica e Architettonica IV | Prof.F.Rossi Prodi, Prof.M.Massa, coll.Jacopo Giagnoni | 2011 Social housing e residenze per Capezzana,Prato, Italia The project is located in an area characterized by the coexistence of a village with a historical context of recent construction industries. The land subject of our work is landlocked between a busy road and houses in line scrolling down the road. The privileged location of the new intervention is given in the wide views of the land for a park. The project includes three volumes: two to the north, near the park, intended for social housing; the remaining volume is located south of the built up front for existing residences. The new buildings are inserted along paths defined by a master of the most extensive area.
