Se richiesto dall’applicazione, è possibile, in maniera agevole e senza alcun aggravio di costo, dotare il riscaldatoredi zone a potenze specifiche diverse.

Analogamente si possono realizzare nella stessa superficie due o più circuiti riscaldanti separati, oppure avere duecircuiti a voltaggio diverso (ad esempio: 230V–115V).

When required by the application, it is possible, easily and with no additional cost, to equip the heater with areashaving different specific heating power.

Similarly, on the same surface there can be set two or more separate heating circuits (for example: 230V–115V).

Quando questo tipo di riscaldatore opera al di sotto della max. temperatura di lavoro prevista, la sua vita può conside-rarsi praticamente infinita, infatti nessuno dei materiali che lo compongono subisce significativi deterioramenti nel

normale ciclo di vita del prodotto. Determinanti a questo scopo sono: • L’attuazione di una corretta progettazione che definisca la giusta potenza specifica in funzione dell’applicazione. • La realizzazione di una corretta applicazione che garantisca una valida adesione fra il riscaldatore e la superficie da ri-scaldare.

When this type of heater operates below the maximum work temperature allowed, its life can be considered virtuallyinfinite; in fact none of its components undergoes significant deterioration during the normal life cycle of the pro-

duct. For this purpose, the following are determining factors: • Correct planning defining the appropriate specific power according to each application. • Correct application guaranteeing suitable adhesion between the heater and the surface to be heated.

Il dato più significativo da considerare è la temperatura massima di lavoro della resistenza. Nell’istogramma di seguitoriportato possono essere osservate le differenti temperature massime di utilizzo dei vari materiali che sono adoperati

come isolanti. In caso di uso del biadesivo deve essere naturalmente considerata anche la massima temperatura di utiliz-zo dello stesso. All’interno delle temperature citate, la potenza specifica del riscaldatore può variare in maniera moltosignificativa, in funzione del tipo di asportazione di calore presente e verrà valutata volta per volta dai tecnici Rica, in mododa garantire la perfetta affidabilità del componente.
