INFORM ATIVA SUL TRATTAM E NTO DEI DATI PERSONALIINFORMATION NOTE REGARDING THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Mediante la compilazione della presente “Scheda Adesione” L ei si iscrive all’ Associazione “Scuderia Ferrari C lub” territoriale (il “ C lub”), che e’ socio della Scuderia Ferrari C lub S.c.ar.l., e bene!ciare dei servizi e delle prerogative derivanti da tale iscrizione.L a preghiamo di voler prendere visione della seguente informativa che illustra modalità e !nalità del trattamento dei Suoi dati personali da parte del C lub e della Società.

1. Finalità del trattamentoNel pieno rispetto dei principi di riservatezza, i Suoi dati personali raccolti dal C lub e, per tramite di esso, dalla Società verranno utilizzati: (a) per la gestione della Sua iscrizione e tesseramento al C lub ed alla Società (b) per consentire la Sua iscrizione alle manifestazioni, eventi e/o a tutte le attività organizzate dal C lub e dalla Società ovvero alle attività organizzate da Ferrari S.p. A. cui la Società partecipi, nonchè per fornir L e tutti i servizi riservati agli associati al C lub; (c) per rispondere e soddisfare ogni Sua richiesta e per comunicazioni di carattere tecnico/organizzativo; (d) per l’invio di comunicazioni informative e personali, di materiale pubblicitario e/o di o"erte di beni e di servizi a mezzo posta, I nternet, telefono, E-mail, MMS, S MS dall’ I talia o dall’estero da parte del C lub, della Società ovvero da Ferrari S.p. A. o di entità !siche o giuridiche che collaborino in attività commerciali.

2. Modalità del trattamentoI l trattamento dei Suoi dati personali verrà e"ettuato mediante idonei strumenti cartacei, elettronici e/o tecnici.

3. Conferimento dei dati I l conferimento dei Suoi dati personali è facoltativo. Un Suo eventuale ri!uto e/o il conferimento di informazioni inesatte e/o incomplete potrebbe impedire la Sua iscrizione al C lub ed alla Società ovvero rendere impossibile la fornitura dei servizi.

4. Comunicazione dei dati All’interno del C lub e della Società potranno venire a conoscenza dei Suoi dati personali gli organi Associativi e Societari, nonchè i rispettivi incaricati del trattamento nell’esercizio delle loro funzioni. I Suoi dati personali potranno essere comunicati a: Ferrari S.p. A. e società controllanti, controllate e/o collegate; Ferrari C lub operanti in altre nazioni; soggetti quali!cati che forniscono alla Societaà prestazioni o servizi strumentali alle !nalità sopra indicate, quali ad esempio società che e"ettuino la manutenzione degli strumenti elettronici e data base, forniti in genere e subappaltatori. I Suoi dati personali potranno essere trasferiti all’estero anche in paesi non appartenenti all’Unione Europea, ove la il C lub o la Società perseguano i propri interessi. I Suoi dati personali non saranno di"usi.

5. Diritti dell’interessato I n relazione ai predetti trattamenti, L ei potrà esercitare i diritti previsti dall’art. 7 D. L gs. 196/2003 che trascriviamo integralmente: “1. L’interessato ha diritto di ottenere conferma dell’esistenza o meno di dati personali che lo riguardano, anche se nonancora registrati, e la loro comunicazione in forma integrale. 2. L’interessato ha diritto di ottenere: a) dell’origine dei dati personali; b) della !nalità e modalità; c) della logica applicata in caso di trattamento e"ettuato con l’ausilio di strumenti elettronici; d) degli estremi identi!cativi del titolare, dei responsabili e del rappresentante designato ai sensi dell’articolo 5, comma 2; e) dei soggetti o delle categorie di soggetti ai quali i dati personali possono essere comunicati o che possono venire a conoscenza in qualità di rappresentante designato nel territorio dello Stato, di responsabili o incaricati. 3. L’incaricato ha diritto di ottenere: a) l’aggiornamento, la retti!cazione ovvero, quando vi ha interesse, l’integrazione dei dati; b) la cancellazione, la trasformazione in forma anonima o il il blocco dei dati trattati in violazione di legge, compresi quelli di cui non è necessaria la conservazione in relazione agli scopi per i quali i dati sono stati raccolti o successivamente trattati; c) l’attestazione che le operazioni di cui alle lettere a) e b) sono state portate a conoscenza, anche per quanto riguarda il loro contenuto, di coloro ai quali i dati sono stati comunicati o di"usi, eccetto il caso in cui tale adempimento si rivela impossibile o comporta un impiego di mezzi sproporzionato rispetto al diritto tutelato. 4. L’interessato ha diritto di opporsi, in tutto o in parte: a) per motivi legittimial trattamento dei dati personali che lo riguardano, ancorchè pertinenti allo scopo della raccolta; b) al trattamento dei dati personali che lo riguardano a !n idi invio di materiale pubblicitario o di vendita o per il compimento di ricerche di mercato o di comunicazioni commerciale.

6. 7. ConsensoL etta l’informativa, acconsento al trattamento dei miei dati personali da parte del C lub e della Società, con le modalità e per !nalità sopra indicate (ed, in particolare, per quelle indicate al numero 1. lett. a, b e c), ivi inclusa la comunicazione ai soggetti menzionati e/o il trasferimento all’estero.

By filling in and signing the Application Form you will subscribe as a member of the territorial “Scuderia Ferrari Club” association (the “Club”), that is a shareholder of the Scuderia Ferrari Club S.c.ar.l. company (the “Company”), and you will benefit of the services provided to members. Please read carefully the following information note which illustrates the purposes and means for your personal data processing by the Club and the Company.

1. Purpose of the processing In accordance with the principles of confidentiality, You personal details collected by the Club and by way of it by the Company will be used: (a) to manage your registration to the Club and the Company ; (b) to enable you to take part to events and activities organized by the Club, by the Company and/or to events ad initiatives organized by Ferrari S.p.A. to which the Company takes part , and provide you with the services that are specially reserved to you due to registration; (c) to respond to your request and to send any communications of a technical-organisational nature; (d) to send to you any information and/or promotional communication, any advertising material and/or offers of goods and services through the Post, Internet, telephone, e-mail, from Italy or abroad by the Club, the Company and/or Ferrari S.p.A. or by any natural persons or legal entities collaborating with them.

2. Processing means and methodsYour personal data will be processed using suitable paper, electronic and/or telematic means.

3. Providing personal information Providing your personal data is volutary; nonetheless, should you refuse to provide this data and/or provide incorrect or incoplete information this might cause impossibility of your registration, impossibility of providing you with the related contents and services.

4. Data disclosure/communication Your personal details may be disclosed to the Club and the Company’s personnel and to the data processors of personal details. Your personal details may be communicated to Ferrari S.p.A., parent companies, controlled and/or participating companies; qualified subjects who supply the Company with assistance and services in relation to the purposes mentioned above, supplies and sub-contractors, etc. Your personal information may be transferred abroad, in accordance with the current regulations including in Countries not belonging to the European Union where the Club and/or the Company work in its own interest. You personal information will not be disseminated.

5. Rights of the person concerned Concerning the above processing, you may exercise the rights provided for in article 7 of the Legislative Decree n°196/2003, which we have copied in full: “1. The person concerned has the right to obtain the confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal information concerning him/her, even if it is not yet recorded, and its communication in an understandable for. 2. The person concerned has the right to obtain the indication: a) of the personal information; b) of the purpose and terms and conditions of the processing; c) of the logics applied in the event of processing carried out with the use of electronic instruments; d) of the identification details of the Data Controller, of the person in charge of the processing and of the representative, appointed in accordance with article 5, paragraph 2 of the Decree; e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal information can be disclosed or who may become aware of such information in their capacity as appointed representative in the territory of the State, of person in charge or data processors. 3. The person concerned has the right to obtain: a) the updating, the alteration or, when of interest, the integration of data; b) the cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or the blocking of information processed in breach of the law, including any information whose preservation is not necessary for the purpose for which the information has been collected or processed; c) the attestation that the operations provided for under a) and b) have been made known, including with regard to their contents, to the persons to whom the information was disclosed or distributed, except in the event that such communication is impossible or requires the use of means excessive in relation to the protected right. 4. ConsentAfter reading this information note, I agree to the processing of my personal information in accordance with the terms and conditions and for the purposes mentioned above (concerning, namely, those indicated at n° 1. letters a), b), c), including the communication to the person mentioned and/or transfer abroad by the Club and the Company.
