Challenge Advisory is a consultancy company that aims to promote efficiency in

governments and global business. As Head Graphic Designer for two years, I am

responsible for Challenge Advisory’s creative team, which is made up of two graphic

designers, a content writer and two web developers. I have worked on a variety of

products and activities, such as websites, advertising, magazines, posters, product

packaging, exhibitions and displays, corporate communications and corporate identity.

Puntato LTD / Owner / 06.2014 -

Puntato LTD is an app that facilitates and increases the efficiency informational flow

within the Italian police force. As owner, I developed all of Puntato’s branding, from logos

to media marketing, and I am proud to say that Puntato has been downloaded over 50,000

times by law enforcement members since its inception two years ago.

BSMT School of Theatre / Freelance Graphic Designer / 8.2013-

The Bernstein School of Musical Theatre (BSMT) is based in Italy and internationally

renowned since its establishment in 1993. As a graphic designer, I have been been

responsible for an inside-out rebranding of their design in collaboration with the school’s

communications, working to produce dynamic adverts, brochures, billboards and festival

decorations. My work was carried out in order to make the school more attractive to

younger generations and to raise awareness on an international scale. After three years,

the school’s enrolment tripled, encouraging a restructuring of the school’s admission

structure in order to cope with increased demand.

Priyanka is a London-based jewellery brand, and as their Graphic Designer, I have been

dealing with the company’s visual presentation of the product to sponsors and their clients. I

have also been working on banners and graphics for the Priynka website.

TCO International is a Professional Training & Coaching Company that is based in the

United Kingdom but operates internationally. My duty as Graphic designer was to create

Habla Communication in an advertising agency based in Italy that develops advertising

campaigns for clients in a wide range of industries. As junior graphic designer, I worked as

Challenge Advisory / Web Design / Challenge Advisory is a consultancy company that aims to

promote efficiency in governments and global business. With a largely Business-to-Business (B2B)

perspective, I set about rebranding Challenge Advisory to market to these organisations. The first in

rebranding was to completely redesign the Challenge Advisory website from the ground up.WEB DESIGN

As thought leaders and global advisors, the Challenge Advisory website is designed to invoke trust

and expertise, as well as to illustrate the overall mantra of efficiency. This is demonstrated by the colour

scheme I chose, which consists of plenty of white to provide an emotional response of efficiency, and a

wide range of blues to fully illustrate the trust and intelligence that Challenge Advisory is known for.

Challenge Advisory / Mobile / Nearly 20% of users on the Challenge Advisory website browsed

on a mobile device, so I designed the Challenge Advisory mobile website with a focus on these

mobile users. Since the mobile site has been live, the bounce rate on mobile devices has dropped

dramatically, from nearly 80% to 35%, which is less than the average website bounce rate of 39%.MOBILE DESIGN

The colour scheme is similar to the desktop version of the Challenge Advisory website, but with a focus

on simplicity, accessibility and ease of use. To this end, certain words were emphasised and

emboldened in order to make sure the most important aspects of the website and the navigation were

easy to identify.

Challenge Advisory / Corporate Materials / The Challenge Advisory corporate branding includes

notebooks, pens, erasers and business cards. These all contribute to the overall corporate face that

Challenge Advisory showcases in each of its offerings.PRINT

Challenge Advisory / Print / Our digital presentation is only one aspect of the Challenge Advisory

offering, and our presentation was completed by the redesign of our print publications.

Another aspect of Challenge Advisory’s service are events that help to cultivate the practices of

efficiency that are the pillars of Challenge Advisory’s client service. This event looked at the

technological advancements in American manufacturing, and the modern colour scheme and

design locale reflects 21st century manufacturing and design principles.

The Industrial Internet of Things fully illustrated the changes afoot in the technology industry, and this

print document gave the reader more information on the industry trends. The hexagonal design scheme

used for the manufacturing event is kept here to signify that the subjects are related, and a lighter colour

scheme allowed for information to be absorbed in a comprehensive manner.

Sinclair Fox / Web Design / Sinclair Fox is an executive search firm, with a focus on the

technological industries that are emerging in the 21st century. The Sinclair Fox corporate look

required a modern, sophisticated look with a precise finish. WEB DESIGN

I designed the Sinclair Fox website with the express purpose of appealing to a target audience of

talented professionals looking for the next step in their career. As a result, I used a colour scheme of

pink, black and white, which had the twin emotional responses of nurturing and speedy efficiency.

Sinclair Fox / Mobile / For executive search on the go, the Sinclair Fox app followed a similar

design to the desktop site, only now with an added focus on the use of panels, for a simplified

Following on from the Challenge Advisory mobile site, Sinclair Fox built upon the subtle emphases with

a fresh realignment of the colour schemes to better suit iOS or Android.

BSMT / Billboards / In my native Bologna, I have also worked closely with BSMT, producing a

number of static prints for them. Pictured here, “Love Story” was presented on billboards all over

BSMT / Print / I have also designed other publications, such as

flyers and programmes, pictured above. This required more

subtlety than the billboards, and a colour scheme dominated by

black made for greater sophistication under scrutiny.

My “Love Story” design shown above was also featured in the national

newspaper. Here, the use of red in my design draws the reader to the

corner where my design is situated.
