INTRODUZIONE Il presente Regolamento Tecnico stabilisce - ad integrazione del Rego-

lamento Generale dell’Evento allegato alla domanda di partecipazione

– quanto segue:

1) le modalità di accesso al Quartiere fieristico durante le fasi di

allestimento, svolgimento e smontaggio degli Eventi ivi organiz-

zati;

2) le norme in materia di sicurezza per l'attività di progettazione,

installazione e manutenzione delle strutture di allestimento e-

spositive e relativi impianti;

3) le modalità di allestimento, di custodia, manutenzione e sgom-

bero dei posteggi espositivi presenti nel Quartiere fieristico;

4) le norme in materia di prevenzione incendi all'interno del Quar-

tiere fieristico;

5) le modalità di svolgimento delle altre attività da effettuarsi

all'interno del Quartiere fieristico (allacci vari, appendimenti,

movimentazione merci, custodia imballi, etc.);

6) le modalità di pagamento dei servizi erogati da Fiera Roma s.r.l..

L’inosservanza degli obblighi stabiliti nel presente Regolamento potrà

comportare l’applicazione di sanzioni secondo le modalità e gli importi

fissati nel successivo Capitolo “Sanzioni e Penali” e costituisce moti-

vo di sospensione di ogni attività degli espositori/allestitori all’interno

del Quartiere Fieristico.

N.B.: Fiera Roma srl si riserva di apportare in qualsiasi mo-

mento, anche senza preavviso, modifiche al presente Rego-

lamento finalizzate alla riduzione dei rischi per la salute, la

sicurezza e l’ambiente ovvero al miglioramento delle misure

di prevenzione e protezione

CAPITOLO 1 - ACCESSO AL QUARTIERE FIERISTICO

1.1 ACCESSO AL QUARTIERE DURANTE LE FASI DI ALLESTIMENTO, APERTURA MANIFESTAZIONE E

SMONTAGGIO Le persone ed i veicol i adibi t i a l t rasporto merce potranno accedere al Quart iere Fierist ico nei giorni e negl i orari stabi l i t i esclusivamente muni t i di un permesso, r i lasciato da Fiera Roma. Le aree per l ’a l lest imento dei posteggi in genere sono messe a disposiz ione degl i esposi tor i e loro al lest i tor i con orario 8,00 – 18,00, salvo modif iche indicate nel Regolamento Generale di Mani festazione I per iodi d i a l lest imento-smontaggio sono comunicat i a mezzo del la c i rcolare predisposta da Fiera Roma, consul tabi le nel la sezione dei serv iz i onl ine del re lat ivo Evento come “Ci rcolare di mobi l i taz ione” e comunque sono indicat i nel Regolamento Generale di Mani festazione. l permessi per l ’accesso durante le fasi d i al lest imento e smontaggio devono essere r ichiest i accedendo a i serv iz i on l ine di Fiera Roma s.r . l . , sezione “Personale per montag-gio/smontaggio” e possono essere r i t i rat i d i rettamente agl i ingressi merce indicat i nel la “Ci rco-lare di mobi l i tazione”, unic i cancel l i apert i per queste fasi . I mezzi entrano nel Quart iere f ier is t ico at t raverso gl i ingressi merci abi l i tat i ; la sosta degl i au-tomezzi da t raspor to merci a l l ’ in terno del Quart iere Fier is t ico sarà consenti ta sol tanto negl i ap-posit i spazi di pert inenza del padigl ione in cui s i t rova i l propr io stand per un tempo massimo di 2 ore e non ol t re l ’orar io di chiusura del Quart iere. Al f ine di evi tare l ’accumulo di gas nociv i e d i l imi tare i r ischi der ivant i dal la c i rcolazione, i mezzi di t raspor to del le merci (TIR-AUTOTRENI-AUTOCARRI-AUTOVEICOLI ecc) non potranno accedere al l ’ interno dei padigl ioni . In caso di necessi tà - su r ichiesta motivata da presentare al lo sportel lo dei Serv iz i Tecnic i d i Fiera Roma s.r . l . - Fiera Roma potrà autorizzare l ’accesso, accertandosi che l ’automezzo s ia muni to di disposi t ivo per lo smalt imento dei gas di scar ico al l ’es terno del padigl ione e prescr i -vendo i tempi e le modal i tà d i svolgimento del le operazioni (c ioè quando s i può entrare, dove s i può manovrare e sostare, come s i deve garanti re la s icurezza dei presenti ) . In caso di inosservanza degl i orari di accesso e del le relat ive modal i tà, Fiera Roma può dispor-re la revoca del permesso. Nei giorni d i mani festazione gl i automezzi degl i esposi tor i pot ranno sostare esclusivamente du-rante gl i orari di apertura nel le zone segnalate da Fiera Roma esponendo l ’apposi to permesso da chiedere a l lo spor tel lo Serviz i Tecnic i compi lando l ’apposi to modulo. Durante lo svolgimento del l ’Evento, l imi tatamente agl i orari previst i nel Regolamento Generale di Mani festazione, sarà consenti to i l r icambio, i l r i fornimento e la s istemazione del le merci con accesso al padigl ione con sol i pacchi a mano (escluso l ’uso di carrel l i ) . Eventual i deroghe r ispet to al le suddette disposiz ioni possono essere concesse solo su r ichie-sta mot ivata da presentare al lo sportel lo dei Servizi Tecnic i d i Fiera Roma s.r . l . 1.2 PERMESSI DI ACCESSO ALLO STAND FUORI ORARIO Le eventual i r ichieste di ant ic ipo/proroga agl i orari previst i per le fasi di al les t imento e di smontaggio devono essere presentate a Fiera Roma, sportel lo dei Serviz i Tecnici , mediante la compi lazione di un apposi to modulo. La r ichiesta deve essere formulata almeno 2 ore prima del l ’eventuale in iz io del la proroga r i -chiesta. L’eventuale autorizzazione di accesso fuor i orario è r i lasciata ad ins indacabi le g iudiz io di Fiera Roma. Al l ’at to del la r ichiesta di proroga, i Serviz i Tecnic i comunicano la tar i f fa orar ia for fetaria da corr ispondere a Fiera Roma a t i to lo di r imborso spese; ta le importo dovrà essere versato con-testualmente al r i lascio del l ’autor izzazione. In caso di permanenza non autorizzata nel lo stand ol t re l ’orar io di chiusura, Fiera Roma adot ta di vol ta in vol ta tu tte le in iz iat ive che r i t iene opportune o necessarie, anche ai f in i del la sicu-rezza. Al l ’Esposi tore inadempiente v iene appl icata una penale, fat to salvo i l r isarc imento del maggior danno. 1.3 POTERI DI VIGILANZA DI FIERA ROMA E SORVEGLIANZA I l personale di Fiera Roma e quel lo dal la stessa incar icato vig i la af f inché vengano osservate le proprie disposiz ioni regolamentari e le condizioni general i dei contratt i d i partecipazione; Fiera Roma provvede ad un serv iz io generale di sorvegl ianza diurna e not turna del Quart iere Fier ist ico e predisporrà per tut ta la durata di ogni s ingolo Evento (orari di a l lest imento-evento-smontaggio) presso l ’ ingresso del Quart iere Fieris t ico e al suo interno un serv iz io di sorve-gl ianza con un presidio permanente a mezzo di personale autor izzato e ident i f icato. A tale personale sarà demandato i l control lo dei permessi d i accesso al Quart iere Fier ist ico e la vig i lanza sul r ispetto del le norme del presente Regolamento. Gl i addett i a l Serviz io Vigi lanza, eventualmente con la col laborazione del le competenti Autori tà di Pubbl ica Sicurezza, possono esegui re control l i a campione sugl i automezzi e sul le merci traspor tate, in usci ta dal Quart iere Fierist ico.

L'esposi tore r imane comunque unico custode del la propr ia postazione, del le re la t ive at t rezzatu-re e del le merci esposte e/o da esporre per tut to i l periodo di svolgimento del l ’Evento (giornate di al lest imento e smontaggio comprese). Indipendentemente da c iò, l ’esposi tore deve, durante l ’orario di aper tura al pubbl ico e durante i l per iodo di a l lest imento e smontaggio, v ig i lare di re ttamente i l propr io stand ed i prodott i in esso espost i . Fiera Roma fornisce a pagamento serviz i speci f ic i di sorvegl ianza. L ’Esposi tore può farne r i -chiesta t ramite l ’ inv io apposi to modulo, nei termini previst i , a l Serviz io d i Logis t ica di Fiera Roma. Serviz i svol t i da Is t i tut i di v ig i lanza divers i da quel l i autor izzat i da Fiera Roma non sono am-messi durante l ’orario di chiusura dei padigl ioni . NOTA: La facol tà di intervento permane nei confront i degl i Esposi tor i anche quando l ’Evento esposi t ivo non è organizzato diret tamente da Fiera Roma.

CAPITOLO 2 – OBBLIGHI – PRESCRIZIONI – DIVIETI

2.1 OBBLIGHI GENERALI E’ fat to obbl igo a quant i accedono al Quart iere f ier is t ico di mantenere un contegno civ i le, d i r i -spet tare i beni e le at t rezzature sia di Fiera Roma che dei terz i , al l ’ in terno del Quart iere Fier i -st ico e di osservare le prescr iz ioni e le disposiz ioni impart i te da Fiera Roma al l ’entrata ed al l ’ in terno del Quart iere con apposi ta segnalet ica, con avvisi scr i t t i , con comunicat i ampl i fonic i , nonché att raverso i l personale di serv iz io e con quals iasi a l tro mezzo, con la precisazione che i comunicat i ampl i fonic i e le d isposiz ioni impart i te dal personale di serv iz io prevalgono sugl i al t r i avvisi . 2.2 TRAFFICO INTERNO Al l ' in terno del Quart iere Fier ist ico sono v igent i , ove appl icabi l i , le norme del Codice del la Stra-da i ta l iano. La veloci tà massima consent i ta a i veicol i c i rcolant i a l l ' in terno del Quart iere Fier i -st ico non potrà superare i 15 Km/h. Fiera Roma non assume alcuna responsabi l i tà per eventual i danni a veicol i in sosta o in movi-mento al l ' in terno del Quart iere Fierist ico. Non è consent i ta la sosta d i automezzi a l l ’ in terno del Q.F. durante le ore not turne neanche in caso di guasto meccanico. E’ assolutamente v ietato sostare davant i a l le porte di accesso ai padigl ioni , al le usci te di s icu-rezza e in prossimi tà degl i incroci . 2.3 DIVIETI GENERALI Al l ’ interno del Quart iere f ier ist ico valgono i seguenti div iet i :

- d i int rodurre nel la sede f ier ist ica mater ia l i esplosiv i , detonant i , asf iss iant i , inf iammabil i e comunque pericolosi senza le necessarie autor izzazioni del le autor i tà competent i e la preventiva eventuale autorizzazione da parte di Fiera Roma;

- d i dist r ibui re materiale pubbl ic i tar io ( r iv iste, cataloghi , opuscol i , depl iant , ecc. ) non di pert inenza del l ’esposi tore, i l quale può provvedere a ta le dist r ibuzione solo nel propr io posteggio oppure facendone r ichiesta scr i t ta a Fiera Roma;

- d i usare i l marchio di Fiera Roma senza prevent iva autor izzazione del la stessa; - d i provocare molest ia o turbat iva, sot to quals iasi forma, a l regolare svolgimento

del l ’Evento, pena l ’ immediata esclusione dal Quart iere; - d i fumare al l ’ in terno dei padigl ioni esposi t iv i e nel le aree di serv iz io connesse (r isto-

rant i , bar, uff ic i , sale convegno, ecc.) ; - d i fumare nel le aree esterne in v ic inanza di mater ial i combust ibi l i e nei luoghi dove ta-

le d ivieto è indicato con apposita segnalet ica; - d i c i rcolare con pat t in i a rotel le e s imi lar i al di fuor i del le aree esposi t ive assegnate ad

ogni s ingolo Esposi tore; in ogni caso, è v ietato l ’ut i l izzo di patt ini per la c ircolazione al l ’ in terno ed al l ’esterno dei padigl ioni , a i sensi del D.Lgs. del 30.4.92 n° 285.

- d i svolgere nel Quart iere propaganda pol i t ica; - d i int rodurre nel Quart iere cani ed animal i d i quals iasi genere, eccezion fat ta per i cani

a serv izio di persone non vedent i . - d i accedere a l Quart iere con macchine fo tograf iche, c ineprese, v ideoregis tratori e con

ogni a l t ro genere di apparecchi di r ipresa senza la prevent iva autorizzazione del la Di -rezione di Fiera Roma;

- inol t re d i fotografare e di r iprendere con quals iasi mezzo gl i interni del Quart iere, gl i s tand ed i beni espost i senza i l prevent ivo consenso scri t to del la Direzione di Fiera Roma e/o del t i tolare del lo stand.

Fiera Roma potrà v ietare l ’ ingresso al Quart iere o ai s ingol i padigl ioni con borse, val ig ie o al t r i conteni tor i , prescrivendone i l deposi to nel guardaroba. 2.4 DIVIETI PARTICOLARI PER ESPOSITORI E/O ALLESTITORI I seguenti div iet i valgono in part icolar modo per esposi tor i ed al les t i tor i . E’ v ietato:

- d i introdurre ed usare bombole di gas G.P.L. e metano; - d i esporre macchinar i e veicol i con carburante nei serbatoi ; - d i porre in azione macchinari espost i , se non prevent ivamente autorizzat i da Fiera

Roma; - d i of f r i re al l ’ interno del proprio stand la somminist razione in forma non gratui ta d i pro-

dot t i al imentar i e/o bevande; - d i esporre nei padigl ioni parte degl i al lest imenti degl i s tand qual i moquette o residui d i

qualsiasi natura; - d i far uscire dal Quart iere prodott i e material i durante lo svolgimento del l ’Evento, salvo

diversa disposiz ione scri t ta Fiera Roma; - l ’ ingresso ai minor i d i anni 15 nei periodi di al lest imento e smontaggio; - t rascinare car ichi pesant i , percuotere i l pavimento con corpi contundent i , c ircolare nei

padigl ioni con veicol i pr iv i d i ruote gommate e che comunque possano incidere i l pavi -mento;

- deposi tare quals iasi t ipo di materia le di al lest imento al l ’ in terno del Quart iere Fier is t i -co, ad eccezione del le aree concesse in locazione da Fiera Roma ed a quel le at t igue nel caso che c iò non cost i tuisca int ra lcio a l passaggio e comunque per i l tempo stret -tamente necessario al l ’ut i l izzo di ta le mater ia le;

- ut i l izzare le intercapedini t ra paret i interne e/o esterne al posteggio e/o sottopedana come deposi to d i qualsiasi materiale ;

- scar icare acque di r i f iuto nei cunicol i dei padigl ioni ; - smalt i re acque corrosive per metal l i e cemento, d i sostanze sol idi f icant i , d i acque ma-

leodoranti , di color i ; - conservare, a l l ’ in terno dei posteggi , imbal laggi vuot i , s tampat i e materiale pubbl ic i tar io

in misura eccedente i l normale fabbisogno giornal iero, def in i to ad insindacabi le giudi -z io dal lo Spor tel lo Serviz i Tecnici in accordo con i l Serviz io di Prevenzione e Protezio-ne di Fiera Roma;

- ut i l izzare al l ’ interno dei padigl ioni fornel l i , s tu fe elet t r iche a resistenza od al t r i appa-recchi elet t r ic i s imi lar i ;

- int rodurre nei padigl ioni , e conservare nei posteggi , sostanze inf iammabil i , gas com-pressi o l iquefat t i , sostanze caust iche o corrosive, sostanze tossiche, velenose o i r r i -tant i . In casi part icolar i , ove sia indispensabi le l ’ impiego di gas inert i per d imostrazioni prat iche, su r ichiesta del l ’Esposi tore, i l Serv iz io di Prevenzione e Protezione di Fiera Roma esamina la possibi l i tà d i concedere l ’uso di una bombola di dett i gas. I conteni -tor i del le suddet te sostanze possono essere espost i vuot i ;

- g l i inchiostr i , i solvent i e a l tr i l iquidi inf iammabil i devono essere col locat i negl i special i deposi t i esterni previst i da Fiera Roma. Per i l loro t rasporto al posteggio, devono es-sere ut i l izzat i idonei conteni tor i metal l ic i chiusi . Nel posteggio ne è consent i to i l depo-si to nel quant i tat ivo st rettamente necessario al funzionamento quot idiano dei macchi-nar i . In adiacenza dei conteni tor i e dei macchinari devono essere col locat i est in tori e car te l l i con la scr i t ta “Vietato fumare”.

CAPITOLO 3 - ESECUZIONE DEGLI ALLESTIMENTI/SMONTAGGIO STAND

3.1 PRESCRIZIONI PER LA PROGETTAZIONE L’Esposi tore dovrà contenere i l propr io a l lest imento entro la superf ic ie assegnatagl i , indiv idua-ta mediante nastr i adesivi o segni a pav imento sul f ronte degl i stand o su precise indicazioni del personale incar icato; fermo restando i l div ieto di ostacolare i l passaggio nel le cors ie e in considerazione del breve tempo disponibi le per l ’esecuzione di lavor i nel lo stand, si raccoman-da che le var ie part i del l ’a l lest imento giungano nel padigl ione cost i tu i te da elementi predispost i e r i f in i t i , in modo che comport ino in loco solo operazioni di sempl ice montaggio e r i tocco f inale.

Gli a l les t i tor i devono, in ogni caso, al lest i re i posteggi in modo da non nuocere al l ’estet ica dei posteggi v ic in i e da non arrecare danno agl i a l t r i par tecipant i e ai v is i tator i . L ’al tezza, d i nor-ma, dovrà contenersi entro i l l imi te consent i to dal Regolamento Generale di Mani festazione. L’a l tezza massima per lo stand bip iano è f issata a c i rca m 6,50. Poiché le aree non sono dotate di paret i d iv isor ie, è fat to obbl igo ad ogni azienda, a propr io carico, di real izzare al lest iment i complet i e f in i t i a regola d’ar te anche sul le super f ic i conf inanti con al t r i s tand. Nel la predisposiz ione dei progett i di a l lest imento s i dovrà tener conto del fat to che gl i s tand sono vis ib i l i anche dal l ’al to e per tanto par t icolare cura dovrà essere posta al le f in i ture superio-r i del lo stand. Ogni responsabi l i tà degl i al lest iment i è ad esclusivo car ico del l ’esposi tore, i l quale esonera espressamente Fiera Roma per i danni eventualmente derivat i a sé stesso e/o a terz i causati da al lest imento imperfet to . Fiera Roma si r iserva i l d i r i t to d i fare modif icare o di fare r imuovere gl i a l lest iment i esegui t i senza approvazione o non conformi al proget to autorizzato, salvo i l r i -storo di eventual i danni pat i t i da Fiera Roma. Ogni responsabi l i tà in ordine al la stat ica degl i a l lest iment i è esclusivamente a car ico del l ’Esposi tore, i l quale esonera espressamente Fiera Roma per i danni che possano der ivare a terz i a causa di d i fe t t i d i progettazione e di costruzione, compresi anche i d imensionamenti de-sunti dai d isegni part icolareggiat i del le superf ic i occupate. La portata minima dei solai ut i l izzat i negl i al les t iment i è di 400 Kg/mq, la stessa dovrà essere cert i f icata prevent ivamente da un pro-fessionista abi l i tato. Per la progettazione degl i s tand bisogna inol t re tenere conto che:

- nei posteggi avent i local i chiusi con superf ic ie superiore a 100 mq bisogna prevedere almeno una usci ta di s icurezza di 120 cm verso “un luogo s icuro” o l t re gl i ingressi e indicare nei vari local i e/o ambientazioni l ’usci ta dal posteggio; dette indicazioni do-vranno funzionare ad energia autonoma ed essere v is ib i l i in caso di spegnimento del l ’ impianto elet t r ico del lo stand o di i l luminazione generale del padigl ione;

- g l i s tand avent i controsof f i t to c ieco dovranno essere dotat i d i un impianto autonomo di luce di emergenza suff ic iente al l ’eserc izio del l ’a t t iv i tà esposi t iva.

3.2 APPROVAZIONE DEL PROGETTO I proget t i per le seguent i t ipologie di al lest imenti necessitano di prevent ivo nul laosta da Fiera Roma:

- stand personal izzat i d i superf ic ie superiore a 48 mq (esclusi i preal lest i t i ) ; - s tand bip iano, se consenti to dal Regolamento di Mani festazione; - s tand che prevedono appendimenti .

I l progetto deve essere presentato a Fiera Roma in dupl ice copia, a cura del l 'esposi tore e/o suoi incaricat i , a lmeno 30 g iorni pr ima del l ’ in iz io di ogni s ingolo Evento, e dovrà comprendere: a) per gl i s tand:

pendimento (vedasi anche capi to lo “Alt r i serviz i a r ichiesta”) . 3.3 REQUISITI DEI MATERIALI DI ALLESTIMENTO Tutto i l mater ia le da impiegare per l ’al lest imento dei posteggi (div isor i , fondal i , pedane, r ive-st imenti , tessut i , c ie l in i , tende, moquette, s trut ture var ie, ecc…) deve essere INCOMBUSTIBI-LE, IGNIFUGO ALL’ORIGINE, IGNIFUGATO ai sensi del le seguenti norme:

- Circolare Ministero In terni n° 12 del 17/05/80, - Decreto Ministro Interni 6/7/83 Gazzetta Uff ic ia le Repubbl ica n° 201 del 23/07/83 - D.M. 2/6/84 G.U. n° 234 del 25/8/84, - D.M. 2/8/84 G.U. n° 246 del 6/9/84;

e deve r ispondere ai seguent i requis i t i :

1. i mater ial i devono essere omologati secondo le c lassi di reazione al fuoco sul la base del le prove di cui D.M. del 26/6/84 del Centro Studi ed Esperienze, Ministero In terno, Roma Capannel le o da Ent i e Laboratori legalmente r iconosciut i , con data non anterio-re a un anno;

2. paret i , tendaggi , soff i t t i devono essere in c lasse non super iore a 1; 3. i materia l i ut i l izzat i per real izzare eventual i sof f i t t i o c ie l ini devono essere omologati in

c lasse 1 e provat i a sof f i t to o come tendaggi senza gocciolamento; 4. i pavimenti devono essere di c lasse non superiore a 2; nel caso in cui at t raverso lo

stand si debba accedere al le usci te di s icurezza i l materia le sul percorso deve essere di c lasse 0;

5. tut t i i mater ial i d i a l lest imento devono essere post i in opera in modo stret tamente con-forme a quanto prescri t to nel loro cert i f icato di omologazione;

6. i prodot t i igni fugat i devono essere usat i esclusivamente sui material i ai qual i s i fa r i fe-r imento nei cert i f icat i di prova minis teria l i o dei laboratori legalmente r iconosciut i ;

7. i mater ial i che devono essere trat tat i con prodott i igni fugant i devono subire i l t ra tta-mento pr ima del la loro in troduzione nei padigl ioni f ier is t ic i ;

8. i l t rattamento di igni fugazione non può essere ef fet tuato al l ’ in terno del Quart iere Fier i -st ico e deve essere accompagnato da regolare cert i f icato, da cui r isul t ino: a) la ragione sociale del l ’Esposi tore, i l numero del padigl ione e del lo stand; b) l ’e lenco dei materia l i sot topost i a l t rat tamento igni fugo; c) la data del l ’avvenuta igni fugazione; d) la superf ic ie t ra ttata; e) le carat ter is t iche principal i del prodotto adoperato; f ) i dat i anagraf ic i del l ’esecutore e la f i rma.

9. tut t i i mater ia l i devono essere accompagnati dai cert i f icat i di prova che ne at test ino l ’omologazione di cui a i punt i 1 ,2,3,4,5, nonché da documentazioni u ff ic ia l i che ne comprovino l ’acquis to (come già r ichiesto al precedente punto 3.1);

10. è v ietato l ’uso di material i p last ic i non omologati , tessut i in f ibra s intet ica non ignifu-gabi l i , vernici e p i t tura al la n i t rocel lu losa e ad ol io, cannicci , s tuoie, grat icc i , tende co-strui te da sot t i l i l iste l l i d i legno o analoghi , tappezzerie in car ta e di tut t i i material i non accompagnat i da regolare cert i f icato di omologazione come precedentemente e-sposto;

3.4 COSTRUZIONE DELLO STAND: Durante la costruzione degl i s tand è fa tto obbl igo di :

- lasciare agibi l i le v ie di c i rcolazione che conducono a uscite di emergenza che devono essere costantemente tenute sgombre al lo scopo di consent i rne l 'ut i l izzazione in ogni evenienza; al momento di prendere possesso del posteggio, l ’Espositore è tenuto a prendere ed a far prendere v is ione ai propr i d ipendent i del la loro ubicazione;

- assicurare la p iena agibi l i tà del le uscite di s icurezza evi tando ogni ingombro o spor-genza suscett ib i le d i impedi re l ’accesso al le stesse;

- lasciare costantemente vis ibi l i ed agibi l i s ia g l i idrant i s ia ogni forma di presidio ant in-cendio per garant i re di essere immediatamente ut i l izzabi l i gl i idrant i presenti a l l ’ in terno dei padigl ioni . S i fa presente che rendere inservib i le un mezzo dest inato al l ’est inzione di un incendio è un reato penale ai sensi del l ’ar t . 451 C.P. Le i r regolari tà r iscontrate saranno comunicate al le autor i tà competent i (Vigi l i del Fuoco) .

- lasciare costantemente accessibi l i le cassette di utenza e i d isposit iv i di comando di qualsiasi t ipo, presenti al l ’ in terno dei padigl ioni .

- lasciare agibi l i gl i ascensor i e i montacar ichi , i varchi ed i passi carrabi l i . E’ v ietato:

- bucare, inf iggere chiodi e /o vi t i nel le paret i , sui sof f i t t i , sul pavimento, sul le colonne e su qualsiasi a l t ra superf ic ie interna ed esterna dei padigl ioni ;

- vernic iare, s ia a mano che a spruzzo le strut ture del lo stand al l ’ in terno dei padigl ioni s ia che s i trat t i di vernic i e/o smalt i , s ia che s i t rat t i di idropit ture lavabi l i ; sottoporre al t resì a t ra t tamento di igni fugazione i l mater ia le s tesso al l ’ interno dei padigl ioni;

- esegui re lavor i d i saldatura di quals iasi t ipo e natura; - ut i l izzare quals iasi t ipo di f iamme l ibere; - spargere sul pavimento dei padigl ioni : naf ta, benzina, prodott i chimic i , solvent i ; - imbrat tare con vernic i , col la od al t ro i paviment i , le paret i , le at t rezzature di proprietà

di Fiera Roma, nonché apporre adesiv i a l le stesse; - effet tuare scavi o modi f iche del l ’asset to del le aree esposi t ive; - effet tuare in propr io o t rami te terz i non autorizzat i da Fiera Roma, al lacciament i di ret t i

a i serv izi (acqua, energia elet t r ica, te le fono, ecc.) ,

- appl icare carichi al le strut ture dei padigl ioni , a l le paret i , a l le pal i f icazioni per i l lumina-zione, anche se t rat tasi d i car ichi leggeri (mani fest i , cavi , pannel l i , s tendardi ,ecc. ). Quals iasi appendimento ai padigl ioni del Quart iere Fieris t ico di Roma deve essere r i -chiesto ant ic ipatamente con apposi ta scheda. La predisposizione dei punt i e le loro modi f iche spetta esclusivamente a Fiera Roma s.r . l . o a una di t ta da essa incaricata. I l serv iz io è regolamentato come da successivo capi to lo “Al t r i serv iz i a r ichiesta” (Ap-pendiment i) .

- posare a pavimento o tendere in quota at t raverso le cors ie condot t i o cavi di d istr ibu-z ione dei serv iz i tecnic i ;

Durante la permanenza nel Quart iere f ier is t ico ogni esposi tore deve at tenersi a l le seguent i norme:

- nei periodi d i a l lest imento e di smontaggio è fat to obbl igo di provvedere al l ’ immediato sgombero degl i imbal laggi dai posteggi e dal le cors ie, le qual i possono essere ut i l izza-te solo temporaneamente per i l car ico/scarico dei material i d’a l les t imento o dei prodot-t i in esposiz ione. Comunque, tale occupazione temporanea deve essere sempre ef fe t -tuata in modo ordinato, evi tando di rendere completamente inagibi l i le cors ie stesse. Fiera Roma si r iserva di interveni re in caso di inadempienza con cost i a car ico del l ’Espositore.

- è v ietato l ’abbandono nel Quart iere di quals iasi mater ia le di scar to e di r isul ta dei la-vor i d i a l les t imento;

- non possono essere svol te operazioni a l l ’esterno del proprio posteggio, anche al lo scopo di evi tare interferenze con le at t iv i tà degl i a l t r i posteggi , e occupazioni indebi te del la cors ia;

- è v ietato tenere in funzione apparecchi radiofonic i durante le operazioni di montaggio e smontaggio del le mani festazioni; quanto sopra, anche per consent i re l ’ascol to dei comunicat i di serv izio e di s icurezza dat i a mezzo del l ’ impianto d i di f fusione sonora presente nei padigl ioni ;

- a l la f ine di ogni g iornata di c iascuna del le fasi di a l lest imento – Mani festazione – smontaggio, e comunque pr ima di lasciare i l posteggio, l ’Esposi tore deve sempre prov-vedere:

• a dis inseri re gl i in terrut tor i facent i parte del proprio impianto elet t r ico; • ad accertars i che nel posteggio non r imangano materia l i in igniz ione; • a lasciare accessibi l i tut t i i local i , compresi quel l i u t i l izzat i a local i uf f ic io e

salet te r iunioni , deposi to o r ipost igl io, per eventual i ispezioni degl i addett i a l la s icurezza.

3.5 CONTROLLO DELLO STAND E CERTIFICAZIONI A richiesta del personale tecnico incaricato da Fiera Roma è fat to obbl igo di esibi re la docu-mentazione seguente:

- modulo A 03 “Dichiarazione di Conformi tà del l ’ Impianto Elett r ico a regola d’Arte” con al legato i l cert i f icato di abi l i tazione professionale del l ’ instal latore come dal le normat i -ve v igent i in part icolare al DM 37/2008, per le aziende instal lat r ic i iscr i t t i agl i alb i pro-fessional i d i un al t ro paese del la Comunità Europea, al le equivalent i norme del paese di or ig ine.

- cer t i f icat i minister ia l i del le prove esegui te sui mater ial i impiegat i per l ’a l lest imento, conformi al la normativa sul la prevenzione incendi , uni tamente al la d ichiarazione d i av-venuto ut i l izzo;

- cer t i f icazione per le eventual i st rut ture sospese (come previsto per la r ichiesta del serv iz io appendiment i - capi to lo “Al t r i serv iz i a r ichiesta”);

- nel caso in cui le strut ture sospese s iano state montate a cura del l ’al lest i tore dovrà essere prodot ta la dichiaraz ione di corret to montaggio.

Al termine del le operazioni di a l lest imento e comunque almeno 24 ore pr ima del l ’ in iz io del l ’Evento det ta documentazione dovrà essere deposi tata presso Fiera Roma, Sportel lo Servi -zi Tecnic i ovvero - se previsto dal Regolamento Generale di Mani festazione - presso la Segre-ter ia Organizzat iva. 3.6 PRESENTAZIONE DI STRUTTURE PREFABBRICATE, GRU, PONTEGGI. MACCHINARI ESPOSTI IN MO-

VIMENTO, ESPOSIZIONE DI MACCHINE ED APPARECCHI Per la presentazione di strut ture prefabbr icate, d i elevator i , d i gru automontanti e s imi l i , pon-teggi , armature provvisorie e impalcature in genere, l ’Esposi tore, ol t re a garant i re la piena ap-pl icazione di tut te le norme di s icurezza, legislat ive, regolamentar i , d i buona tecnica, nonché quel le det tate dal l ’esper ienza e dal la prudenza per tut to i l periodo di permanenza nel Quart iere f ier ist ico, si impegna ad osservare scrupolosamente anche le indicazioni d i Fiera Roma.

I macchinari espost i d i quals iasi natura non possono essere azionat i ; eventual i deroghe saran-no concesse per iscr i t to dal la Di rezione Tecnica di Fiera Roma, purché c iò non comport i a lcuna molest ia od alcun r ischio o per icolo per i terz i . I macchinari non potranno essere azionat i a l l ’ in terno dei padigl ioni da motori a scoppio funzio-nant i , e non dovranno comportare l ’ impiego di carburanti o d i bombole a gas. In ogni caso è fat to d’obbl igo al l ’Esposi tore di dotare i l macchinar io e le apparecchiature di tut -t i i d isposi t iv i necessar i per preveni re gl i infortuni , i rumori molest i , i catt iv i odori e le emissioni di gas o l iquid i . Le macchine, g l i impiant i , le apparecchiature e le at t rezzature da esporre devono essere con-formi al le norme ant infor tunist iche e ad ogni a l t ra prescr iz ione legis lat iva, regolamentare e di buona tecnica, e dovranno essere corredate dal la prescr i t ta documentazione amminis trat iva del le competent i Autori tà . La permanenza al l ’ in terno del Quart iere di macchinari o veicol i dovrà essere autor izzata da Fiera Roma. In ogni caso i macchinari o i veicol i dovranno avere i serbatoi pr iv i d i combustib i le e le bat ter ie dovranno essere scol legate. L’Esposi tore avrà a proprio carico ogni responsabi l i tà penale e c iv i le per eventual i infortuni e/o danni che dovessero derivare a terz i in conseguenza del l ’ inosservanza o v iolazione del le nor-me e/o indicazioni in parola. 3.7 SMONTAGGIO POSTEGGI Prima del la f ine del l ’Evento non è possibi le smontare interamente o parz ia lmente lo stand. Al termine del l ’Evento, i l posteggio deve essere lasciato nel le condiz ioni or ig inarie . Lo sgombero dei posteggi può iniz iare sol tanto dopo la chiusura del l ’Evento in base al l ’orar io comunicato dal la Di rezione di Fiera Roma per ogni s ingolo Evento. Fiera Roma si r iserva la facol tà, in caso di comprovata necessi tà , d i stabi l i re dei tempi d ivers i e del le pr ior i tà per lo smontaggio dei posteggi s i tuat i in determinate aree. Le operazioni d i sgombero del lo stand dovranno avveni re nel p ieno r ispetto del l ’ integr i tà s ia del le predisposiz ioni tecniche temporanee (prese te lefoniche, apparecchi fax, apparat i te le foni -ci ) s ia degl i impiant i ed apparecchiature elett r iche. È’ obbl igator ia la r imozione e l ’a l lontanamento dal Quart iere dei materia l i ut i l izzat i per l ’a l lest imento (paret i , controsoff i t t i , r ivest imenti a pavimento, ecc.) . Devono pure essere r imos-se eventual i t racce di col lante a pavimento, causate dai nastr i biadesiv i ut i l izzat i per la posa di moquette o al tr i r ivest iment i . Eventual i danni , inequivocabi lmente at t r ibuibi l i al l ’Espositore, saranno al medesimo addebi tat i . Al la scadenza dei termini s tabi l i t i , i l mater iale ancora giacente nel lo stand è r imosso d’uff ic io da Fiera Roma ed immagazzinato a r isch io e con oner i a car ico del l ’Esposi tore, che ne accet ta f in d ’ora l ’assunzione. Tut te le spese che ne der ivano nonché i l r ischio per fur to , perdi te e dan-ni sono a car ico del l 'esposi tore. Decorsi due mesi dal termine stabi l i to per lo smontaggio, Fiera Roma si r iserva di far vendere al l 'asta i materia l i non r i t i ra t i , t rat tenendo le spese sostenute. 3.8 SERVIZI NEI PADIGLIONI DURANTE L’ALLESTIMENTO E SMONTAGGIO Fiera Roma met terà a disposiz ione degl i a l lest i tor i i serv iz i necessari per lo svolgimento del le operazioni di al lest imento e smontaggio dei posteggi , qual i :

- I l luminazione dei padigl ioni : Le aree esposi t ive coperte hanno una i l luminazione di in-tensi tà conforme al le normat ive in materia di luogo di lavoro;

- Prese di servizio: Le prese di serv izio sono quel le prese elet t r iche messe a disposiz io-ne del l ’Esposi tore, dis locate in p iù punt i d i ogni padigl ione per l ’u t i l izzo del l ’energia elet tr ica durante le operazioni d i a l lest imento e smontaggio di ogni Evento.

- serv iz i igienic i : Sono apert i dei Serv iz i ig ienici per c iascun gruppo di padigl ioni.

Fiera Roma è espressamente esonerata da ogni responsabi l i tà per eventual i danni che l 'espo-si tore dovesse subi re per la mancata at t ivazione del serv izio r ichiesto, così come per la so-spensione e/o interruzione del lo stesso per cause non imputabi l i a Fiera Roma o per cause di forza maggiore. Durante le fasi d i al lest imento e di smontaggio, i padigl ioni non sono c l imatizzat i (r iscaldat i o raff rescat i ) , salvo diversa insindacabi le decis ione di Fiera Roma.

CAPITOLO 4 - PREVENZIONE INFORTUNI E IGIENE DEL LAVORO

Sul la base di quanto stabi l i to dal D.Lgs. 9 apr i le 2008, n. 81 e s .m. i . in mater ia di tutela del la salute e del la s icurezza nei luoghi d i lavoro, - nel l ’ambi to dei lavori d i costruzione, a l les t imento e arredo degl i s tand - spet ta agl i esposi tor i , in qual i tà di dator i d i lavoro, la messa in atto di tut te quel le azioni d i prevenzione tese a far s i che l ’at t iv i tà lavorat iva avvenga nel le condiz ioni di massima sicurezza. Qualora ta l i operazioni non siano ef fet tuate in propr io, sarà cura del l ’esposi tore informare ed esigere dal le d i t te da lu i incaricate che ta l i operazioni avvengano nel r ispet to del le normative. Ogni Espositore/Al lest i tore è tenuto a regist rare (col legandosi a l s i to predisposto per i serv iz i of fer t i da Fiera Roma s. r. l . ) nei tempi previst i la d i t ta incaricata di eseguire i lavor i d i al les t i -mento ed i l proprio personale che intende accedere al quart iere f ier ist ico durante la fase di a l -lest imento e smontaggio. La persona incar icata dal l ’esposi tore a segui re i lavor i deve far r ispet tare r igorosamente le normat ive ant infor tunist iche previste dal la legge i ta l iana (D.P.R. 547/55 e 303/56 ecc. ) e in part icolare quanto previsto dal D.Lgs. 9 apri le 2008, n. 81 e s.m.i . . Qualora ne r icorrano le condiz ioni per la natura e/o l ’ent i tà degl i a l lest iment i , devono pure es-sere osservate le norme r iguardant i i cant ier i temporanei o mobi l i (contenute nel D. Lgs. 14 agosto 1996 n. 494 e successive modi f iche e integrazioni ) . RESPONSABILITÀ Qualsiasi inosservanza del le disposizioni qui r iportate cost i tui rà fonte di responsabi l i tà del l ’Esposi tore per fa tt i pregiudiz ievol i da chiunque commessi nel Quart iere Fieris t ico, in rela-zione al le att iv i tà svol te per suo conto nel le fasi di montaggio, svolgimento e smontaggio del l ’Evento. Per tanto l ’Esposi tore s i obbl iga a r isarc i re i danni che direttamente o indi ret tamente dovessero derivarne a terz i o a Fiera Roma, sol levando quest ’u l t ima da ogni r ichiesta, pretesa o r ivalsa.

CAPITOLO 5 - PREVENZIONE INCENDI E DISPOSIZIONI PER L’EMERGENZA

E’ obbl igatorio per ogni Espositore instal lare nel posteggio, in posizione ben v is ibi le, accessi -bi le, ed adeguatamente segnalata est intor i a norma, forni t i a noleggio da Fiera Roma, in ragio-ne di uno ogni 100 mq di superf ic ie o f raz ione. Fiera Roma provvede d’uf f ic io al la consegna nel posteggio degl i est intori necessari , addebi -tando i l rela t ivo importo al l ’esposi tore, qualora i l noleggio degl i est intori non s ia incluso nel canone di par tecipazione. Si precisa che Fiera Roma dispone unicamente di est intor i a polvere. Dopo la chiusura del la manifestazione al pubbl ico gl i est intor i saranno r i t i rat i da Fiera Roma, la mancata r iconsegna comporta i l pagamento di un r isarc imento che ammonta a € 50,00. Ogni Espositore è tenuto ad accertars i che i l proprio personale presente nel posteggio sappia ut i l izzare corret tamente gl i est intori , resta a suo car ico la col locazione degl i s tessi al l ’ in terno del lo stand in posiz ione ben vis ib i le e accessibi le . L’Esposi tore deve inol t re ottemperare ad ogni eventuale ul ter iore prescr iz ione che la Commis-sione Provinc iale di Vigi lanza ed i l Comando Provincia le dei Vigi l i del Fuoco r i terranno neces-sarie impart i re e di cui , nel caso, verrà data opportuna comunicazione. Al momento di prendere possesso del posteggio, l ’Esposi tore è tenuto a prendere ed a far prendere v is ione ai propri d ipendent i del l ’ubicazione dei percorsi e del le usci te di s icurezza e-sistent i nel padigl ione. Fiera Roma Sr l è dotata di una propria squadra di v ig i lanza ant incendio, che agisce nei periodi di a l lest imento e smontaggio, e di impiant i ant incendio (est intor i , idrant i , ecc. ); inol t re, durante gl i eventi che prevedono l ’apertura al pubbl ico, è presente un presidio del Corpo Nazionale dei Vigi l i del Fuoco. Al l ’ instaurarsi di una s i tuaz ione di perico lo, dovrà esserne data comunicazione tempest iva agl i addet t i prepost i . In caso d i incendio, ol t re ad avvisare gl i addett i , ogni azienda dovrà curare che i propri lavorator i mantengano la calma e seguano le is t ruzioni degl i addet t i a l l ’emergenza, se del caso att ivandosi at traverso personale is t ru i to con i mezzi d i est inz ione disponibi l i , d i -str ibui t i nel le aree del l ’Evento. Nel caso che venga impart i to l ’ordine di evacuazione, s i dovrà evi tare di correre o di ur lare, d i serv i rs i degl i ascensor i , e d ir igers i verso le usci te d i s icurezza più v ic ine segnalate.

CAPITOLO 6 - IMPIANTI ELETTRICI

Fiera Roma met te a disposiz ione l ’energia elet t r ica con le stesse caratter is t iche con le qual i v iene forni ta dagl i Ent i erogatori . Ogni espositore è un utente potenziale e non può cedere e-nergia elet t r ica a terz i . 6.1 RICHIESTA DELLA POTENZA ELETTRICA L’utente del l ’energia elet t r ica dovrà compi lare i l modulo “ Impiant i Elet t r ic i ” (s i t rova nei serv iz i onl ine di Fiera Roma s.r . l . ) ed inol t rar lo a Fiera Roma nei termini previst i sul lo stesso. Su det to modulo dovrà essere indicata la posizione prefer i ta per l ’al laccio (che non v incola Fiera Roma in quanto la stessa potrà essere r ispet tata solo in caso di sussistenza del le condiz ioni tecni -che) e la potenza elett r ica complessiva r ichiesta comprensiva del la potenza minima instal lata. La potenza elett r ica minima instal lata, qualora i l re lat ivo costo fosse compreso nel canone di partecipazione ovvero un servizio obbl igator io, sarà indicata nel Regolamento Generale del l ’Evento e/o nel modulo “Impiant i Elett r ic i ” . L’erogazione di energia elett r ica potrà avveni re mediante i l s istema a presa industr ia le da 5 pol i (3F+N+T) protet ta a monte con interrut tore magnetotermico di f ferenziale quadripolare o mediante presa industr iale da 3 pol i (F+N+T) protet ta a monte con interrut tore magnetotermico di f ferenziale bipolare. 6.2 PROGETTAZIONE ED INSTALLAZIONE IMPIANTO ELETTRICO Tutte le instal lazioni e let t r iche a val le del l ’utenza forni ta da Fiera Roma sono a totale car ico del l ’u tente che dovrà real izzarle a “regola d’ar te” in conformità al le normative v igent i in part i -colare al DM 37/2008. Le aziende instal lat r ic i iscr i t t i agl i a lbi professional i d i un al t ro paese del la Comuni tà Europea, devono possedere un cert i f icato di abi l i taz ione professionale come previsto da equivalent i norme del paese di or ig ine del la di t ta salvo che s ia un paese membro del la Comuni tà Europea. Per gl i impianti e lettrici effettuati dagli instal latori appartenenti ad aziende extracomuni-tarie , non essendo gl i s tandard di s icurezza nel l ’al lest imento di impiant i elett r ic i , s imi l i né a quel lo i tal iano né a quel lo comunitar io, s i accettano esclusivamente cert i f icazioni dal le imprese i ta l iane iscri t te nel registro del le imprese come previs to dal D. M. 37 del 2008. Successivamente al l ’avvenuta instal lazione degl i impiant i , c iascun Utente è tenuto a presenta-re a Fiera Roma i l modulo A03 “Dichiarazione di Conformità del l ’ Impianto Elet tr ico a regola d’Ar te” con al legato i l cer t i f icato di abi l i taz ione professionale del l ’ instal la tore (come già r ichie-sto prima). Tutt i i componenti del l ’ impianto elet t r ico devono r isul tare conformi al le norme C.E. I . ed avere i l marchio IMQ o equivalent i per nazioni estere. 6.3 ALLACCIO ALLA RETE FIERISTICA Nei per iodi di a l lest imento e smobi l i tazione, per lavori che r ichiedano l ’uso di p iccol i utensi l i , potranno essere ut i l izzate dagl i Esposi tor i ed Al lest i tor i solamente le prese elet t r iche di serv i -zio ubicate in prossimità ai portoni di accesso e nel le cors ie t ra i s tand. In tal i per iodi non sono consent i t i a l lacciamenti provvisori degl i impiant i dei posteggi al la rete d’utenza. Non appena completato l ’ impianto elet t r ico in terno al lo stand ( che dovrà essere real izzato da soggett i abi l i tat i a norma di legge) l ’Esposi tore è comunque tenuto a fare r ichiesta di al laccia-mento al l ’ impianto generale di Fiera, a l lo sportel lo Serviz i Tecnici . L’a l lacciamento degl i impiant i e let t r ic i sarà ef fet tuato da parte di Fiera Roma o da personale da le i incar icato. Fiera Roma si r iserva i l d ir i t to d i ver i f icare la ef fe t t iva r ispondenza del l ’ impianto elett r ico e dei re lat iv i cert i f icat i a i requis i t i r ichiamat i nel precedente capi to lo e di non eseguire eventualmen-te l ’a l lacciamento al la rete elet t r ica in caso di di f formi tà. Quanto sopra tut tavia non sol leva l ’esposi tore che resta a tu tt i g l i ef fett i l ’unico responsabi le dei propr i impiant i . E’ fat to assoluto div ieto di ef fet tuare in proprio l ’a l lacciamento o di manomettere gl i impiant i d i Fiera Roma; in caso contrario l ’Esposi tore sarà r i tenuto responsabi le d i tut t i gl i eventual i d is-serv iz i e danni derivant i da al lacciamenti ef fet tuat i da personale non autor izzato, o l t re al le sanzioni di legge. L’Esposi tore è tenuto, inol t re , a veri f icare personalmente la tensione del la rete d’a l imentazione al momento del l ’a l lacciamento del proprio impianto o del le proprie apparecchiature, esoneran-do Fiera Roma e la di t ta forni tr ice uff ic ia le da ogni e quals iasi responsabi l i tà per i danni che potessero der ivare a persone o a cose per l ’omesso control lo del le tensioni di a l imentazione o per quals iasi al t ra causa. Comunque tut te le apparecchiature esposte a funzionamento elet t r ico dovranno prevedere la regolamentare “messa a terra”, part icolarmente per quel le generant i cariche elet t rostat iche.

Qualora la potenza r ichiesta s ia tale da non poter essere erogata con gl i impiant i esistent i , Fie-ra Roma potrà, a proprio insindacabi le giudiz io, o contenere la potenza nei l imi t i del la capaci tà degl i impiant i stessi , o procedere mediante l inee provvisor ie al rafforzamento dei propri impian-t i . In quest ’ul t ima ipotesi le l inee di r in forzo verranno eseguite a cura di Fiera Roma, ma tut t i i re lat iv i oner i saranno addebi ta t i a l le di t te esposi tr ic i interessate. L’erogazione del l ’energia elett r ica per l ’ i l luminazione, per la forza motr ice o per a l t r i us i verrà di norma interrot ta immediatamente al termine del l ’Evento, salvo concessioni d i deroghe per giust i f icat i mot iv i , da r ichiedersi per iscr i t to. E’ fat to obbl igo agl i Esposi tor i d i dis inseri re gl i impiant i e let tr ic i instal lat i nei posteggi al termine del le s ingole giornate; agl i inadempienti sa-ranno appl icate le sanzioni economiche previs te. Le predette condiz ioni s i appl icano anche agl i s tand ubicat i in aree esterne ai padigl ioni . In tal caso la derivazione dal punto di presa predisposto da Fiera Roma dovrà essere eseguita a spese e cura del l ’Esposi tore. 6.4 AUMENTI DI POTENZA I l s istema di d ist r ibuzione di energia elet tr ica consente eventual i incrementi di potenza anche successivamente al la predisposiz ione degl i al lacci purché nei l imi t i del le d isponib i l i tà residue nel set tore e compat ibi lmente al la redist r ibuzione dei car ichi per l ’equi l ibr io sul le fasi . La va-r iaz ione comporterà i l pagamento del la eventuale di f ferenza di tar i f fa prevista dal l is t ino, non-ché un sovrapprezzo f isso.

CAPITOLO 7 - IMPIANTO ARIA COMPRESSA

I padigl ioni sono provvist i di una rete d i d istr ibuzione di ar ia compressa. L ’esposi tore dovrà compi lare i l modulo ““Al lacci Idro-Aria”” ed inolt rar lo a Fiera Roma nei termini previst i sul lo stesso. Le apparecchiature da al lacciars i a l la rete del l ’ar ia compressa del Quart iere, dovranno essere perfet tamente funzionant i a l f ine di non provocare inconvenient i durante l ’Evento fermo restan-do che l ’esposi tore è responsabi le di quals iasi danno che possa der ivare da malfunzionament i del le proprie apparecchiature. Rimangono sempre a carico del l ’Esposi tore e dei suoi incaricat i la cura e l ’onere relat ivo al la esecuzione del la rete provvisor ia di dis tr ibuzione interna al posteggio. La presa da ½ pol l ice è del t ipo universale a baionetta ed è posta ad al tezza pavimento. Le e-ventual i r iduzioni d i pressione e gl i innest i dovranno essere gest i t i a cura e a car ico del l 'espo-si tore. Fiera Roma è espressamente esonerata da ogni responsabi l i tà per eventual i danni che l 'espo-si tore dovesse subi re per la mancata at t ivazione del serv izio r ichiesto, così come per la so-spensione e/o interruzione del lo stesso per cause non imputabi l i a Fiera Roma o per cause di forza maggiore.

CAPITOLO 8 - FORNITURA DI ACQUA

Per la r ichiesta di forni tura di acqua l ’esposi tore dovrà compi lare i l modulo “Al lacci Idro-Aria” ed inol t rar lo a Fiera Roma nei termini previst i sul lo stesso Nel l ’apposi to modulo sono indicate le condiz ioni d i forni tura, le re lat ive tar i f fe e le speci f iche operat ive. L’Esposi tore esonera Fiera Roma e la di t ta esecutr ice degl i impiant i idr ic i da ogni e quals iasi responsabi l i tà per i danni che potessero derivare a persone o cose da manomissione e catt ivo uso di tal i impiant i ; i col legamenti al le prese d’acqua potranno essere effet tuat i solo dal perso-nale del la d i t ta forni t r ice degl i impiant i idr ic i ; gl i impiant i d i derivazione potranno essere ef fe t -tuat i anche dal l ’Esposi tore o da suoi incaricat i .

CAPITOLO 9 – ALTRI SERVIZI A RICHIESTA

Ol t re ai serv iz i descr i t t i ne i capi tol i precedenti Fiera Roma S.r. l . mette a disposiz ione degl i E-sposi tor i i serv iz i d i supporto per i l migl ior ut i l izzo dei posteggi nel l ’ambi to del l ’Evento.

Dopo l ’ iscr iz ione al l ’evento vengono inviate le in formazioni in meri to al le modal i tà d i accesso al s i to dei serv iz i onl ine dove s i possono trovare uni tamente al Regolamento Tecnico tut t i i modul i per la prenotazione dei serv iz i , alcuni obbl igator i , al t r i facol tat iv i . Di segui to sono descri t t i a lcuni dei serv izi che possono essere erogat i , per tut t i gl i a l t r i s i r i -manda ai s i to dei serv izi onl ine: 9.1 APPENDIMENTI

1. PRESCRIZIONI GENERALI - I l serv iz io “Appendiment i ” , pot rà essere erogato esclusivamente da Fiera Roma s. r. l . o

da una di t ta da lei incaricata in tut t i i padigl ioni del Quart iere Fiera Roma; - I l serviz io “Appendimenti ” consiste nel la forni tura di apposi t i cavi agganciat i al le travi

d i copertura, ut i l izzabi l i per sospendere strut ture di al lest imento e di i l luminazione di propr ie tà del l ’Esposi tore, d i un’ impresa di sua f iduc ia, o noleggiate da Fiera Roma stessa;

- La forni tura dei cavi agganciat i a l le t ravi d i coper tura è di competenza esclusiva di Fie-ra Roma, mentre le operazioni di f issaggio del le s trutture non forni te da Fiera Roma, devono essere esegui te a cura del l ’Espositore o da una di t ta di sua f iducia.

- La posiz ione e numero dei cavi forni t i da Fiera Roma sarà s tabi l i ta dagl i uf f ic i tecnic i in funzione del progetto inviato dal l ’Esposi tore in base al l ’ubicazione dei punti in cui possono essere sospesi i cavi stessi ;

- La parte terminale del cavo forni to da Fiera Roma, sarà predisposta con un apposi to attacco a redancia f issa cert i f icato;

- I cavi saranno posiz ionat i ad un’al tezza par i od inferiore r ispetto a quel la desiderata dal l ’Espositore, nel r ispet to del l ’a l tezza massima consent i ta dal Regolamento di Mani -festazione;

- L ’a l tezza da terra del le s trutture sospese, salvo autor izzazione in deroga del l ’Ente Or-ganizzatore / Segreter ia Operat iva, dovrà essere conforme a quanto stabi l i to dal Rego-lamento Generale del la Mani festazione;

- La capaci tà portante massima di ogni punto di aggancio che sarà forni to da Fiera Ro-ma è di kg 140 concentrat i ;

- I cavi forni t i da Fiera Roma saranno agganciat i esclusivamente al le apposi te strut ture predisposte con distr ibuzione puntuale nei padigl ioni (contat tare l ’uf f ic io tecnico di Fie-ra Roma per accertare l ’es istenza di ta l i punt i nel la zona sovrastante l ’area assegnata a c iascun Esposi tore);

- Qualora nel la zona sovrastante l ’area assegnata al l ’Espositore, non fossero presenti le apposi te st rut ture descri t te nei punt i precedenti o la posiz ione del le stesse non fosse confacente al le esigenze del l ’Esposi tore, potranno essere forni t i a noleggio part icolar i s istemi di aggancio supplementar i , che dovranno essere di vol ta in vol ta concordat i con l ’uf f ic io tecnico di Fiera Roma;

- Per i l f issaggio del le s trut ture, l ’Esposi tore o la di t ta d i sua f iducia, dovrà ut i l izzare i -donei s istemi che ne garant iscano i l perfet to ancoraggio. Gl i eventual i cavi in accia io ut i l izzat i dovranno avere un diametro non infer iore a mm 5, e le eventual i catene ad anel l i dovranno avere un diametro del tondino non inferiore a mm 6;

- Le sospensioni dovranno essere a proiezione vert icale, per cui i cavi forni t i da Fiera Roma, non potranno essere t i rat i d iagonalmente dal l ’Esposi tore o dal la di t ta di sua f i -ducia. Per casi par t icolar i , da concordare con Fiera Roma, potranno essere ammesse minime tol leranze, comunque non superior i a 10°;

- Le eventual i sospensioni con apparecchi di movimentazione (paranchi, a lza-t i ra, ecc. ) dovranno essere integrate da un adeguato numero di sospensioni r ig ide (f isse);

- I carichi appl icat i a l le “americane” (corpi i l luminant i , casse acust iche, ecc. ) devono es-sere assicurat i a l le stesse, o l t re che con i propr i e lement i previs t i ad hoc, anche da ul -ter ior i element i d i aggancio (funi metal l iche, catene ad anel l i ) quale garanzia di s icu-rezza in caso di cedimento dei propri s istemi d i f issaggio;

- Per ovvi mot iv i di s icurezza, sistemi di sospensioni mis t i (sospensione a sof f i t to + ap-poggio a pavimento) non sono ammessi ;

- Le sospensioni a sof f i t to non devono inter fer i re con l ’ impianto di i l luminazione del pa-digl ione;

- Nel caso sul le st rut ture sospese s iano instal late del le apparecchiature elett r iche, le stesse dovranno essere al imentate ut i l izzando le prese esistent i a l l ’ interno del l ’area assegnata. I cavi che discenderanno dal le strut ture sospese dovranno essere sostenuti da apposi t i appoggi (ad esempio cavi in acciaio o colonne poggiate a terra.

2. DOCUMENTAZIONE DA PRESENTARE: Sarà cura del l ’Esposi tore o del la di t ta di sua f iducia presentare almeno 30 giorni pr ima del l ' in i -z io del l ’evento insieme al la domanda di fatt ibi l i tà (contenuta nei modul i per i serv iz i onl ine of -fert i da Fiera Roma s.r . l . ) :

a) Progetto tecnico: disegni quotat i con pianta, v iste lateral i ed assonometr iche, d i quan-to s i intende sospendere, con evidenziat i i punt i di aggancio a soff i t to r ichiest i , descr i -z ione di eventuale al laccio elet tr ico con indicazione del la potenza necessar ia .

b) Relazione tecnica f i rmata da un professionista abi l i tato, iscr i t to a l l ’Albo. In part icolare i l progetto e la re lazione tecnica, dovranno contenere:

- Breve descriz ione del le st rutture sospese; - Caratter ist iche dei mater ia l i impiegati (gol far i , cavi in acciaio o catene ad anel l i , ame-

ricane, ecc.) ; - Indicazione dei pesi dei mater ia l i impiegat i (americane, far i , cavi e let tr ic i , meccanismi

d i sol levamento, ecc. ) ; - Ipotesi d i carico del le st rut ture e veri f ica del le sol leci tazioni indot te su strut ture ed an-

coraggi; - Conferma espl ic i ta del r ispet to del la l imi tazione imposta da Fiera Roma circa la portata

massima di ogni aggancio (kg 140 per ogni punto di sospensione forni to da Fiera Ro-ma) e di ogni ul ter iore indicazione r iportata nel le precedenti Prescriz ioni General i ;

- Veri f ica del la stabi l i tà del le strut ture appese: in ogni caso deve essere garanti to che, nel caso di cedimento di un quals iasi ancoraggio ai cavi forni t i da Fiera Roma (col le-gament i st rut ture, cedimento di un eventuale meccanismo di movimentazione, ecc.) la strut tura non vada in cr is i con i l pericolo di cedimento e/o sovraccarico, o l t re l ’ammissibi le, dei s ingol i punt i di ancoraggio.

Al termine dei lavori e pr ima del l ' in iz io del la Mani festazione dovrà essere consegnato i l cer t i f i -cato di idonei tà s tat ica e r ispondenza al progetto del le st rut ture sospese, redatto e f i rmato da un professionista abi l i ta to, iscr i t to a l l ’Albo, che non s ia intervenuto in a lcun modo nel la proget-tazione, d i rezione ed esecuzione del l ’opera. 3. ANNOTAZIONI: Fiera Roma s i r iserva la possibi l i tà d i instal lare apparecchiature e/o disposi t iv i per veri f icare l ’ef fett ivo r ispet to del le condiz ioni previs te nel le Prescr iz ioni general i . Qualora Fiera Roma r iscontrasse inadempienze r ispet to a quanto r ichiesto dal le presenti d i -sposiz ioni (con part icolare r i fer imento al l ’ inv io del la documentazione entro i termini stabi l i t i ) , non autorizzerà l ’esecuzione del le sospensioni e , se g ià real izzate, procederà al l ’ in terdizione del l ’area sot tostante, f ino al la completa r imozione od al l ’adeguamento del le stesse in conformi-tà ai d ispost i del le Prescr iz ioni general i . Potrà essere inol t re disposto i l d is inserimento del l ’a l imentaz ione elet t r ica del posteggio. 9.2 STOCCAGGIO IMBALLAGGI Fiera Roma a mezzo del Forni tore Uff ic ia le predispone un serviz io per i l r i t i ro, la custodia e la r iconsegna degl i imbal laggi a f ine Evento secondo le tar i f fe in vigore. La r iconsegna avviene sul la base di un programma predisposto di vol ta in vol ta; ta le serv iz io dovrà essere r ichiesto di ret tamente al forni tore uff ic ia le di Fiera Roma.

Ove l ’Esposi tore, invece, non intenda r iut i l izzare o recuperare di ret tamente tal i imbal laggi , è tenuto a r ichiederne ant ic ipatamente l ’asportazione ed i l t raspor to al le pubbl iche discariche tramite l ’apposi to modulo. 9.3 SMALTIMENTO RIFIUTI Fiera Roma provvede al la raccol ta ed al lo smalt imento dei r i f iu t i prodott i dagl i Esposi tor i nel l ’ambi to del Quart iere Fiera, fa tta eccezione per:

– mater ial i d i a l lest imento di quals iasi t ipo, qual i : paret i div isor ie, pavimentazioni, gros-se casse di imbal laggio, pal lets , ecc. ;

– moquette; – prodott i , semi lavorat i e scart i d i lavorazione provenient i dal le dimostrazioni del le mac-

chine in funzione nei posteggi, a meno del le quant i tà e del le t ipologie comprese nel serv iz io d i pul iz ia dei posteggi ;

– mater iale promozionale cost i tui to da depl iants, volant ini , ecc.; – r i f iut i c lassi f icabi l i come special i , pericolosi e non pericolosi .

I l serviz io di smaltimento dei sopracitati r i f iuti può essere r ichiesto a Fiera Roma tramite l ’apposito modulo.

Per i materia l i divers i da quel l i sopraindicat i , F iera Roma at tua un s istema di raccol ta di f feren-ziata: nel corso del le fasi di montaggio e smontaggio, g l i esposi tor i devono convogl iare negl i apposi t i cassoni e/o cassonet t i a l l ’uopo predispost i , i divers i material i residui o consegnarl i al l ’addetto di pul iz ie presente, r iconoscibi le dal la div isa, che provvederà ad int rodur l i negl i ap-posit i conteni tor i . La raccol ta, la detenzione, i l t rasporto, lo stoccaggio e lo smalt imento dei r i f iut i devono essere ef fet tuat i nel r ispet to del Decreto Legis lat ivo 13 gennaio 2003, n.36 e successive modi f iche ed integrazioni. I l deposi to incontrol lato di r i f iut i tossico-nocivi è v ietato dal la legge e cost i tu isce reato punibi le penalmente ed ove i l caso, Fiera Roma provvede al la segnalazione a l le Autori tà competent i . Per i r i f iut i abbandonat i nei padigl ioni, per i qual i non s ia stata presentata, nei termini stabi l i t i , la r ichiesta di prel ievo, sono appl icate le tar i f fe r iportate sul l ’apposi to modulo, maggiorate del 40%. Eventual i chiar iment i in mer i to possono essere r ichiest i al Serviz io Logist ica e Organizzazione di Fiera Roma. 9.4 RISTORO E CATERING ALL’INTERNO DELLO STAND E’ consenti ta al l ’ interno del proprio s tand la somminist razione in forma gratui ta di prodot t i a l i -mentari e/o bevande fermo restando l ’ut i l izzo di conteni tor i usa e getta; ta le at t iv i tà deve esse-re preventivamente comunicata al lo Sportel lo Serviz i Tecnic i t ramite la compilazione del modu-lo da r ichiedere al Serv iz io stesso. Qualora l ’Esposi tore intenda usufrui re di un serviz io di r is toro e/o catering al posteggio t ramite Fiera Roma, può r ichiederlo di ret tamente con i l modulo apposi to. 9.5 SERVIZI DI TELECOMUNICAZIONI Eventual i a l lacciament i del lo stand al la rete di telecomunicazioni esistente nel Quart iere f ier i -st ico devono essere prenotat i di ret tamente al forni tore uf f ic iale di Quart iere.

CAPITOLO 10 - PUBBLICITÀ

Al l ’esterno del l ’area esposit iva assegnata, ogni forma d i propaganda e di pubbl ic i tà deve esse-re effet tuata esclusivamente per t rami te di Fiera Roma ed è soggetta al pagamento di un cano-ne e relat iv i oner i f iscal i . L’Esposi tore ha facol tà di svolgere azione commercia le al l ’ in terno del proprio stand sol tanto per la propria Di t ta e le sue rappresentate. Le in iz iat ive promo-pubbl ic i tar ie devono essere at -t inent i al la merceologia per la quale l ’Esposi tore è stato ammesso al l ’Evento in base al Rego-lamento Generale. Per i l volant inaggio nel le cors ie e nei v ia l i , o per la distr ibuzione di oggett i che cost i tu iscano veicolo di pubbl ic i tà, è necessar ia una preventiva autorizzazione del l ’Organizzatore del l ’Evento. E’ fa tto div ieto a chiunque di promuovere, al l ’ in terno del Quart iere Fier ist ico,of fer te , questue ed oblazioni per is t i tuzioni d i quals iasi genere, di svolgere at t iv i tà rel ig iosa, pol i t ica o s indaca-le, ed ogni qualsiasi at t iv i tà non at t inente al le f inal i tà del l ’evento in corso salvo espressa auto-r izzazione scr i t ta del la Di rezione di Fiera Roma. DIFFUSIONI SONORE E PROIEZIONI Qualora non espressamente v ietat i o speci f icat i dal Regolamento Generale del l ’Evento, sono consenti t i :

• la t rasmissione sonora ed ogni genere di r ichiamo fonico; • l ’uso di apparecchi audiovis iv i , radiofonic i e/o televis iv i ; • le proiezioni d i f i lm o di d iaposi t ive al l ’ in terno del lo s tand;

I l volume degl i apparecchi dovrà essere mantenuto basso e comunque non dovrà recare dis tur-bo ai posteggi v ic in i . I l personale incar icato da Fiera Roma potrà ordinare, se i l caso, anche lo spegnimento del l ’ impianto. Tutte le r iproduzioni non debbono r icadere nel repertor io tu telato dal la S. I .A.E. In caso contra-r io l ’Esposi tore deve chiedere preventivamente i l “permesso spettacol i ” a l la S. I .A.E. stessa ed ef fet tuare i l pagamento ant ic ipato dei d i r i t t i dovuti , salvo diversa disposiz ione prevista dal Re-golamento Generale del l ’Evento. In caso di dis tr ibuzione di support i fonovideograf ic i o mul t imedial i contenent i opere o part i di opere del l ’ ingegno protet te ai sensi del la Legge 22.4.1941 n. 633, dovranno essere prevent i -vamente assolt i i di r i t t i d ’autore, nonché gl i oner i connessi al la vid imazione dei support i , ai sensi del l ’ar t . 181/bis del la stessa legge. L ’ut i l izzo abusivo del le opere del l ’ ingegno, nonché

l ’assenza del bol l ino SIAE sui menzionat i support i sono penalmente sanzionat i , a norma degl i ar t t . 171 e seguent i Legge 633/41.

CAPITOLO 11 - MOVIMENTAZIONE MERCI INTERNA E SPEDIZIONI

11.1 NORME TECNICHE PER LA MOVIMENTAZIONE INTERNA DELLE MERCI Agl i Esposi tor i ed agl i a l les t i tor i (salvo speci f iche deroghe concesse per g l i al lest i tor i uf f ic ial i di Fiera Roma) è v ietato ut i l izzare, al l ’ interno del Quart iere, carrel l i e levatori , gru semovent i , ecc.. I serv iz i d i movimentazione merci (car ico, scarico e posiz ionamento) saranno ef fet tuat i esclusivamente dai forni tor i uf f ic ial i d i F iera Roma. La sosta e la fermata degl i automezzi non dovrà essere di ostacolo al la c i rcolazione interna del Quart iere Fieris t ico e non dovrà avveni re nel le aree adibi te al l 'a t t iv i tà esposi t iva. Tutte le operazioni di carico e scarico del le merci a l l ’ in terno dei padigl ioni pot ranno avveni re ESCLUSIVAMENTE at traverso i forni tor i autor izzat i al la movimentazione e al lo scarico abi l i tat i a norma di legge; i medesimi sono a disposiz ione per fornire ogni informazione, chiarimento e assistenza in mer i to . I serv iz i r ichiest i ai forni tor i autor izzat i sono a carico del l ’Esposi tore e sono svol t i secondo i tempi, le modal i tà e le procedure di segui to indicate. Le tar i f fe general i per le suddet te prestazioni sono a disposiz ione presso lo Sportel lo Serviz i Tecnic i . Le disposiz ioni d i cui sopra non s i appl icano agl i automezzi da t rasporto dotat i d i braccio gru a bordo, che, però, possono operare al l ’ in terno dei padigl ioni solo se dotat i d i tubazioni per lo smalt imento dei fumi di scarico dei motor i a l l ’esterno dei padigl ioni s tessi , previa autorizzazio-ne di Fiera Roma (Vedasi anche capi to lo 1) . Al l ’esterno dei padigl ioni le operazioni d i car ico e scar ico del le merci pot ranno avvenire nel le apposi te piazzole adiacente agl i ingressi dei padigl ioni . Durante i l per iodo di al lest imento e di smontaggio e durante lo svolgimento del l ’Evento – nei l imi t i del le d isponibi l i tà ed a tar i f fe predef ini te – è possibi le usufrui re di un serviz io di noleggio di carrel l i a mano e di facchinaggio. Al f ine di consenti re un r isparmio di cost i e tempi, g l i Esposi tor i sono invi ta t i a muni re i l forni -tore incaricato di una planimetr ia del lo spazio esposi t ivo r ispett ivamente assegnato con la d i -sposiz ione dei mater ia l i . Durante le fasi d i a l les t imento, per accelerare le operazioni d i scar ico, l ’accesso ai s ingol i pa-dig l ioni dei mezzi d i t rasporto del le merc i dovrà essere preventivamente autorizzato dagl i ad-dett i d i padigl ione tenuto opportuno conto del le condiz ioni di v iabi l i tà in terna, dei s ingol i movi -ment i e del le operazioni in corso e senti t i anche i forn i tor i uf f ic ial i autor izzat i al la movimenta-zione. Ogni abuso inerente l ’ut i l izzazione di mezzi adibi t i a l la movimentazione, in def ic ienza dei re-quisi t i di legge - personale non abi l i tato, mezzi non equipaggiat i con i disposi t iv i d i s icurezza regolamentar i , assenza di idonee forme assicurat ive - comporta l ’appl icazione di una penale come defin i ta al succ. Capito lo “Sanzioni e Penal i ” e nei casi p iù gravi o re i terat i l ’a l lontanamento def in i t ivo del t rasgressore dal Quart iere f ier is t ico, nonché, se del caso, la de-nuncia al le autori tà d i pol iz ia. 11.2 SPEDIZIONI Premesso che ogni Esposi tore è l ibero di servi rsi di uno spediz ioniere di sua scel ta, s i precisa che i serv iz i degl i spedizionieri terz i possono svolgersi solo al d i fuor i del Quart iere f ier ist ico, e al suo in terno solo in assenza di v incol i der ivant i dal l ’af f idamento ad al t r i forni tor i uf f ic ia l i di regimi d i esclusiva temporanea da parte di Fiera Roma. Le caratter is t iche, le modal i tà d i espletamento doganal i e le tar i f fe del serviz io potranno essere r ichieste di ret tamente al forni tore uff ic ia le di Fiera Roma.

CAPITOLO 12 - ASSICURAZIONE – DANNI

12.1 STIPULA DELL’ ASSICURAZIONE Fiera Roma s. r. l . provvede al le coper ture assicurat ive, att raverso apposi ta convenzione per:

- merci , materia l i , al lest iment i ed att rezzature del l ’Esposi tore (pol izza Incendio/ fur to) - Responsabi l i tà Civ i le verso Terzi e verso prestator i d i lavoro (pol izza RCT/RCO).

Sono assicurati: con pol izza Incendio: per g l i event i occorsi durante la permanenza nei padigl ioni di Fiera Roma s.r . l . nei giorni di mani festazione compreso i l per iodo di a l lest imento e disal lest imento, come previsto dal rego-lamento generale di mani festazione. Si assicurano: merci in esposizione, arredamento, at t rez-zature, a l lest iment i ed ogni a l tro ogget to come indicato nel le condiz ioni general i e part icolar i di pol izza. Compresi f ra l ’a l tro: event i atmosfer ic i , a l luvione, inondazione, ter remoto, ter rorismo e sabotaggio etc. Sono esclusi i valor i , preziosi , opere d’ar te, denaro, t i to l i , g ioie l l i , col lezioni numismat iche, f i late l iche e animal i v iv i .

Con pol izza fur to: per g l i event i occorsi durante la permanenza nei padigl ioni d i Fiera Roma S.r . l . nei giorni di mani festazione compreso i l periodo s i a l lest imento e disal lest imento. Si assicurano le merci in esposiz ione, l ’arredamento, le at t rezzature e quanto occorre per la manifestazione speci f ica. Sono esclusi gl i oggetti personali in genere nonché valori , preziosi, opere d’arte, dena-ro, t i tol i , gioiel l i , collezioni numismatiche, f i latel iche e animali vivi .

Con pol izza RCT/RCO: la responsabi l i tà c iv i le del l ’Esposi tore per danni provocat i a terz i (compresa Fiera Roma s.r . l . e suoi dipendenti nonché Fiera Roma s.p.a. nel la sua qual i tà d i propr ietar ia dei Fabbr icat i ) e dai propri prestator i d ’opera (R.C.O.) Per le sopra elencate coperture assicurat ive v iene, in ogni caso, esclusa quals iasi possibi l i tà di r ivalsa nei confront i d i Fiera Roma s.r . l . . Le modal i tà del la r ichiesta del le coperture assicurat ive sono r iportate nel modulo “Assicurazio-ni ” che verrà inviato da Fiera Roma s.r . l . e, mediante lo stesso modulo potrà essere r ichiesta “ l ’ in tegrazione” , del le somme minime assicurate. 12.2 DEROGHE Qualora l ’Esposi tore s ia già provvisto di propria pol izza val ida per le Fiere e Rassegne, le cui somme assicurate s iano almeno pari a quel le minime indicate da Fiera Roma s.r . l . , dovrà r i la-sciare apposi ta dichiarazione – sot toscri t ta dal proprio rappresentante Legale e da quel lo del la Compagnia assicurat r ice – che i beni espost i sono copert i da pol izza Al l Risks e con c lausola di r inuncia al l ’az ione di r ivalsa nei confront i d i Fiera Roma s. r. l . e di Fiera Roma s.p.a. , d i So-cietà control late e col legate nonché del l ’Organizzatore e di eventual i terz i interessat i . 12.3 RISARCIMENTO DANNI L’Esposi tore, in caso di furto, dovrà immediatamente e senza indugio provvedere a :

1) comunicare l ’avvenuto s in istro al l ’ incaricato del la Compagnia, presente presso apposi to uf f ic io ubicato in Fiera Roma per tut to i l per iodo del la mani festazione (compreso al lest i -mento e disal lest imento;

2) ef fettuare la denuncia presso le Autori tà competent i ent ro i t re giorni successivi al fur to.

La mancata osservanza della procedura sopra riportata comporterà la perdita al diritto di indennizzo.

12.4 LIMITE DI RESPONSABILITA’ In caso di mancato inol t ro dei document i o di mancate dichiarazioni sost i tut ive, indicate nel punto “Deroghe”, Fiera Roma provvederà d’uff ic io al la copertura assicurat iva per l ’Esposi tore con i valor i minimi d i cui a l Regolamento Generale. Si r icorda inol tre l ’obbl igo incondiz ionato del r ispetto del le seguent i norme:

- garant i re la presenza nel lo stand di propr io personale per tut ta la durata del la giorna-ta;

- d is inseri re l ’ impianto elet t r ico di ogni s ingolo stand al la f ine del la g iornata esposi t iva. Agl i inadempiment i sarà appl icata una sanzione secondo gl i import i prevent ivamente comunicat i ;

- ver i f ica del la chiusura del le vet r ine. L’Esposi tore r imane comunque unico custode del la propria postazione, del le relat ive at trezza-ture e del le merci esposte e/o da esporre per tut to i l periodo di svolgimento del l ’Evento (gior-nate di al lest imento e smontaggio comprese)

CAPITOLO 13 - SANZIONI E PENALI

L’esposi tore e/o l ’a l lest i tore da lu i incar icato sono tenut i al r ispetto del le norme indicate nel presente Regolamento Tecnico.

In caso di non osservanza Fiera Roma appl icherà una penale a seconda del la gravi tà del l ’ inot temperanza. Tale importo potrà osci l lare da un minimo di euro 50,00 f ino a un massimo di euro 500,00. Per quanto r iguarda l ’a l les t imento ed i prodott i in esposiz ione, nel caso di inadempiment i Fiera Roma si r iserva la facol tà d i sospendere i lavor i oppure fare al lontanare prodot t i non ammessi . I l mancato r ispet to del le norme di conformi tà del l ’a l les t imento e la mancata r icez ione dei cert i -f icat i d i igni fugazione, la presenza di prodot t i e materia l i non conformi a l le normat ive, g l i al le-st imenti che renderanno inagibi l i gl i idrant i e tut t i gl i al lacci a l le utenze, i l mancato dis inser i -mento degl i in terrut tor i a f ine giornata, obbl igherà Fiera Roma a procedere d’uf f ic io al la modi-f ica o r imozione, addebi tandone le re lat ive spese. In at tesa di adeguamento lavor i Fiera Roma interromperà i l col legamento al l ’energia elet t r ica. La mancata r iconsegna del l ’est in tore comporterà i l pagamento di un r isarc imento che ammonta a € 50,00. Al f ine di non pregiudicare la corret ta ed ef f icace gest ione degl i spazi interni a l Quart iere e consenti re l 'e f f ic iente organizzazione del l ’evento f ier is t ico, Fiera Roma si r iserva la facol tà di procedere al la r imozione dei veicol i con relat ivo addebi to ed al r i t i ro del contrassegno di ac-cesso al Quart iere Fieris t ico nel caso in cui s i veri f icassero i seguenti casi : - permanenza prolungata degl i automezzi o l t re le 2 ore; - sosta degl i automezzi durante le ore not turne o in zone v ietate; - mancato r ispet to del le d isposiz ioni degl i addett i al la v igi lanza interna; - mancato r ispet to del l imi te di veloci tà. Inol t re Fiera Roma si r iserva la facol tà di addebi tare al l 'esposi tore ed al propr ie tar io del veico-lo, in v ia sol idale, l ' importo di una penale per ogni v iolazione dei l imi t i d i veloci tà, dei d iv iet i o dei termini massimi d i sosta previst i dal presente Regolamento, salva la r imozione degl i auto-mezzi a cura e spese del l 'esposi tore e/o del proprie tar io e salv i g l i eventual i ul ter ior i danni sof -fert i da Fiera Roma a segui to del l ' inadempimento del le predette prescr iz ioni .

CAPITOLO 14 – PAGAMENTI – BUONI D’USCITA

14.1 PAGAMENTI Si rende noto che l ’erogazione dei serv iz i r ichiest i è v incolata al prevent ivo pagamento da par-te del la di t ta esposi t r ice. Tut te le r ichieste pervenute in assenza del saldo non saranno r i tenute val ide. 14.2 BUONI D’USCITA Nei giorni immediatamente precedenti la chiusura del la mani festazione, l ’amministrazione di Fiera Roma srl provvederà a consegnare presso gl i s tand i buoni d ’usci ta merci , che – debita-mente compilat i – dovranno essere presentat i a l personale di sorvegl ianza ai cancel l i del quar-t iere. Ul ter ior i “buoni d’usci ta” pot ranno essere r ichiest i al lo sportel lo dei Serv iz i Tecnic i at t iva-to per la mani festazione. Per ogni usci ta di materia le è obbl igatorio predisporre e presentare un s ingolo “buono d’usci ta” . N.B. L’autorizzazione per l ’uscita dal quartiere, dei prodott i /beni esposti e del materiale di al lestimento sarà ri lasciata solamente agli espositori che abbiano soddisfatto i l pro-prio debito verso l ’organizzatore e/o Fiera Roma srl .

INTRODUCTION

These Technical provisions regulate – as an integration of the Exhibition

General Regulations enclosed to the Application Form – the following

points:

1) access regulations to the Fair Grounds in the fitt ing-up and disman-

tling period and in the course of the Exhibitions being held there;

2) safety regulations for the activity of stand lay-out, construction and

the maintenance of fitting-up structures and relative installations;

3) procedures concerning fitting up, keeping, maintenance and disman-

tling of exhibition stands on the Fair Grounds;

4) fire prevention regulations inside the Fair Grounds;

5) procedures concerning the accomplishment of other activities to be

carried out inside the Fair Grounds (connections to power and water

supply, suspension, handling of goods, packing storage and so on);

6) procedures for the payment of the services supplied by Fiera Roma srl.

Non-compliance with the obligations foreseen in this Technical regula-

tions can involve the application of fines according to the procedures and

amounts laid down in the following Chapter “Penalties and Fines” and will

entitle Fiera Roma Management to exclude the Exhibitors’ or fitters’ from

working on the Fair premises.

N.B.: - Fiera Roma Srl reserves to make modifications

at any moment, even without notice, to these Regula-

tions, with the aim of reducing risks for health, safety

and the environment or improving prevention and pro-

tection measures.

CHAPTER 1 – ACCESS TO THE FAIR GROUNDS

1.1 ACCESS TO THE FAIR GROUNDS IN THE SET-UP AND DISMANTLING PERIOD AND IN THE COURSE

OF THE SHOW People and vehic les used for the transport o f goods can enter the Fai r Grounds on the sched-uled days and in the hours only i f they are provided wi th an entrance permit issued by Fiera Roma. Areas for s tand f i t t ing up are put at Exhibi tors ’ and f i t ters ’ d isposal from 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m., barr ing changes ment ioned in the Exhibi t ion General Regulat ions. Set-up and dismant l ing per iods are not i f ied by means of a c i rcular (ci rcolare) publ ished on the Internet page for the onl ine serv ices of fered by Fiera Roma for the speci f ic event, and in any case they are ment ioned in the Exhibi t ion General Regulat ions. Permits ( labour badges) to enter the Exhibi t ion premises in the f i t t ing-up and dismantl ing pe-r iod have to be requested enter ing the Internet page for the onl ine services of fered by Fiera Roma for the speci f ic event, l ink to “Personnel for assembly/disassembly” and wi l l be di rect ly del ivered at the cargo entrances, which wi l l be the only open gates in these stages. The entrance of motor vehic les is a l lowed through the authorized cargo entrances, and the park ing of t ranspor t vehic les inside the Fair Grounds wi l l be only permi t ted in the special areas adjoin ing the pavi l ion in wh ich the Exhibi tor ’s stand is located for a t ime l imi t of 2 hours and not beyond the c losing t ime of the Fair Grounds. In order to avoid toxic gas and guarantee a high level of safety inside pavi l ions, vehic les used for the t ransport of goods (HEAVY GOODS VEHICLES, ARTICULATED LORRIES, TRUCKS, MOTOR VEHICLES and so on) are not a l lowed to enter these st ructures. In case of proved need, the Logist ics Service of Fiera Roma can authorize the entrance on the basis of a just i f ied request and against payment of the foreseen tar i f f , wi th the fo l lowing issu-ing of the receipted invoice. The Service wi l l check that the vehic le is provided wi th the device conveying exhaust out of the pavi l ion and wi l l establ ish t imes and methods for the entrance ( i .e. when Exhibi tors or their staf f can enter pavi l ions, where i t is possible to manoeuvre and park, how they are bound to guarantee the safety of those present) . In case of non-observance of ent ry hours and of the relat ive procedures, Fiera Roma can order the pass wi thdrawal. In the Exhibi t ion per iod Exhibi tors ’ motor vehic les can park only during the opening hours in the areas not i f ied by Fiera Roma by showing the spec ial permit to be requested at the Service Help desk (Serviz i Tecnic i ) by f i l l ing in the special form. Dur ing the Exhibi t ion, wi th in the l imi ts of the hours foreseen by the Exhibi t ion General Regula-t ions, i t wi l l be permi t ted to change, to restock and arrange materia l accessing to the pavi l ion only wi th hand parcels (the use of t ro l leys is not al lowed). Possible exceptions as regards the above provis ions can be granted only on the basis of a jus-t i f ied request to be submit ted to the Service Help desk (Serviz i Tecnic i) . 1.2 ACCESS TO THE STAND BEFORE OR AFTER THE SCHEDULED OPENING TIME Possible requests of extension of the t ime schedule foreseen in the f i t t ing-up and dismantl ing period must be submi t ted to the Service Help desk (Servizi Tecnic i ) by f i l l ing in the special form. The request must be made at least 2 hours before the required extension. Fiera Roma wi l l issue the authorizat ion according to i ts unquestionable judgement. When the extension request is submi t ted, the Service Help desk (Serviz i Tecnic i ) wi l l not i fy to be paid to Fiera Roma as expense refund. This amount wi l l have to be paid at the same t ime as the issuing of the authorizat ion. I f people remain in the stand area after c losing t ime wi thout the necessary authorizat ion, Fiera Roma wi l l take al l the act ions that i t deems suitable or necessary in each part icular case, a lso for safety purposes, and the non-complying Exhibi tor wi l l be f ined as wel l as bound to pay compensation for any extra costs incurred. 1.3 FIERA ROMA SUPERVISION POWER AND SURVEILLANCE Fiera Roma staf f and the one entrusted by i t supervises the Fair Grounds, so that thei r regula-t ions and the general condi t ions of part ic ipat ion contracts are compl ied wi th; Fiera Roma wi l l arrange for a general dai ly and night survei l lance serv ice and a permanent gar-r ison at the entrance and inside the Fair Grounds for the opening hours ( f i t t ing up-event-dismantl ing) of each s ingle Exhibi t ion; the service wi l l be carr ied out by regularly authorized and identi f ied staf f . The above staf f wi l l be entrusted wi th the control o f permi ts for the entrance into the Fai r Grounds and wi th the compliance wi th these Regulat ions.

The staf f of the Survei l lance Service, i f necessary wi th the co-operat ion of the I tal ian Pol ice Author i t ies, may make random checks on vehic les and t ransported goods leaving the Fair Grounds. The Exhibi tor , in any case, is the only keeper of the stand, of the relat ive equipments and of exhibi ts for the whole Exhib i t ion period ( including f i t t ing-up and dismant l ing days) . Independently of the above provis ion, the Exhibi tor has to keep watch di rect ly on his own stand and exhibi ts in the opening hours and in the f i t t ing-up and dismant l ing period. Fiera Roma provides for speci f ic survei l lance serv ices under payment . The Exhibi tor can re-quest these serv ices by f i l l ing in the special form (see Fiera Roma sr l . onl ine services) . Services rendered by secur i ty companies di f ferent from those author ized by Fiera Roma are not admi t ted in the closing t ime of pavi l ions. NOTE : Intervent ion r ight towards Exhibi tors remains even when the Exhibi t ion is not organized di rect ly by Fiera Roma.

CHAPTER 2 – REQUIREMENTS – PROVISIONS – BANS

2.1 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS People entering the Fair Grounds are bound to keep a c iv i l behaviour, to respect the property and the equipment belonging both to Fiera Roma and th i rd part ies inside the Fai r Grounds and comply wi th the provis ions and regulat ions given by Fiera Roma at the entrance and inside the Fair premises wi th special traf f ic s igns, wi th wr i t ten not ices, radio announcements as wel l as by means of serv ice staff and any other means; they are also informed that radio announce-ments and the inst ruct ions given by service staf f prevai l over other not ices. 2.2 TRAFFIC IN THE FAIR GROUND The regulat ions of the I tal ian Highway Code, i f appl icable, wi l l be in force inside the area of the Fair Grounds. Maximum al lowed speed for vehicles cannot exceed 15 km/h. Fiera Roma does not shoulder any responsibi l i ty for possible damage to stat ionary vehicles or vehic les in mot ion inside the above area. The park ing of motor vehic les inside the Fai r Grounds overnight is not a l lowed, even in case of mechanical fa i lure. I t is absolutely forbidden to stop in f ront of pav i l ion entrances, emergency exi ts and near crossroads. 2.3 GENERAL BANS Inside the Fair Grounds i t is forbidden:

- to introduce explosive, detonat ing, suf focat ing, f lammable and in any case dangerous mater ials into the Fai r Grounds wi thout the necessary author izat ion of the author i t ies in charge and the previous authorizat ion, i f any, by Fiera Roma;

- to hand out advert is ing mater ial ( reviews, catalogues, brochures, leaf lets and so on) not perta in ing to the Exhib i tor, who can arrange for the dist r ibut ion only in his own stand or by submi tt ing a wr i t ten request to Fiera Roma;

- to use Fiera Roma trademark wi thout i ts previous author izat ion; - to cause nuisance to or d is turb in every way the regular progress of the Exhibi t ion, un-

der penalty of the immediate exclusion f rom the Fai r Grounds; - to smoke inside exhibi t ion pavi l ions and connected serv ice areas (restaurants, bars,

off ices, meet ing rooms and so on); - to smoke in external areas near combust ib le material and in areas where no-smoking

s igns are displayed; - i t is forbidden to move around wi th ro l ler skates or s imi lar equipment outs ide the exhi-

bi t ion areas assigned to each Exhibi tor ; In any case, i t is forbidden to move around wi th rol ler skates inside and outs ide pavi l ions, pursuant to the Legislat ive Decree no. 285 dt . 30.4.1992.

- to carry out pol i t ical propaganda inside the Fair Grounds; - to br ing dogs and animals of any k ind into the Fai r Grounds, except ion made for dogs

helping bl ind people; - to enter the Fai r Grounds wi th cameras and video cameras, video cassette recorders

and wi th any other k ind of device for f i lming wi thout the previous authorizat ion of Fiera Roma Management;

- to take photos and shoot or v ideo in any way the in ter iors of the Fair Grounds, stands and exhibi ts wi thout a previous wr i t ten author izat ion of Fiera Roma Management and/or s tand owner.

Fiera Roma can forbid the access of people carrying bags, sui tcases or other luggage to the Fair Grounds or to s ingle pavi l ions, ordering to leave them in the c loakroom. 2.4 SPECIAL BANS (IN PARTICULAR FOR EXHIBITORS AND STAND FITTERS) The fo l lowing bans are referred especial ly to exhibi tors and stand f i t ters . I t is forbidden:

- to int roduce and use LPG gas and methane bot t les; - to exhibi t machinery and vehic les with fuel in the tank; - to put exhibi ted machines into operat ion i f not previously author ized by Fiera Roma; - to of fer food and/or dr inks for payment inside the Exhibi tor ’s own stand; - to exhibi t part of stand f i t t ings as carpet or lef t -overs of any k ind in pavi l ions. - to carry products and mater ials out of the Fai r Grounds in the course of the Exhibi t ion,

barr ing a di f ferent wr i t ten regulat ion f rom Fiera Roma; - access to the under- f i f teens during the f i t t ing-up and dismant l ing period. - to drag heavy loads, hi t the f loor wi th blunt inst ruments, c i rculate inside pavi l ions wi th

vehic les wi thout rubber tyres that can scratch the f loor in any case; - to deposit any k ind of f i t t ing-up materia l ins ide the Fair Grounds, except ion made for

the areas rented out by Fiera Roma and for the ones adjoin ing Exhibi tors ’ stands, i f i t does not cause hindrance to passage and at any rate for the t ime st r ic t ly necessary for the use of this materia l ;

- to use the hol low spaces between stand inner and outer wal ls and the areas under ra ised plat forms to store any k ind of mater ial ;

- to discharge waste water into pavi l ion minor ducts ; - to d ischarge harsh water for metal and cement, hardening substances, evi l -smel l ing

water, dyes; - to keep inside stands empty packing, pr in ted mat ter and adver t is ing materia l in a quan-

t i ty exceeding normal dai ly consumption; such dai ly consumpt ion is unquestionably de-f ined by the Service Help desk (Serviz i Tecnic i ) in agreement wi th Fiera Roma Preven-t ion and Protect ion Service;

- to use stoves, e lectr ic heaters or other s imi lar e lect r ic appl iances inside pavi l ions; - to carry f lammable substances, compressed or l iquid gas, caust ic or corrosive sub-

stances, toxic, poisonous or i r r i tat ing substances into pavi l ions and store them in stands. In part icular cases, where i t is necessary to use inert gas for pract ical demon-strat ions, Exhibi tors may request Fiera Roma Prevent ion and Protect ion Service to ex-amine the possibi l i ty of al lowing the use of a bot t le of said gas. The containers of these substances may be displayed empty;

- inks, solvents and other f lammable l iquids must be stored in the special external de-posi ts provided by Fiera Roma. Suitable c losed metal containers must be used for thei r t ransport to the stand. The storage in the stand is only al lowed in the quant i ty st r ic t ly necessary for the dai ly machine operat ion. Fi re-ext inguishers and “no-smoking” s igns must be placed near containers and machines.

CHAPTER 3 – STAND FITTING UP/DISMANTLING

3.1 PROVISIONS CONCERNING STAND LAYOUT The Exhibi tor must keep his f i t t ing wi th in the surface that was al lot ted to him; th is surface wi l l be marked of f ei ther by adhesive tape or by signs on the f loor on the front s ide of s tands or ac-cording to the speci f ic instruct ions of the Fiera Roma staf f in charge. Without prejudice to the prohibi t ion to hinder the passage in gangways and taking into account the shor t t ime avai lable to carry out works in the stand, i t is recommended that the various par ts of the f i t t ing arr ive in the pavi l ion made up of a l ready prepared and f in ished elements that simply requi re assembly and f inal touch-up on the spot. Contractors, in any case, have to bui ld up stands so as not to damage the aspect of neighbour-ing s tands and be detr imental to other par t ic ipants and v is i tors. Height , as a rule, must be kept below the l imi t al lowed by the Exhibi t ion General Regulat ions. The maximum height for two-storey s tands is laid down at about 6.50 m. As areas are not provided wi th part i t ion wal ls, each company is obl iged to carry out at i ts ex-pense f i t t ings that take in to account this boundary between neighbour ing stands. When designing stand lay-outs , moreover, i t must be considered that s tands are also v is ib le from above, therefore part icular care must be given to the stand upper f in ishing. Any responsibi l i ty for f i t t ings is shouldered by the Exhibi tor only, who expressly exempts Fiera Roma from the damages that might be possibly caused to him and/or th i rd part ies as a conse-quence of an imperfect f i t t ing. Fiera Roma reserves the r ight to have f i t t ings modi f ied or re-moved in case they have been carr ied out wi thout approval or they are not in keeping wi th the

authorized lay-out, wi thout pre judice to the refund of possible damages suf fered by Fiera Roma. Any responsibi l i ty as regards f i t t ing stat ics l ies on the Exhibi tor only, who expressly exempts Fiera Roma for the damage that might be caused to th i rd par t ies because of planning and con-struct ion faul ts, a lso includ ing the structural calculat ion taken f rom the detai l drawings of oc-cupied sur faces. The minimum load of f loors used in f i t t ings is 400 kg/sq.m., and i t wi l l have to be previously cer t i f ied by a qual i f ied professional . Further, for the design of the stand has to be considered:

- in case of stands having c losed rooms wi th a surface over 100 sq.m must be foreseen at least an emergency exi t of 120 cm to a safe place beyond entrances; stand exi ts must be also indicated in the var ious rooms. These s igns must be independently pow-ered and remain v isib le in case of fai lure of the power supply of the stand or of the general l ight ing system in the pavi l ion;

- stands wi th false cei l ing wi thout openings must be equipped wi th an independent emergency l ight instal lat ion suf f ic ient for the carrying out of the exhibi t ion act iv i ty.

3.2 AUTHORIZATION OF THE LAYOUT: Layouts for the fo l lowing types of f i t t ings require a previous authorizat ion from Fiera Roma:

- for personal ized s tands wi th surfaces exceeding 48 sq.m. (shel l scheme excepted); - for the accomplishment of two-storey stands, i f al lowed by the Exhibi t ion Regulat ions; - for stands wi th suspension of ob jects.

The layout must be submit ted in dupl icate to Fiera Roma by the Exhibi tor and/or h is contractor at least 30 days before the beginning of each Exhibi t ion, and i t wi l l have to enclose the fol low-ing documents: a) for stands:

- PLAN, SCHEME AND SECTION ON A 1:50 SCALE; - PERSPECTIVE OR AXONOMETRY ( IF AVAILABLE) on an adequate scale; - TECHNICAL REPORT, in which the f i re react ion class of used materia ls is s tated in

advance; th is c lass in any case must not exceed the c lass 2 also for composi te panels. A br ief descr ipt ion of the elect r ic instal la t ion must a lso be ment ioned; this one must be carr ied out in fu l l compl iance wi th laws and, in part icular , i t must foresee a sui table di f ferent ia l swi tch upstream of the supply;

- NAME OF THE FITTER entrusted by the exhibi t ing company, i ts company name and head of f ice.

b) for suspensions: - PLAN and TECHNICAL REPORT, as foreseen for the request of the suspension serv ice

(please check even chapter “Other serv ices of fered on request” ). 3.3 FITTING-UP MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS Al l materia ls to be used for stand f i t t ing up (part i t ion wal ls , backdrops, p lat forms, cover ings, fabr ics, false cei l ings, curta ins, carpets , var ious structures and so on) must be INCOMBUSTI-BLE, ORIGINALLY FIREPROOF or FIREPROOFED, in compliance wi th the fo l lowing provisions:

- Circular Let ter of the Ministry of the Inter ior no. 12 dt . 17.5.1980; - Decree of the Minis try of the Inter ior dt . 6.7.1983, Off ic ia l Gazette of the Republ ic no.

201 dt. 23.7.1983; - Minister ial Decree dt . 2.6.1984, Off ic ia l Gazet te no. 234 dt . 25.8.1984; - Minister ial Decree dt . 2.8.1984, Off ic ia l Gazet te no. 246 dt . 6.9.1984,

and they must comply wi th fo l lowing requi rements:

1. mater ials must be approved according to f i re react ion c lasses on the basis of the proofs as per Minis ter ial Decree dt . 26.6.1984 of the Centre for Research, Ministry of the Inter ior , Roma Capannel le, or i t must be tested by legal ly recognized Bodies and Laboratories; proofs must not date back to more than one year;

2. wal ls , curtains and f loors must be of a c lass not exceeding 1; 3. mater ials used to carry out cei l ings and false cei l ings must be approved as belonging

to c lass 1 and must be tested ei ther on the cei l ing or as curta ins wi thout any dripping; 4. f loors must belong to a c lass not exceeding 2; in case i t is necessary to reach emer-

gency exi ts through the stand, the material on the way must be of c lass 0; 5. a l l f i t t ing-up materia ls must be used in str ic t compl iance wi th the provis ions of their

cer t i f icate of approval ; 6. f i reproofed products must only be used on the mater ials referred to in the test cer t i f i -

cates issued by the Minis try of the In terior or by legal ly recognized laboratories;

7. mater ials to be processed wi th f i reproof ing products must undergo the t reatment before thei r int roduct ion into Exhibi t ion pavi l ions.

8. f i reproof processing cannot be carr ied out on the Exhibi t ion premises, and i t must be accompanied by a regular cert i f icate ment ioning: a) Exhibi tor ’s company name, pavi l ion and stand number; b) the l is t of materia ls that underwent the f i reproof processing; c) the date of the ef fected f i reproof t reatment; d) processed surface; e) the main features of the used product; f ) the personal data of the person who carr ied out the t reatment and his s ignature.

9. a l l mater ia ls must be accompanied by the test cert i f icates attest ing the approval as per points 1, 2, 3 , 4 and 5 as wel l as by of f ic ia l documents proving the purchase (as al-ready requested at the previous point 3.1) ;

10. i t is forbidden to use non-approved plast ic materials, synthet ic fabr ics that cannot be f i reproofed, n i trocel lu lose and oi l paints and varnishes, reed mats, rush matt ing, lat -t ices, bl inds made up of th in wooden slats or s imi lar , wal lpaper and al l materia ls that are not accompanied by a regular approval cert i f icate as stated above.

3.4 GENERAL REGULATIONS FOR STAND FITTING UP While bui ld ing up stands the fol lowing provis ions must be obl igatori ly observed:

- the routes for passage leading to emergency exi ts must be le f t accessible; these ones must be always kept c lear in order to permit thei r use in any eventual i ty; when taking possession of h is stand area, the Exhibi tor is bound to become fami l iar wi th their loca-t ion and must ensure that h is employees do the same;

- emergency ex i ts, passage areas and escape routes must be ful ly pract icable; any en-cumbrance or project ion that can obstruct access to them must be avoided;

- hydrant out lets and any form of f i re- f ight ing device inside pavi l ions must be always v isib le and immediately serv iceable. Exhibi tors are reminded that making unservice-able a device designed for f i re ext inct ion is a cr iminal o ffence according to the art . 451 of the Penal Code. Ascer tained i rregulari t ies shal l be not i f ied to the authori t ies in charge (Fire Brigade);

- serv ice technical boxes and control dev ices of any k ind inside pavi l ions must be al -ways kept accessible;

- l i f ts and service l i f ts , passages and driveways must be kept pract icable. I t is forbidden:

- to dri l l and dr ive nai ls and/or screws into wal ls, cei l ings, f loor , p i l lars, and any other sur face inside or outs ide pavi l ions;

- to paint s tand structures inside pavi l ions both by hand and wi th spray; th is prohibi t ion equal ly appl ies to paint and/or enamel as wel l as to washable water paint . I t is l ikewise forbidden to t reat materia l against f i re inside pavi l ions;

- to carry out welding works of any k ind and nature; - to use any k ind of f ree f lame; - to pour over pavi l ion f looring oi l , pet rol , chemical products and solvents; - to soi l f loors , wal ls, equipments belonging to Fiera Roma wi th paints, g lue or other as

wel l as to put adhesives over them; - to carry out excavat ions or changes to the st ructure of exhibi t ion areas; - to carry out di rect connect ions to services (water , electr ic power, telephone and so on)

on one’s own or by th i rd par t ies who have not been author ized by F iera Roma; - to apply loads to pavi l ion structures, wal ls and l ight ing structures, even i f they are l ight

loads (posters, cables, panels, banners and so on). Any suspension f rom pavi l ion has to be requested beforehand by sending the reservat ion form. The provision and sus-pension of fastening points, and thei r modi f icat ion, can be carr ied out only by Fiera Roma or by the responsible serv ice companies of Fiera Roma. The serv ice compl ies wi th the condi t ions la id down in the chapter “Other services of fered on request” (Sus-pension Service) .

- to lay on the f loor or t ighten above the ground through gangways ducts or cables for technical serv ice supply.

Dur ing the stay on the Fair Grounds each Exhibi tor has to comply with the fo l lowing provis ions:

- in the f i t t ing-up and dismant l ing periods Exhibi tors are obl iged to arrange for the im-mediate removal of packing from stand areas and gangways, which can be used only temporari ly for the loading/unloading of f i t t ing-up mater ials or exhibi ts . At any rate, this temporary use must a lways be made in an order ly way, so as to avoid making

gangways completely impract icable. Fiera Roma reserves to take act ion in case of non-compliance and charge the Exhibi tor wi th the relevant costs and f ines;

- i t is forbidden to leave on the Fai r Grounds any waste materia l and debris f rom f i t t ing-up works;

- i t is forbidden to carry out operat ions outs ide Exhibi tors ’ own stands, also to avoid in-ter ference wi th the act iv i ty of other s tands as wel l as f raudulent gangway occupation;

- i t is forbidden to use radio equipment in the Exhibi t ion f i t t ing-up and dismantl ing pe-r iod, also to al low everyone to l isten to serv ice and safety communicat ions t ransmi tted by the broadcast ing system in pavi l ions;

- at the end of each day in the f i t t ing-up, Exhibi t ion and dismant l ing period, and in any case before leaving the stand, the Exhibi tor must a lways:

• turn of f the swi tches of his electr ic ins tal lat ion; • make sure that no burning materia l is lef t in the s tand; • leave al l areas accessible, including those used for of f ices and meet ing

rooms, deposi ts or s torerooms, for possib le inspect ions of safety of f icers . 3.5 ACCEPTANCE AND CERTIFICATS Upon request of the technical personnel entrusted by Fiera Roma i t is obl igatory to show the fo l lowing documents:

- Form A03 (onl ine serv ices) “ Statement of compl iance wi th the rules of the t rade ac-cording to D.M. No 37 of 22.1.2008” , s igned by the qual i f ied technic ian of the stand f i t -ter staf f enclosing the at tachments mentioned in form A03;

- cer t i f icates of the tests made on mater ia ls used for f i t t ing, in compl iance wi th the laws on f i re prevent ion, as wel l as wi th a declarat ion of use;

- cer t i f icate of stat ic sui tabi l i ty and of compl iance of hanging st ructures wi th the project (as foreseen for the request of the suspension service - chapter “Other services of -fered on request”) ;

- in case the hanging structures have been instal led by the exhibi tor ’s stand bui ld ing contractor, he wi l l have to produce the Declarat ion of correct ins tal lat ion carr ied out by a qual i f ied technic ian wi th test of suspended masses.

In any case, at the end of f i t t ing-up operat ions and 24 hours before the beginning of the Exhibi -t ion, the above documents must be submi t ted to Fiera Roma, Serv ice Help desk (Serviz i Tec-nic i ) , or – i f foreseen by the Exhibi t ion General Regulat ions – to the Organiz ing Secretaria t. 3.6 EXHIBITION OF PREFABRICATED STRUCTURES, CRANES, SCAFFOLDING, MACHINERY IN MOTION,

DISPLAY OF MACHINES AND DEVICES For the presentat ion of prefabr icated st ructures, elevators, sel f-assembl ing cranes and the l ike, scaffo ld ings, provis ional f rameworks and structures in general the Exhibi tor must guarantee the fu l l enforcement of al l safety, legis lat ive and prescr ibed regulat ions as wel l as those mot ivated by experience and caut ion dur ing his stay on the Fai r Grounds; besides, he also commits him-sel f to comply scrupulously wi th Fiera Roma inst ruct ions. Exhibi ted machinery of any type cannot be put into operat ion; except ions, i f any, wi l l be granted in wr i t ing by Fiera Roma Technical Management, provided that this does not cause any nuisance or r isk or danger to thi rd part ies . Machinery cannot be act ivated inside pavi l ions by operat ing internal combust ion engines, and they must not involve the use of fuel or gas bot t les. The Exhibi tor, at any rate, is obl iged to f i t machinery and appl iances wi th al l necessary devices prevent ing accidents, disturbance of the peace, rank smel l and gas or l iquid emissions. Machines, ins tal la t ions, appl iances and equipments to be exhibi ted must be in compl iance wi th accident prevention measures and wi th any other law and regulat ion provis ion, and they must be complete wi th the prescr ibed adminis trat ive documents issued by the Author i t ies in charge. The permanence of machinery or vehic les inside the Fair Grounds must be authorized by Fiera Roma. The fuel tanks of machinery or vehicles, at any rate, must be empty, and bat ter ies must be disconnected. The Exhibi tor wi l l shoulder any penal and c iv i l responsibi l i ty for possible acc idents and/or damages that might occur to th i rd part ies as a consequence of the non-observance or breaking of the above provis ions and/or inst ruct ions. 3.7 STAND DISMANTLING Before the closing of the Exhibi t ion i t is not possible to dismant le the stand total ly or part ia l ly. At the end of the Exhibi t ion the space must be lef t in i ts or ig inal condi t ions. Stand dismant l ing can only take place af ter the c losing of the Show according to the t imetable not i f ied by F iera Roma Management for each s ingle Exhibi t ion.

Fiera Roma reserves the r ight , in case of proven need, to lay down di f ferent t imes and prior i -t ies for the dismantl ing of stands located in speci f ic areas. Stand dismant l ing operat ions must take place ful ly respect ing the integr i ty both of temporary technical instal lat ions (telephone plugs, fax machines, telephones) and of e lect r ic instal la t ions and appl iances. Materia ls used for stand f i t t ing up (part i t ion wal ls, fa lse cei l ings, f loor coverings and so on) must be obl igatori ly removed and taken away f rom the Fai r Grounds. Possible traces of glue on the f loor caused by the double-adhesive tape used to lay carpet or other f loor coverings must also be removed. Damages, i f any, that can be unequivocal ly ascribed to the Exhibi tor shal l be charged to him. When the deadl ine for stand return expi res, any mater ia l st i l l remaining in the stand wi l l be of -f ic ial ly removed by Fiera Roma wi thout not i f icat ion and stored at the r isk and expense of the Exhibi tor, who hereby accepts th is possibi l i ty as f rom now. Al l expenses der iv ing f rom i t , as wel l as any r isk for thef t , loss and damage wi l l be shouldered by him. After two months f rom the deadl ine foreseen for stand dismant l ing Fiera Roma reserves the r ight to sel l uncol lected mater ia ls by auct ion, deduct ing the expenses i t might have incurred. 3.8 SERVICES IN PAVILION DURING FITTING UP AND DISMANTLING Fiera Roma sr l . guarantees the fol lowing serv ices:

- Pavi l ion l ight ing: covered Exhibi t ion areas have l ight ing in tensi ty necessary for the carrying out o f stand f i t t ing-up and dismant l ing operat ions;

- Serv ice out lets: serv ice out lets are those out lets put at Exhibi tor ’s d isposal and in-stal led at one or more points in each pavi l ion for the use of e lect r ic power during the f i t t ing-up and dismant l ing operat ions of each Exhibi t ion

- use of to i let faci l i t ies for each pavi l ion group. Fiera Roma is expressly re l ieved of any responsibi l i ty for possible damages the Exhibi tor might suf fer for the fa i lure of these serv ice as wel l as for i ts suspension and/or in terrupt ion for causes that cannot be ascr ibed to Fiera Roma or for c ircumstances beyond i ts control . In the f i t t ing-up and dismant l ing period pavi l ions are not ai r -condi t ioned (heated or cooled), barr ing a di f ferent unquest ionable decis ion by Fiera Roma.

CHAPTER 4 – ACCIDENT PREVENTION AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH

According to what is foreseen by the Law D. Lgs. 9 apri le 2008, n. 81 concerning the Occupa-t ional Heal th and Safety in workplaces, in case of stand construct ion, bui ld-up and furnishing i t is up to Exhib i tors as employers to put a l l prevention act ions into pract ice, so that working ac-t iv i ty can take place in the maximum safety condi t ions. I f these operat ions are not carr ied out di rect ly, the Exhibi tor wi l l have to inform and require f rom entrusted companies the ful l compl i -ance wi th the provis ions ment ioned by the Laws. Each Exhibi tor /Contractor is bound to register duly (see Fiera Roma srl . onl ine services) by the foreseen deadl ine the name of the stand f i t ters company and the own personnel to enter the Fair Grounds during the f i t t ing up and dismant l ing period. The person entrusted by the Exhibi tor has to observe st r ic t ly the accident prevent ion regula-t ions foreseen by the I ta l ian Law (Presidentia l Decree nos. 547/55, 303/56 and so on) and par-t icular ly what is laid down by the Law D. Lgs. 9 apri le 2008, n. 81. Should the nature and/or the k ind of f i t t ings need i t , Exhibi tors must a lso fo l low the regulat ions concerning temporary or mobi le bui ld ing s i tes (contained in the Legis lat ive Decree no. 494 dt . 14.8.1996 and fol lowing changes and integrat ions) . RESPONSIBILITY Any non-compl iance wi th the above provis ions wi l l be a source of responsibi l i ty for the Exhib i -tor for the damages that th i rd part ies or their property, both belonging to Fiera Roma and to others, might suffer in the f i t t ing-up and d ismant l ing per iod and during the Exhibi t ion. The Exhibi tor , therefore, wi l l be obl iged to compensate th i rd part ies or Fiera Roma for the damages that might be caused direct ly or indi rect ly, re l ieving Fiera Roma f rom any possible cla im, demand or recoupment.

CHAPTER 5 - FIRE PREVENTION AND PROVISIONS FOR EMERGENCY CASES

Each Exhibi tor must obl igator i ly instal l in his s tand one or more f i re-ext inguishers, suppl ied by Fiera Roma srl . , in compliance wi th Law provis ions in a wel l -v is ib le, accessible posi t ion, ac-cording to the rat io of one f i re-ext inguisher per 100 sq.m. of s tand area or f ract ion thereof. Fiera Roma wi l l arrange in i ts of f ic ial capacity for the del ivery of the necessary f i re-ext inguishers to the s tand, charging the relat ive amount in the f inal statement of account, i f the hi re of f i re-ext inguishers is not a lready included in stand rental . Exhibi tors are reminded that Fiera Roma is only equipped wi th powder f i re-ext inguishers. After the Exhibi t ion closing to the publ ic f i re-ext inguishers shal l be col lected by Fiera Roma; fa i lure to return them wi l l involve the payment of a compensation amounting to € 50.00. Each Exhibi tor is bound to guarantee that h is staf f on the stand is able to use f i re-ext inguishers correct ly; he is also bound to place them in the stand in a wel l v is ible , accessible posit ion. The Exhibi tor must a lso comply wi th any further provis ion that the Provincia l Vigi lance Com-mission and the Provincial Fi re Brigade Command wi l l deem necessary; in th is case, Exhibi tors wi l l be adequately informed. When taking possession of the s tand area, the Exhibi tor must become fami l iar wi th the locat ion of exi ts and escape routes in the pavi l ion and ensure that h is staf f does the same. Fiera Roma Srl is provided wi th i ts own f i re survei l lance uni t , act ing in the f i t t ing-up and dis-mant l ing per iods, and wi th f i re devices ( f i re-ext inguishers, f i re hydrants and so on); dur ing the Exhibi t ions open to the publ ic, the Nat ional Fi re Brigade wi l l be also present. When a danger condit ion ar ises, immediate not ice must be given to the s taf f in charge. In case of f i re, besides informing the staff , each Company wi l l have to see that i ts personnel s tays cool and fo l lows the instruct ions of the serv ice staff ; in case the staff can also act by means of per-sonnel t ra ined wi th the avai lable ext inct ion devices placed in the var ious Exhibi t ion areas. In case of evacuat ion order, Exhibi tors must avoid running or screaming or using l i f ts , and they have to reach the nearest emergency exi ts that have been indicated.

CHAPTER 6 – ELECTRIC INSTALLATIONS

Fiera Roma provides mains power to s tand areas wi th the same supply character ist ics as those of i ts e lectr ic suppl iers. Each Exhibi tor is a potent ial user, and he cannot give elect r ic power to th i rd part ies. 6.1 POWER SUPPLY REQUEST The consumer of the power to be suppl ied has to f i l l in the form “Electr ic Connections” (see onl ine services of Fiera Roma sr l . ) and submit i t to Fiera Roma by the deadl ine la id down in i t . In th is form Exhibi tors must speci fy the preferred posi t ion for the connect ion (which is not b ind-ing for Fiera Roma, as the request can be sat isf ied only in case of existence of the technical condi t ions) as wel l as the overal l requested electr ic power, inclusive of the minimum instal led power. The minimum instal led elect r ic power, i f the relat ive cost is included in stand renta l or th is ser-vice is compulsory, wi l l be mentioned in the Exhibi t ion General Regulat ions and/or in the above ment ioned form “Electr ic Connections”. Mains power can be suppl ied through a f ive-pole system (3P+N+T) protected upstream by a four-way magnetothermic d i f ferent ia l swi tch or by a three-pole socket (P+N+T) protected up-stream by a two-pole magnetothermic di f ferent ia l swi tch. 6.2 ELECTRIC SYSTEM DESIGN AND INSTALLATION Al l e lect r ic instal la t ions downstream f rom the out le t point given by Fiera Roma are total ly at Exhibi tor ’s expense, who wi l l have to accompl ish them perfect ly, in compl iance wi th the regula-t ions in force, especial ly I ta l ian DM 37/2008. Fi t ters of the electr ical instal lat ions which are registered in a country member of the European Community, have to possess a cert i f icate of vocat ional qual i f icat ion as foreseen by equivalent standards of the country. Electrical installa-tions carried out by f i tters belonging to extra EU companies, s ince the Secur i ty s tandards for elect r ical instal lat ions are di f ferent to the I ta l ian or to the EU regulat ions, have to be cert i -f ied by a company registered in I ta ly in accordance wi th DM 37/2008 After the instal lat ion of electr ic systems in the stand each Exhibi tor is bound to submit the form A03 (see onl ine serv ices) “Statement of compliance wi th the Industry Standard”, enclosing the instal ler ’s cert i f icate of vocat ional qual i f icat ion (as al ready requested before). Al l components

of the electr ic instal lat ion must comply wi th C.E.I . s tandards and bear the IMQ mark or an equivalent one in case of foreign Countr ies. 6.3 CONNECTION TO THE FAIR MAINS POWER SUPPLY Uti l i ty power out lets can be used by Exhibi tors and stand contractors only in the f i t t ing-up and dismantl ing periods for works requir ing the use of smal l e lectr ic tools. Temporary connections of stand instal lat ions to the power supply network are not al lowed in these periods. As soon as the elect r ic instal la t ion inside the stand has been completed by qual i f ied techni-cians in compl iance wi th the law, the Exhibi tor is bound in any case to ask the Service Help desk (Serviz i Tecnici ) for the connect ion to the Fai r mains power supply. The connection wi l l be carr ied out by Fiera Roma staf f or the one entrusted by i t . Fiera Roma reserves the r ight to check the real compl iance of the electr ic instal lat ion and cert i -f icat ions wi th the requi rements speci f ied in the previous paragraph and to decl ine eventual ly the electr ic connect ion of the stand in case of non compliance. The above provisions, in any case, does not re lease the Exhibi tor , who remains the only re-sponsible for h is own instal lat ions to al l intents and purposes. In the f i t t ing-up and dismantl ing period electr ic power is suppl ied by serv ice out lets. I t is absolutely forbidden to carry out the connect ion on one’s own or tamper wi th Fiera Roma instal lat ions; should this occur , the Exhib i tor wi l l be held responsible for a l l possible inconven-iences and damages resul t ing f rom connections carr ied out by unauthorized personnel , in addi -t ion to legal sanct ions. The Exhibi tor is also bound to ver i fy personal ly the mains power supply vol tage when connect-ing his instal lat ion or h is appl iances, rel iev ing Fiera Roma and the of f ic ia l suppl ier f rom any responsibi l i ty for any damage that might occur to persons or things as a consequence of the omit ted check of the supply vol tage or any other cause. Al l exhibi ted equipments running wi th e lect r ic power, at any rate, must be regular ly earthed, part icular ly in case of those producing elect rostat ic charges. In case requested power cannot be suppl ied by avai lable instal lat ions, Fiera Roma can, accord-ing to i ts unquest ionable judgement, e i ther rest rain power wi thin the l imi ts of capaci tance of these instal lat ions or proceed by means of provis ional l ines with the reinforcement of i ts instal -lat ions. In the latter case strengthening l ines wi l l be carr ied out by Fiera Roma, but a l l re lat ive costs wi l l be charged to the interested exhibi t ing companies. As a rule, e lectr ic power supply for l ight ing, mot ive power and other uses wi l l be cut of f imme-diately at the end of the Exhibi t ion, barr ing except ions granted for jus t i f ied reasons to be re-quested in wr i t ing. Exhibi tors are obl iged to disconnect e lect r ic instal lat ions in their stands at the end of each day; non-complying companies wi l l be charged wi th the foreseen f ines. The above provis ions also apply to stands located in areas outs ide pavi l ions. In this case the shunt f rom the mains power supply point made avai lable by Fiera Roma wi l l have to be carr ied out a t Exhibi tor ’s care and expense. 6.4 POWER INCREASES The mains power supply system enables possible power increases also af ter the accomplish-ment of connect ions, as long as in the l imi ts of remaining avai labi l i ty in the sector and in com-pl iance wi th the real locat ion of loads for phase balance. The change wi l l involve the payment for the di f ference, i f any, of the rate la id down in the pr ice l ist , as wel l as a f ixed addi t ional charge.

CHAPTER 7 – COMPRESSED AIR INSTALLATIONS

Pavi l ions are f i t ted wi th a compressed air supply network. The Exhibi tor has to f i l l in the form “WATER CONNECTIONS/ COMPRESSED AIR” and submi t i t to Fiera Roma by the deadl ine foreseen in i t . Equipments to be connected to the compressed ai r network on the Fai r Grounds must be fu l ly operat ional so as not to cause inconveniences dur ing the Exhibi t ion, wi thout prejudice to the fact that the Exhibi tor is responsible for any damage that might be caused by the malfunct ion of his appl iances. The accompl ishment of the provis ional compressed ai r supply network inside the stand as wel l as the relat ive costs must a lways be shouldered by the Exhibi tor and his staff . The ½” intake is of the universal bayonet type and i t is p laced at f loor height . Possible pres-sure reduct ions and f ix ing must be carr ied out at Exhibi tor ’s care and expense. Fiera Roma is expressly re l ieved of any responsibi l i ty for possible damages the Exhibi tor might suf fer for the non-connection of the requested service as wel l as for i ts suspension and/or in-

terrupt ion for causes that cannot be ascr ibed to Fiera Roma or for c i rcumstances beyond i ts control .

CHAPTER 8 – WATER SUPPLY

For the water supply request the Exhib i tor has to f i l l in the form “WATER CONNECTIONS/ COMPRESSED AIR” and submit i t to Fiera Roma by the deadl ine foreseen in i t . Supply condi t ions, the relat ive rates and operat ion speci f icat ions are mentioned in this form. The Exhibi tor expressly re l ieves Fiera Roma and the company carrying out water instal lat ions of any responsibi l i ty for possible damages that might be caused to persons or things by tam-pering or bad use of these instal lat ions; connection to water plugs can only be carr ied out by the s taf f of the company supplying water instal lat ions; temporary derivat ion instal lat ions can be carr ied out also by the Exhibi tor or the persons entrusted by him.

CHAPTER 9 –OTHER SERVICES OFFERED ON REQUEST

Fiera Roma Srl puts support serv ices for a bet ter use of stands during the Show at Exhibi tors ’ disposal . After having booked the space, Fiera Roma srl . wi l l send al l information to access the onl ine serv ices of fered by Fiera Roma where are avai lable together wi th the Technical Regulat ions al l forms for serv ice reservat ion; some of them are compulsory, o thers opt ional. Some of the serv ices of fered to Exhibi tors are described hereunder: 9.1 SUSPENSION FROM HALL CEILINGS

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS - The suspension service can be rendered in al l pavi l ions of Fiera Roma Fair Grounds,

exclusively by Fiera Roma staf f or the one entrusted by i t ; - the suspension serv ice consists in the supply of spec ial cables hooked on the roof ing

beams; these cables can be used to hang f i t t ing-up and l ight ing st ructures belonging to the Exhibi tor , to a contractor of his choice or hi red f rom Fiera Roma;

- the supply of the cables hooked on the roof ing beams per tains exclusively to Fiera Roma, whereas the operat ions of fastening of the st ructures which were not suppl ied by Fiera Roma must be carr ied out by the Exhibi tor or a contractor of h is choice;

- the posi t ion and the number of the cables suppl ied by Fiera Roma shal l be determined by ASA according to the technical pro ject sent by the Exhibi tor and as a consequence of the locat ion of the points f rom which cables can hang;

- the f inal part of the cable suppl ied by Fiera Roma shal l be suppl ied wi th a specia l cer-t i f ied connection wi th f ixed th imble;

- cables shal l be placed at a height which wi l l be equal to or lower than the one required by the Exhibi tor , in compliance wi th the height l imi t al lowed by the Exhibi t ion Regula-t ions;

- the height f rom the ground of suspended st ructures, barr ing an author izat ion from the Organiz ing Board / Operat ing Secretariat waiver ing th is provis ion, must be in compl i -ance wi th the rules of the Exhibi t ion General Regulat ions;

- the maximum load capaci ty of each connection point to be suppl ied by Fiera Roma is kg 140, concentrated in i t ;

- cables suppl ied by Fiera Roma shal l be exclusively hooked onto the special st ructures arranged wi th point dis tr ibut ion in pavi l ions (Exhibi tors are requested to contact Fiera Roma technical of f ice to check the avai labi l i ty o f said points on the sur face above the area al lo tted to them);

- i f the special structures descr ibed in the previous points should not be avai lable in the sur face above the area assigned to the Exhibi tor or their posi t ion should not be sui ted to Exhibi tor ’s requirements, addi t ional part icular hook ing systems can be hi red out ; thei r supply must be agreed upon wi th Fiera Roma technical of f ice f rom t ime to t ime;

- the Exhibi tor or h is contractor must use sui table systems for the fastening of structures guaranteeing their perfect anchorage. Possible used s teel cables must have a diameter not below mm 5, and possib le l ink chains must have a rod diameter not below mm 6;

- suspensions must show a vert ical pro ject ion, therefore cables suppl ied by Fiera Roma cannot be drawn crosswise by the Exhibi tor or h is contractor. In par t icular cases - to

be agreed upon wi th Fiera Roma - minimum tolerances can be admi t ted, but in any case they cannot exceed 10°;

- possible suspensions wi th devices for the handl ing of goods ( tackles, pul leys and so on) must be supplemented by an adequate number of r igid ( f ixed) suspensions;

- loads appl ied to aluminium trusses ( l ight ing equipment, loudspeakers and so on) must be fastened to them, in addi t ion to thei r own elements foreseen for this purpose, a lso by further hooking elements (metal cables, l ink chains) as safety guarantee in case of breaking of their fastening systems;

- mixed suspension systems (cei l ing suspension + f loor prop) are not al lowed for obvi -ous safety reasons;

- cei l ing suspensions must not inter fere wi th the pavi l ion l ight ing system; - in case electr ic equipments are instal led on suspended structures, they must be pow-

ered by using the sockets inside the assigned stand area. Cables going down sus-pended structures must be supported by special supports ( for instance steel cables or p i l lars rest ing on the f loor) .

2. DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED: The Exhibi tor or his contractor shal l submi t at least 30 days before the beginning of the f i t t ing up the “feasibi l i ty study request form” and the fo l lowing documents:

a) Technical project : d imensioned drawings wi th plan, s ide and axonometr ic v iews of what Exhibi tors intend to suspend, point ing out the requested connect ion points on the cei l -ing, descrip t ion of the eventual e lectr ic connections indicat ing the necessary power to be suppl ied;

b) technical report s igned by a qual i f ied chartered professional .

In part icular , the pro ject and the technica l repor t must contain: - br ief descript ion of suspended s tructures; - characterist ics of used materia ls ( r ingbol ts , steel cables or l ink chains, a luminium

trusses and so on); - indicat ion of the loads of used materia ls (aluminium trusses, spot l ights, power cables,

l i f t ing devices and so on); - hypothesis of load of structures and check of st ra ins induced on structures and an-

chorages; - expl ic i t conf i rmat ion of the compl iance wi th the l imi tat ion imposed by Fiera Roma as

regards the maximum load capaci ty of each connection (kg 140 for each suspension point suppl ied by Fiera Roma) and wi th any further indicat ion mentioned in the previ -ous General Provisions;

- check of the sol id i ty of hanging st ructures: i t must be guaranteed at any rate that , in case of break ing of any anchorage to the cables suppl ied by Fiera Roma (connections to st ructures, breaking of a device, i f any, for the handl ing of i tems and so on), the structure is not endangered, wi th the r isk of breaking and/or over load of the s ingle connect ion points beyond the acceptable l imi t .

At the end of works and before the beginning of the Show Exhibi tors must submi t the cert i f icate of stat ic sui tabi l i ty and of compliance of hanging structures wi th the project ; th is document must be drawn up and s igned by a qual i f ied chartered professional who has not been involved in any case in the planning, management and accompl ishment of the work. 3. NOTES: Fiera Roma reserves the possibi l i ty o f instal l ing equipment and/or devices to check Exhibi tors ’ real compl iance wi th the condit ions la id down in the General Provisions. Should Fiera Roma discover a breach in respect of the requi rements of these provis ions (par-t icular ly as regards document submission by the establ ished deadl ine), i t wi l l not author ize the accomplishment of suspensions and, i f they have al ready been carr ied out , i t wi l l ban the un-derly ing area unt i l suspensions are completely removed or they are adapted to the rules of the General Provis ions. Also, electr ic power supply on the s tand may be cut of f . 9.2 PACKING STORAGE Fiera Roma, through the Off ic ia l Suppl ier , provides a service of pack ing col lect ion, storage and return at the end of the Exhibi t ion according to the rates in force. Packing return is carr ied out according to a schedule foreseen every t ime for each Exhibi t ion; the service must be di rect ly requested to the of f ic ia l forwarding agent of Fiera Roma.

In case the Exhibi tor does not in tend to use again or di rect ly recover his packaging, he is bound to ask in advance for the removal and transport to a publ ic dump by f i l l ing in the rele-vant form. 9.3 WASTE DISPOSAL Fiera Roma arranges for the col lect ion and disposal of waste produced by Exhibi tors wi thin the Fair Grounds, except for :

– f i t t ing-up materia l of any k ind, such as part i t ion wal ls, f loor ing, large packing crates, pal lets and so on;

– f i t ted carped; – products, semi- f in ished products and process waste from the demonstrat ions of ma-

chinery operat ing in stands, apart f rom the quant i t ies and typology included in the stand c leaning service;

– promotional materia l such as brochures, leaf lets and so on; – waste that can be c lassif ied as special , dangerous and non-dangerous.

Exhibitors can ask Fiera Roma for the service of disposal of the above waste by means of a special order form. For materia ls d i f ferent f rom the above ones Fiera Roma carr ies out a service of separate refuse col lect ion: in the f i t t ing-up and dismantl ing periods Exhibi tors have to channel the di f ferent waste mater ia l into the special sk ips or dustbins foreseen for th is purpose, or to del iver them to the person in charge of c leaning, who can be ident i f ied by the uni form; th is one wi l l arrange for thei r introduct ion into the special containers . Waste col lect ion, possession, t ransport , s torage and disposal must be carr ied out in compl i -ance wi th the Legis lat ive Decree no. 36, 13/01/2003 and fo l lowing changes and in tegrat ions. The uncontrol led storage of harmful -toxic waste is forb idden by Law and const i tutes a cr iminal of fence that can be penal ly prosecuted; in th is case, F iera Roma wi l l inform the author i t ies in charge of any abuse. In case of waste materia l lef t in pavi l ions, for which no col lect ion request has been submi tted by the foreseen deadl ine, Exhibi tors wi l l be charged wi th the rates ment ioned in the special form wi th a 40% increase. 9.4 REFRESHMENTS AND CATERING INSIDE THE STAND The free offer of food and/or dr inks inside the Exhibi tor ’s own stand is a l lowed, on the under-standing that containers are of the throwaway kind; th is act iv i ty must be previously not i f ied to the Service Help desk (Servizi Tecnic i ) by f i l l ing in the form to be obtained f rom the same Help desk. In case the Exhibi tor wishes to avai l h imsel f of a refreshment and/or catering service on the stand through Fiera Roma, he can apply di rect ly for i t by means of the special form. 9.5 TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES Possible connect ions of the stand to the telecommunicat ion network avai lable on the Fai r Grounds must be di rect ly reserved to the off ic ial suppl ier .

CHAPTER 10 – ADVERTISING

Outside the assigned stand area any k ind of adver t is ing must be exclusively carr ied out through Fiera Roma and i t is subject to the payment of a fee and of the relat ive tax burdens. Exhibi tors may take commercial act ions inside thei r stands only i f these refer to thei r f i rm and i ts represented companies. Promot ional and advert is ing ini t ia t ives must perta in to the product sector for which the Exhibi tor was admi tted to the Show, according to the General Regulat ions. A previous authorizat ion of the Exhibi t ion Organizer is necessary for the dis tr ibut ion of leaf lets in gangways and avenues or for the distr ibut ion of objects const i tu t ing an advert is ing vehic le. Inside the Fai r Grounds i t is forbidden to promote of fer ings, col lect ions of a lms and donations for ins t i tu t ions of any kind, to carry out rel igious, pol i t ical or union act iv i ty and any other act iv -i ty not relevant to the purpose of the Show being held, unless provided wi th an expl ic i t wr i t ten authorizat ion of Fiera Roma Management. SOUND TRANSMISSION AND SCREENINGS Where not expressly forbidden or speci f ied by the Exhibi t ion General Regulat ions, i t is al lowed:

• to carry out sound transmissions and any k ind of phonic at t ract ion; • to use audiovisual , radio and/or televis ion equipments;

• to perform screenings of f i lms or s l ides inside the stand. The volume of appl iances must be kept low, and in any case i t must not d isturb neighbouring stands. The s taf f ent rusted by Fiera Roma can order, i f necessary, even the turning of f of the system. Al l t ransmissions and screenings must not be part of the repertoi re protected by S.I .A.E. ( the I tal ian Authors and Publ ishers’ Associat ion), otherwise the Exhibi tor must ask S.I .A.E. for an “enter ta inment permit ” and carry out the payment of dues in advance, unless a di f ferent provi -sion is foreseen by the Exhibi t ion Genera l Regulat ions. In case of use of sound, v ideo or mul t imedia backup contain ing works or parts of works pro-tected under the Law no. 633 dt . 22.4.1941, copyr ights as wel l as the costs connected wi th backup authent icat ion must be previously paid (Art . 181/bis of the same Law). The i l legal use of works as wel l as the lack of the S.I .A.E. s t icker on the above backup wi l l be prosecuted, as per Arts . 171 and fo l lowing of the Law 633/41.

CHAPTER 11 – INTERNAL HANDLING OF GOODS AND FORWARDING

11.1 TECHNICAL REGULATIONS FOR THE INTERNAL HANDLING OF GOODS Exhibi tors and f i t ters, apar t from speci f ic except ions granted to Fiera Roma of f ic ial contractors, are not al lowed to use fork l i f t t rucks, sel f -propel led cranes and so on inside the Fai r Grounds. Goods handl ing services ( loading, unloading and posi t ioning) can only be rendered by Fiera Roma of f ic ial suppl iers. Vehic le parking and s top must not hamper the internal c i rculat ion on the Fai r Grounds and i t must not take place in exhibi t ion areas. Al l loading and unloading operat ions of goods inside pavi l ions can EXCLUSIVELY take place through the suppl iers authorized to handle and unload goods; they are duly qual i f ied according to the law and are avai lable for any informat ion, explanation and assistance in this connect ion. Services requested to authorized suppl iers are at Exhibi tor ’s expense and are carr ied out ac-cording to the t imes, methods and procedures ment ioned below. The general tar i f fs for the above serv ices are avai lable at the Service Help desk (Serviz i Tec-nic i ) . The above provis ions do not apply to t ransport vehic les wi th crane on board, which anyway may only work inside pavi l ions i f they are f i t ted wi th tubes conveying engine exhaust out of pa-vi l ions, by previous authorizat ion from Fiera Roma (see also chapter 1) . Loading and unloading operat ions outs ide pavi l ions can take place in the special areas adjoin-ing pavi l ion entrances. A hand-t ro l ley and porter hi re serv ice, with in avai labi l i ty l imi ts and at f ixed rates, is avai lable in the f i t t ing-up and dismant l ing per iods and during the Exhibi t ion. In order to save t ime and costs, Exhibi tors are requested to provide the entrusted suppl ier wi th a planimetry of the stand area al lot ted to them, showing the posi t ion of mater ia ls. In the f i t t ing-up per iods, to speed up unloading operat ions, the access to s ingle pavi l ions of vehic les used for goods t ransport wi l l have to be previously authorized by the personnel in charge of pavi l ions, duly taking in to account internal road condit ions, s ingle t ransports and op-erat ions that are being carr ied out , and after contact ing also the off ic ia l suppl iers entrusted wi th goods handl ing. Each abuse concerning the use of vehic les for goods handl ing lacking Law requi rements (un-qual i f ied personnel , means not provided wi th the prescr ibed safety devices, absence of ade-quate insurance coverage) wi l l involve the enforcement of a f ine as speci f ied in the fo l lowing Chapter “Penal t ies and Fines” , and in the most ser ious and repeated cases the t respasser wi l l be ordered to leave def ini t ively the Fai r Grounds; in case he may also be reported to the po-l ice. 11.2 FORWARDING Granted that each Exhibi tor is f ree to avai l h imsel f o f a forwarding agent of his choice, i t is hereby speci f ied that the serv ice of unof f ic ial forwarders can be rendered only outs ide the Fai r Grounds, and inside only i f there are no obl igat ions result ing f rom Fiera Roma entrustment of temporary exc lusive r ight to other forwarders. Characteris t ics, customs procedures and service tar i f fs can be di rect ly requested to Fiera Roma Off ic ia l Forwarding Agent.

CHAPTER 12 – INSURANCE – DAMAGES

12.1 DRAWING UP OF THE INSURANCE Fiera Roma Srl arranges for insurance coverage by means of a special agreement for :

- Exhibi tor ’s goods, materials , f i t t ings and equipment ( f i re/ thef t pol icy); - thi rd-party and employee l iabi l i ty (pol icy RCT/RCO).

The insurance covers the fol lowing: With the f i re pol icy: for the damages that have occurred dur ing the stay in the pavi l ions of Fiera Roma s.r. l . in the Exhibi t ion days, including the f i t t ing-up and dismantl ing per iod, as foreseen by the Exhibi t ion General Regulat ions. Insured i tems: exhibi ts , furnishings, equipment, f i t t ings and any other ob-ject as per general and part icular pol icy condi t ions. Fol lowing cases are included: atmospheric disturbance, f lood, inundat ion, earthquake, terror ism and sabotage and so on. Valuables, pre-cious objects, works of art , money, securi t ies, jewel lery, numismat ic and phi late l ic col lect ions and l iv ing animals are excluded. With the theft pol icy: For the damages that have occurred during the s tay in the pavi l ions of Fiera Roma s.r . l . in the Exhibi t ion days, including the f i t t ing-up and dismant l ing per iod. Insured i tems: exhib i ts , furnish-ings, equipment, f i t t ings and mater ials for the specif ic exhibi t ion. Personal objects in general as wel l as valuables, precious objects, works of art , money, secur i t ies, jewel lery, numismatic and phi late l ic col lect ions and l iv ing animals are excluded. With RCT/RCO pol icy: the Exhibi tor ’s c iv i l l iabi l i ty for damages caused to thi rd part ies ( including Fiera Roma Srl and i ts personnel as wel l as Fiera Roma Spa as bui ld ing owner) and his employees (R.C.O.) . Any c laim for damages towards Fiera Roma Srl is excluded in any case for the above insur-ances. The procedures for the appl icat ion for insurance coverage are mentioned in the form “ Insur-ances” which wi l l be sent by Fiera Roma Srl ; by means of th is form i t wi l l be possible to ask for the integrat ion of the minimum insured sums. 12.2 EXCEPTIONS I f the Exhibi tor a l ready has his own pol icy val id for Fairs and Exhibi t ions, whose insured sums are at least equal to the minimum ones ment ioned by Fiera Roma Srl , he wi l l have to produce a speci f ic declarat ion, unders igned by his Legal representat ive and by the representat ive of the insurance Company, at test ing that exhibi ted goods are covered by an al l - r isk pol icy; the decla-rat ion must a lso contain the c lause of redress renunciat ion towards Fiera Roma Srl and Fiera Roma Spa, subsidiary and connected Companies as wel l as the Organizer and thi rd part ies in-terested in any way in the Exhibi t ion. 12.3 CLAIM FOR DAMAGES In case of thef t the Exhibi tor has to fol low immediately and quickly the following procedure :

1) inform the Insurance Company off icer of the accident; the off icer wi l l be avai lable in the off ice located inside Fiera Roma Fai r Grounds throughout the Exhibi t ion ( inc luding f i t t ing-up and dismant l ing periods);

2) report the accident to the Author i t ies in charge wi th in three days after the theft .

Non-compliance with the above procedure will result in the loss of the compensation right.

12.4 LIABILITY LIMITS In case of non-submission of the documents or lack of subst i tu te dec larat ions as per paragraph “Except ions”, Fiera Roma wi l l o ff ic ia l ly issue the insurance coverage for the Exhibi tor for the minimum value as per General Regulat ions. Exhibi tors are also reminded of the uncondi t ional obl igat ion to observe fol lowing provis ions:

- guaranteeing the presence of their staf f on the stand al l day long; - d isconnect ing the elect r ic instal lat ion of each single s tand at the end of the Exhibi t ion

day. A f ine wi l l be inf l ic ted to non-complying Exhibi tors according to the amounts which wi l l be previously not i f ied;

- checking that show-cases are properly locked.

The Exhibi tor remains in any case the only keeper of h is stand, of the relat ive equipments and of exhibi ts and/or products to be exhibi ted for the whole Exhibi t ion per iod ( including f i t t ing-up and dismant l ing days).

CHAPTER 13 – PENALTIES AND FINES

Exhibi tors and/or contractors working on their behal f are bound to observe the provis ions men-t ioned in these Technical Regulat ions. In case of non-compl iance Fiera Roma wi l l levy a f ine according to the ser iousness of the non-observance. The amount of th is f ine can vary f rom a minimum of € 50.00 to a maximum of € 500.00. As far as f i t t ing up and exhibi ts are concerned, in case of non-compliance Fiera Roma reserves the r ight to s top works or have unadmit ted products removed. The non-observance of the provis ions regulat ing the conformi ty of stand f i t t ing up and the non-receipt of f i reproof ing cert i f icates, the presence of products and materials not in compl iance wi th provis ions, stand f i t t ings making f i re-ext inguishers and a l l connect ions to serv ice boxes/sockets inaccessible as wel l as fa i lure to turn of f swi tches at the end of the day wi l l force Fiera Roma to arrange for the change or the removal in i ts off ic ia l capaci ty, charging the relat ive costs to non-comply ing Exhibi tors . Awai t ing adjustment works Fiera Roma wi l l disconnect the connect ion to electr ic power supply points. Fai lure to return the f i re-ext inguisher wi l l involve the payment of a compensation amounting to € 50.00. In order not to jeopardize the correct and ef fect ive handl ing of the areas with in the Fai r Grounds and permit the smooth organizat ion of the Exhibi t ion, Fiera Roma reserves the r ight to arrange for the removal of vehic les with the relat ive charge to Exhibi tors and for the wi thdrawal of the entry passes to the Fai r Grounds i f fo l lowing cases occur: - extended parking of motor vehic les for over 2 hours; - park ing of motor vehicles overnight or in forbidden areas; - non-compl iance wi th the inst ruct ions given by the in ternal t raf f ic s taf f ; - non-observance of the speed l imi t . Fiera Roma also reserves the r ight to charge the Exhibi tor and the vehic le owner jo int ly wi th a f ine for every breach of speed l imi ts , of prohibi t ions or of the maximum parking t imes foreseen by these Regulat ions, apart f rom the removal of vehic les at Exhibi tor ’s and/or owner’s expense and the payment of possible fur ther damages Fiera Roma might suf fer as a consequence of the non-compl iance wi th the above provis ions.

CHAPTER 14 – PAYMENTS – EXIT FORMS

14.1 PAYMENTS The requested serv ices wi l l be suppl ied only i f the payment has been made before by the ex-hibi tor . Al l orders for services which arr ive wi thout the corresponding payment, are void. 14.2 EXIT FORMS On the days immediately before the c los ing of the Exhibi t ion, the Administ rat ion off ice of Fiera Roma wi l l del iver to the stand the “Exit forms” which - duly f i l led in - must be shown to the sur-vei l lance staf f at the gates for the exi t f rom the Fair Grounds. Addi t ional “Ex it forms” can be requested to the Service Help desk (Serviz i Tecnic i ) . For al l ma-teria l to leave the Fai r Grounds must be f i l led in and shown a s ingle “Exi t forms”. IMPORTANT! The exit of goods and f i t t ings is not allowed to exhibitors who did not clear their outstanding depts to the organizer of the event and/or Fiera Roma.
