L’esperienza nella posa in opera dell’involucro architettonico ha inizio nel 1976,

quando i precursori di Kyriom Group svolgono i primi lavori sui mercati esteri, più precisamente a Jaddah in Arabia

Saudita e a Berlino nella ex DDR (Repubblica Orientale Tedesca), con lavori di copertura e rivestimenti. Negli anni

successivi estendono la propria attività dedicandosi al montaggio di prefabbricati a seguito del terremoto in Irpinia,

Italia, nel 1980 e alla realizzazione di alcune Stazioni e alloggi vari per il personale della FFSS – Ferrovia dello

Stato.

Nel corso degli anni l’azienda, operando nel campo dell’edilizia e servizi affini, partecipa alla realizzazione di opere

affidate a importanti aziende leader del settore, tra queste, in modo significativo: ENEL SpA, FFSS, C.R.I. per la

The expertise relating to the building envelope installation begins in 1976 when

the precursors of Kyriom Group performed the firs cladding and roofing works in foreign markets, in particular in

L’expérience débute en 1976, alors que les précurseurs de Kyriom Group

entreprennent leurs premiers travaux de couverture et de revêtement à Jaddah, en Arabi Saudite, et à Berlin en

ex-RDA. Au cours des années suivantes, son activité s’est élargie à l’assemblage d’éléments préfabriqués suite au

tremblement de terre de l’Irpinia en Italie en 1980, à la réalisation de gares et de sites d’hébergement pour le

personnel des chemins de fer étatiques FFSS. Plus tard, l’agence travaillant dans le domaine des services du

logement et connexes, participe à la réalisation d’ouvres confiées aux grands leaders de l’industrie tels que ENEL

Die Bedürfnisse des Marktes und der modernen Architektur fuhren zur Kompetenz der Erweiterung von Materialen

und Installationen aller Prozesse was Gebäude betrifft, insbesondere Fassadenverkleidung und Fenster aller Arten.

L’azienda Kyriom Group opera nell’ambito dei rivestimenti edilizi in vetro-alluminio e acciaio, serramenti, facciate ventilate, carpenterie metalliche, coperture, impianti fotovoltaici, bonifica e smaltimento amianto e allestimenti prefabbricati metallici. Lavorando in stretta collaborazione con diverse aziende leader del settore, il suo incarico principale consiste nel fornire personale specializzato nell’installazione dei loro prodotti garantendo al contempo una gestione attenta e collaborativa del cantiere. Il personale del suo ufficio tecnico è in grado di fornire quanto richiesto, assistenza progettuale su singole lavorazioni o sull’intero sviluppo della commessa, evitando quindi eventuali problematiche di interfaccia tra fase progettuale e posa in opera dei manufatti. Il suo organico è strutturato in modo da permettere la realizzazione di commesse di ogni genere, dalla più piccola (appartamento o villa privata, piccolo complesso residenziale o negozio) alla più grande (edifici residenziali, commerciali o industriali).

termico, acustico, tenuta all’aria e all’acqua, stabilità meccanica anche in presenza di grandi aperture e prestazioni ulteriori quali, ad esempio, la resistenza all’effrazione e ai proiettili. Naturalmente, l’obiettivo di tutti gli operatori è quello di garantire le prestazioni certificate in laboratorio a manufatto installato facendo in modo che l’interfaccia con la struttura edile non causi degradi funzionali immediati (ponti termici o acustici, ecc.) e nel tempo (stabilità meccanica, funzionalità, ecc.). La posa in opera di un manufatto quindi, indipendentemente dal materiale, è un passaggio fondamentale nel definire le prestazioni di un edificio. Isolamento termico, acustico, resistenza agli agenti atmosferici e portata possono radicalmente essere influenzate dalla qualità della posa in opera. Si tratta dunque di una fase estremamente delicata resa ancor più complessa perché effettuata non nelle comodità di un laboratorio o di un’officina ma nel clima concitato di un cantiere. The company Kyriom Group is engaged in the field of glass-aluminium and steel building cladding, doors and windows, ventilated facades, metal framework, roofing, photovoltaic installations, asbestos reclamation and disposal and installation of metal prefabricated buildings. Directly cooperating with several companies leading in the field, its main business activity is to provide highly skilled personnel specialized in the installation of their products, guaranteeing at the same time a careful and collaborative management of the building site. Of course, the purpose of all operators is to ensure the performance certified in laboratory once the product is installed, so that the interface with the building structure shall not cause functional degradation (thermal or acoustic bridges, etc.) immediately and forward in time (mechanical stability, functionality, etc.). The installation of a product therefore, independently from the material, is a critical step in defining the performance of a building. Thermal insulation, acoustic insulation, resistance to atmospheric agents and load capacity can be radically affected by the quality of installation. It is therefore an extremely delicate phase, made even more complex because not performed in the comfort of a laboratory or workshop but in the excited climate of a building site. Entreprise Kyriom Group opère dans le domaine du revêtement en verre-aluminium des bâtiments, fenêtres, façades ventilées, charpente métallique, couverture, installation photovoltaïque et constructions préfabriquées. Travaillant en étroite collaboration avec plusieurs entreprises leader du secteur, sa tâche principale est de fournir du personnel spécialisé dans l’installation de leurs produits, tout en assurant un gestion prudente et collaborative du chantier. Le personnel de son service technique est en mesure de fournir, sur demande, aide à la conception des processus individuels ou l’ensemble du développement de la commande, évitant ainsi d’éventuels problèmes d’interface entre la conception et l’installation des produits.
