E’ la linea di teste adatte ai centri dilavoro, e trasportabile automaticamentedal magazzino utensili al mandrino eviceversa. L’anello di orientamento e la flangia diindexaggio, che supporta il perno di fermo,sono entrambi posizionabili su 360°consentendo una facile ottimizzazione degliorientamenti angolari del cono e del corpotesta rispetto al tassello di fermo dispostosul mandrino del centro di lavoro. Sulle teste modello TCU, il supporto delmandrino portautensile ha la possibilità - asua volta - di ruotare e posizionarsida 0° a 90°. Quando la testa non è in posizione dilavoro, un sistema di aggancio impedisce larotazione del cono rispetto al corpo testa. Una caratteristica primaria delle testeCONTROL è l’albero centrale realizzatoin un solo pezzo con il cono di attacco,per offrire la massima rigidità.

This range of heads is designed to be used on machiningcentres and can be automatically tranferred from the toolmagazine to the machine spindle and back. The orientation ring and the arrester arm, which carries the arresterpin, can both be rotated through 360°. This allows easy adjustment of the drive taper and head relative toarrester block mounted on the front of the machining centres’ spindlehousing. On TCU heads, the cutter spindle housing can anso swivelfrom 0° to 90°. When the head is unloaded from the machine spindle, a safety latchprevents the drive taper from rotating.

A major feature of the CONTROL heads is the main input shaftwhich is integral with the drive taper to ensure maximum rigidity.

This is a range of heads for traditional machine tools with flangeattachment. The T-slot on the universal flange facilitates positioning the head 360°around its vertical axis. On TCU heads, the cutter spindle housing can also swivel from 0° to 90°. The modular system makes it possible to extend the lenght of the bodyby additing a spacer. The extension spacer, drive tapers and universal flange are modularand therefore interchangeable among all the heads of similar size.

La cava a “T” ricavata sulla flangiauniversale permette un facileposizionamento del corpo testa sui360° intorno al suo asse verticale. Sulle teste modello TCU, ilsupporto del mandrino portautensileha la possibilità - a sua volta - diruotare e posizionarsi da 0° a 90°. Un sistema modulare componibile,rende possibile variare la lunghezzadel corpo testa aggiungendol’elemento di prolunga. Modulo di prolunga, coni e flangiauniversale sono modulari e quindiintercambiabili su tutti i corpi testaappartenenti allo stesso ordine digrandezza.

MASCHIATURAPer le operazioni di maschiatura, tutte le teste standard possonoutilizzare le pinze compensate.Queste pinze sono perfettamente intercambiabili con le normali pinzeelastiche utilizzate per le altre operazioni, e permettono ai maschi diavere una corsa assiale di compensazione per eventuali errori diavanzamento e per l’ inversione della rotazione.La stessa testa, quindi, può essere impiegata sia per forare che permaschiare compatibilmente alla capacità della relativa pinza.

For tapping operations, all standard heads can be equipped with axially-conpensating collets.These collets are fully intercgangeable with the normal collets and allowthe tap to move axially threby compensating for any feed error andfacilitating reversal on direction of rotation.A single head can therefore be used for both drilling and tapping, up tothe diameter alloved by the collet.
