La particolare struttura fisica della membranameccanica OBL (brevetto depositato), consenteuna flessione controllata e permette alla mem-brana un comportamento analogo al pistone.In questo modo la portata diventa quasi insen-sibile alle variazioni della pressione di eserciziodella pompa.

The OBL's unique (patented) mechanical diaph-ragm design ensures controlled volumetric displa-cement, giving plunger-like performances. Thus the flow rate is virtually unaffected by theworking pressure variations.

MR metering pumps, with simple, rugged and com-pact design, have a spring return mechanism,

with eccentric shaft and thrust ring. Thesepumps have a max. flow rate of 430 l/h

Il meccanismo a ritorno positivo delle pompe ML è lo stessodella serie LY-LK-LN adeguatamente rinforzato e con corse

ridotte, per adeguarsi alle caratteristiche ed alle esigenze dellamembrana meccanica.

ML metering pumps are suitable for flowrates over 400 litres/hr. The positivedisplacement mechanism is the same as

the LY, LK and LN pumps, but withshortened stroke and strengthe-

ned components to suit thedifferent needs of the diaph-ragm type.

Tipo MRD - Ritorno a Molla

La pompa MRD é la più grande della serie “MR” ed èla terza delle tre grandezze: MRB - MRC - MRD.Motore standard: Grandezza 71, forma B14.

■ Il meccanismo è racchiuso incarter di ghisa con lubrificazionea bagno d’olio, comune al ridut-tore. La camera membrana è inghisa.

■ Eccentrico costituito da cusci-netto a sfera; a partire dallataglia 47 l’eccentrico è costituitoda un cuscinetto radente.


■ Altezza aspirazione da 1,5÷3 mt. (vedi libretto istruzioni).

■ Spring return mechanism witheccentric shaft and thrust ring.

■ Oil bath lubricated reductiongear and reciprocating mechani-sm in cast iron casing.The yoke is of cast iron.

■ Ball bearing eccentric; startingfor size 47 and larger the eccen-tric comprises two hardened andground bushes.

■ Le testate sono tutte ricavatedal pieno: barre in AISI 316L ebarre in PVC. Sono così eliminatitutti i problemi tipici delle fusioni.

■ Le valvole sono a sfera e sonosingole, le doppie valvole sonofornite a richiesta.

■ Gli attacchi di aspirazione emandata sono normalmente filet-tati, a richiesta flangiati.

■ The one-up diaphragm is usedboth on AISI 316L and PVCpump heads.

I servocomandi Z7 - Z8 sono stati progettati e realiz-zati dall’OBL.La produzione è iniziata nel 1987 ed ha ottenuto imme-diato successo per il risultato delle sue funzioni.Caratteristica particolare è che i servocomandi sonodotati anche di relè di bilanciamento completo di displaymultifunzione, particolarmente adatto per dosaggi pro-porzionali determinati da variabili quali: pH, portate,temperature, ecc.

Z7 and Z8 electric actuators have been designed andmanufactured by OBL since 1987 and achieved immediatesuccess. One of the many important features is that theactuators have an integral balancing relay with multifunc-tion display, particularly well suited to proportional mete-ring applications involving several variables such as pH,flow rate, temperature, etc.

ESEMPIO DI APPLICAZIONE:Pompa con valore di portata ditarga a 20 mA di 12 l/h.Per esigenze di processo necessita-no in realtà 8,4 l/h a 20 mA che inpercentuale corrispondono al 70%del valore di targa della macchina.Ruotare il trimmer Q.max con uncacciavite e posizionare la freccia incorrispondenza del 70% della scala.A questo valore corrisponde lanuova portata max a 20 mA.

EXAMPLE:Pump rated capacity 12 l/h at20mA. The process actually requiresonly 8,4 l/h at 20mA, i.e. 70% of thepump rated capacity. By means of ascrewdriver, turn the “Q.max” trim-mer and set the arrow to 70%. The newmax. flow rate at 20mA corresponds tothis value.
